If they could solve this, they would settle the matter.

In verse 173 He says this: Our fathers associated partners with Allah before. We were a generation that came after them. We followed in their footsteps. Will You destroy us because of those who did falsehood? We did this so that you would not say that, He says. With what? When We first created you in the beginning, We made a covenant with you. Your father did not create you. No one but Me created you. I alone am the Creator, says Allah Almighty. That is why I am making an agreement with you here for the first time. To entrust you in the world to your mother and father, a mother and father, an environment, well, to get you used to it, to a guardianship that would raise you from childhood, We created a world realm. In that world realm you will not heed your father's word.

Whom will you heed? You will heed the word of Allah. You found your father on that path, you found him worshipping idols. So that you would not say like this: I saw my father on this path, I'm going because of him, in the beginning, when I created you in the realm of lahut, I made a covenant with you. In return for each covenant, the wish and desire each one wanted for himself, the script I wrote as destiny, was written here, and in the world you will play it as an actor, He says. Yes. To them, to the Jews: the one to whom We gave of Our verses, but who slipped away from them, and therefore Satan followed him, and in the end he became one of the transgressors, recite his story, He says. How beautifully He says it. He seeks greatness. Yet if this world full of wealth were yours, a world full, another world full were yours, do you know what this world full would be? It will be full of gold and emeralds. All of these will stay in the world with death. What does He say? Every soul will taste death, and the inheritance of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah. So, if this realm, according to the time of the Hereafter, a thousand years here are like one day of the Hereafter, and for a few hours in the world you set your eyes on this garbage-heap world and forget the Hereafter and go outside Allah's commands, then in the realm of the Hereafter, instead of the abode of eternal bliss, you will have bought the abode of eternal punishment.

His case is just like the case of a dog. If you go at it, it pants with its tongue out. If you leave it, it pants with its tongue out. Such is the case of the people who deny Our verses. (?) Tell the story so that they may reflect, He says. Tell the story so that they may reflect. That is, when you tell people the truth, they turn their backs and leave. Still, tell them about the case of the dog, He says. Even if you go at it, He says, it pants, it sticks out its tongue and pants; even if you don't, it sticks out its tongue and pants. So too are people toward the verses of Allah. Yes, how bad is the case of the people who deny Our verses and wrong themselves, He says. Look how beautifully He says it.

Who deny Our verses and wrong themselves; look, who deny Our verses and wrong themselves. Here He could say this: because you denied Our verses, look what We will do to you!

You will see. Some severity. Yet their covenants were given beforehand. Everyone's script has been written. While they play that script in the world, Allah Almighty does not interfere at all. He only gives a warning: you came to a (?) realm. I have closed that to you. I am obliged to tell you about the realm of the Hereafter. But do not deny My verses. If you deny them, you will have wronged your own selves. Why? I created you. I sent you to the world. I provided every kind of sustenance. In this situation, if you get up and well, against the provisions I have given, against My bringing you into being from nothing, set out to deny Me, you wrong your own self.

What is this like? I am a citizen of the Republic of Turkey. The Republic of Turkey has its laws, its state has a law. I went and killed a man. They caught me, brought me before the judge, and the judge, in return for the man I killed, gave me a sentence. Ten years, fifteen years, twenty years, thirty years, whatever, he threw me straight into prison. Now, did the judge imprison me, or did I imprison myself? So Allah, who brought me into being from nothing, also made known to us the law by which He created us. You will know Me, He said. You will say Allah, He said. You will try to carry out My commands that I send you, He said.

That's what He says. Isn't the Holy Quran the same? Isn't it as I said? Then in this case, if we turn our backs on Allah, did Allah Almighty give us this, this punishment, or did we give ourselves the punishment? That's why we need to be very careful.
