There is a great share for them from what they earned (in benefits and prayers). Surely, Allah’s judgment is very swift.
Tafsir
Those who are obedient to Allah (swt), those who are sincerely devoted to Allah (swt), do good deeds and good deeds for the sake of Allah (swt), and do not abandon their worship and worship. Allah (swt) multiplies their rewards and makes them the wealthy of the Hereafter, by rewarding them three to one, five to one, seven to one, up to seventy or more, according to their intentions. Therefore, He says that they will have a great share of what they earn.
Therefore, while you live your life, do not doubt the existence of Allah. For Allah (swt) is quick to settle accounts. Imagine a field of crops, where the winds blow the ears to the right and to the left. As long as it takes for the winds to blow on the ears of grain in the field, tilting them to the right and to the left, and for them to come in from one side of the field and go out from the other side, so much shorter will be the reckoning of men, and the good and the bad will be separated in this way.
Since the good and the bad are already known, they will be separated immediately. And since a thousand years in this world is like a day in the Hereafter, of course the accounts will be settled quickly.
Allah (swiftly and quickly) settles accounts with His verse (seriul hisab).
What is said in the video
We left off at Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 202. In His verse Allah Almighty says: for them, of the good and prayer they earned, there is a great share. Allah is very swift in reckoning. What everyone earns is the return of his own two hands. Those who obey Allah Almighty, that is, righteous servants, or those who have attained the quality of believer, whose nafs has risen to tranquillity, people who have attained our Lord's mercy.
These, with their states and actions, with their good deeds,
not one to three, one to five, one to seven, not one to ten, but perhaps one to seventy, one to a hundred, receive reward.
Why are their good deeds greater? Because they are conscious; personally, without help from anyone or expecting gain from anyone, personally they do good deeds for Allah. Deeds depend on intention, you know. Some think: if I ever need something from someone, look, I did this for him, then I'll expect that. Or if I ever need something from him, he'll do this job of mine. Or: I did a good deed — let people say he did good. I do good, he says. He fattens his nafs. It's not like that.
For these, good deeds become like one to one, (?), one to five. The gain will be great.
What will we do with gain? Some merchants would take goods that were very cheap in one place to another place where they weren't available and were very expensive. Their profit: one to ten, one to twenty. They profit. Those people of old who travelled on camelback; now, everywhere, it's clear what goes on. So that our gain with Allah is great, binding our hearts to our Lord, entrusting it to Him and doing everything for Him raises us in the sight of Allah. And what does it say then? For them there is a great share of the good and prayer they earned. Great. Why great? Directly in your heart: O Allah, You granted this to me.
I don't need this right now. I am offering this to Your servants who are in need, you say. You give. And you turn and expect nothing from them.
From whom do you expect? You expect your reward from Allah. And you don't even give it so that my Lord rewards me or raises my rank. (?) that I may win Your good pleasure, O Allah, you say. Your good pleasure. And for that you do good deeds.
Plus, when such people do good, they are made happy by the face of the person before them smiling. They attain happiness. They find peace. As long as, through the help given him in his difficult moment, a person's face smiles. Yes. That's why their good deeds are very great in the sight of Allah.
What do we say? Those who obey Allah Almighty, who are bound to Him from the heart, do good deeds for Allah. They do not abandon their obedience and worship.
Allah Almighty, according to their intentions, for a reward they earn, one to three, one to five, one to seven and up to seventy and even more, decreeing it — Allah Almighty multiplies these people's rewards. These are beyond one to five, one to five, one to seven. But because we write for the general public, we start explaining it like this. You know, when it says their (?) are greater — good deeds in the sight of Allah — this must be placed higher up, on these levels.
And He makes them the rich of the Hereafter. That is why He decrees: for them there is a great share of what they earned. Why? There is a great share. What our Lord has given, through our hands, makes the person in need happy, honours him, provides his sustenance, and that he gives thanks: O Allah, for granting me this, praise be to You, let it be known to You — surely for that person, (?). Couldn't He have given to the other person in need just as He gave to him? Allah Almighty has such unknown doors that in an instant He brings whom He wills to whatever position, whatever rank, whatever worldly wealth He wills.
That is our Lord. Our minds cannot grasp Him. But Allah Almighty tests us with one another — so we, among brothers, ensure (?), carry one another, cover one another's faults, if we warn one another for Allah's sake and guide to what is right and reach out our hand to those in need and make them smile and meet their needs too, we attain great rewards in our Lord's sight.
That is why He decrees: for them there is a great share of what they earned — Allah Almighty. People, while living your lives, do not doubt the existence of Allah. Because Allah Almighty is very swift in reckoning. Yes. For those who doubt Allah Almighty's existence. Yes. In the Hereafter Allah Almighty takes the reckoning very quickly. Here we gave an example. An example. To a field of crops, it says. When the winds strike, they bend the ears to the right and left. Like this — I don't know whether you've ever seen it. On television, a field of wheat — when it strikes a field of crops it bends like this, it waves. They part, one to the right, one to the left.
That's how the good and the bad will be separated in the Hereafter. Serîu'l-hisâb. And after that, everyone's reckoning will again be taken one by one. The good
and the bad will be divided in two like this. Since the good and the bad are already known, they will be separated instantly. Also, one year, a thousand years of this world are like one day of the Hereafter. If a thousand years here are like one day of the Hereafter — if a thousand years is one day — think how quick the reckoning there is.
With His verse where He says serîu'l-hisâb, Allah Almighty will take the reckonings swiftly, very quickly.
