Al-Baqarah 286: Allah does not burden anyone except with what they can carry. What they earn (in good deeds) is for them, what they earn against themselves (in bad deeds) is for them. “Our Lord! Do not hold us responsible when we forget or when we err. Our Lord! Do not load onto us a heavy burden as you have burdened those who came before us. Oh Our Lord! Do not burden us with what we cannot carry; forgive us, be merciful to us, have pity on us. You are our Owner. Help us against nations of blasphemers.”

Tafsir
The two hundred and eighty-five and two hundred and eighty-sixth verses describe the complete obedience and submission of Muslims who have embraced Islam to Allah (swt) and such people are praised in the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah. The last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah were revealed to the Prophet (PBUH) on the night of the miraj and according to the hadiths of the Prophet (PBUH), it was said that if one recites these two verses after the Isha prayer and goes to bed, that is sufficient. Therefore, after every Isha prayer, these verses, known as amenerrasulu, are recited.
Allah (swt) holds everyone responsible to the extent of his ability. He does not burden a person with a burden that he cannot bear and hold him accountable for it. This is Allah's grace to people. If He had willed, He would have burdened us with heavy burdens and held us accountable for what we could not handle and what we could not do. Since Allah is merciful and He does not wish cruelty on the worlds, He does not burden anyone with a responsibility beyond his capacity.
What everyone earns is for himself in good and for himself in evil. Again in another verse (Fa man ya'mel miskâle zerratin hayran yerah. And men ya'mel miskâle zerratin sharran yerah) Everyone's good deed is written down in a miskal particle, and everyone's evil deed is also written down in a miskal particle. According to this, people should take care of their affairs in the Hereafter according to these verses, remember that they will be held accountable before Allah (swt) and adjust their affairs in this world accordingly. Such people will attain salvation and salvation in the Hereafter.
They say: (O our Lord, do not hold us accountable if we forget or err) O our Lord! Do not hold us to account for what we have done in our incomplete creation, in our weakness, and without intention. O our Lord, do not burden us with heavy burdens as You burdened those before us, and grant us ease in the things that we are not able to do. You love forgiveness and forgiveness. Forgive us, have pity on us. Because we are weak. You are our Mawlana. O our Lord! Help us against the community of disbelievers. Make us steady on the straight path. Do not make our feet slip. Grant peace to our hearts. O Allah, make our generations to come after us as servants to Your God and as ummahs to Your Messenger. Amen, amen, amen, amen.
What is said in the video
Allah charges every person only to the extent of their capacity. The good each one earns is for himself, and the evil he does is against himself. Our Lord, if we forget or fall into error, do not hold us responsible. O our Lord, as You (?) those before us, do not lay a heavy burden on us either. O our Lord, do not burden us with tasks beyond our strength. Pardon us, forgive us, have mercy on us. You are our Protector; help us against the people of the disbelievers. This is the verse.
With verses 285 and 286, of the Muslims honoured with Islam, their complete obedience to Allah Almighty, here, when we say honoured with Islam, we mean the believers, Muslims who have attained the attribute of believer, their complete obedience to Allah Almighty and their submission is made known, and such people are praised in the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah. The last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah were made known to the Prophet (peace be upon him) on the night of the Miraj, and according to the Prophet's hadiths, of the one who recites these two verses after the night prayer and goes to sleep: this suffices him, it was said.
This suffices. What is it? This is the verse Âmene'r-Resulü. For this reason, after every night prayer these verses known as Âmene'r-Resulü are recited.
Allah Almighty holds everyone responsible to the extent of their capacity. He lays no responsibility on anyone beyond their capacity. He does not lay on a person a burden that person cannot bear and then call them to account for that burden. He does not call them to account for that burden. Why does He not? Because He does not lay that burden on them in the first place. Why does He not lay it? Because, since it is outside our destiny, we cannot bear that burden. And if our Lord laid a load on us outside our destiny, that is, outside the covenant we gave and outside our wish, Allah Almighty would be the one at fault.
For this reason, within our destiny, within our wish, with whatever feelings we made our wish to Allah Almighty, along those lines our Lord lays our burden on us, He grants us good and evil, and by carrying out these deeds we prove what kind of person we are.
This is from Allah's grace to people. What is it? He lays nothing beyond one's capacity. Had He wished, He would have laid heavy burdens on us, and with tasks we could not bear or manage He would have called us to account. Allah forbid. Our Lord is the possessor of mercy and compassion.
Because Allah is the possessor of compassion, because He does not wish injustice for the worlds, He lays on no one a responsibility beyond their capacity. By capacity we mean outside their wish, their destiny.
The good each one earns is for himself, and the evil is against himself.
Fe men ya'mel miskâle zerretin hayran yerah, ve men ya'mel miskâle zerretin şerran yerah. The (?) you earn, good will be written with destiny; the evil we earn with destiny will be written too.
For everyone, good is written with the destiny we have made, and again for everyone, with the destiny we have made, evil is written too. Accordingly, people act towards the hereafter, their original homeland to which they will go, according to these verses.
They remember that they will be called to account in the presence of Allah Almighty, and arrange their worldly affairs accordingly.
Yes.
Such people attain salvation and deliverance in the hereafter.
Who are they? Those who in Allah, in the angels, in the resurrection after death, people who make no distinction between Allah's prophets, those who believe, the believers, righteous people. What does Allah Almighty say in the verse? Always, Allah's verses support one another, none contradicts another. Look what it says. The scholars and the angels bear witness to Allah's existence, it says.
Well, what does the other verse say? Now, the Prophet has believed in what was sent down to him from his Lord, and the believers have believed too. Each of them in Allah, His angels, His books and His prophets have believed.
Did the Muslims not believe? They did. But Allah Almighty says (?) the believers. These are those who see, who know the manifestations. That is why it says the angels and the scholars bear witness to Allah's existence. Do the Muslims not bear witness? They are still believing in the unseen, in a world of the unseen, in the unseen. They are in faith in Allah's existence in absentia, in testimony. Even though they pronounce the word of testimony, in this word of testimony, because they saw Allah Almighty at the address Elestü bi Rabbiküm, they make an affirmation. In the world, too, they believe in the unseen.
But when in the other verse it says the scholars and angels bear witness to Allah's existence, these are people who in the earthly world itself have come to know the manifestations of Allah Almighty, have watched many worlds and been shaped by our Lord's knowledge. Yes.
That means, accordingly, people act towards the hereafter, their original homeland to which they will go, according to these verses, they remember that they will be called to account in the presence of Allah Almighty, they remember, and arrange their worldly affairs accordingly; we say they remember. Because he has seen, he knows, and he remembers them, and conducts his affairs in the world accordingly. Such people attain salvation, deliverance, in the hereafter. That is, Allah Almighty in one of His verses too: on such people neither sorrow nor stain clings. They say this: Our Lord, if we forget or fall into error, since Allah Almighty created us (?), do not hold us responsible.
We forgot, we fell into error. Do not hold us responsible. We were not ourselves. You know our hearts, You know us better than we know ourselves, that we would never do such a thing. We did this as human beings. You are our Lord, You know us better than we know ourselves. And do not hold us responsible for what we did. Four, three. O our Lord, because we were created incomplete, for what we did out of our helplessness, without intention, do not call us to account. O our Lord, do not lay a heavy burden on us as You laid on those before us. Grant us ease in tasks beyond our strength. You love pardon and forgiveness very much.
Pardon us, have mercy on us. For we are weak. You are our Protector. O our Lord, help us against the people of the disbelievers. Keep us firm on the straight path.
Do not let our feet slip. Grant peace to our hearts. Make the generations that come after us servants to Your essence and a community to Your Beloved, my Allah. Amin, amin, amin, we have said. Yes.
