Explanation
The misinterpretation
The worldly life has been made attractive to the disbelievers, so they mock those who believe. However, those who (believe and) avoid disbelief will be above them on the Day of Resurrection. Allah gives sustenance to whom He wills without reckoning.
The right translation
The infidels are attracted to the worldly life and they mock the believers. Yet, those who abstain (from sins) are superior to them on the Day of Judgment. Allah gives countless provisions to those who desire from Allah.
Explanation
This verse has been opened incorrectly in two places. The first wrong opening is: The life of this world has been made attractive to those who disbelieve, and the truth is: The life of this world has been made attractive to the disbelievers. If Allah (swt) has made the life of the world attractive to the disbelievers and people are immersed in the world, are they not fulfilling Allah's commands? However, the disbelievers saw the life of this world as an ornament, and by immersing themselves in the creation of our Lord, they forgot the Creator and disregarded His commands. They contradicted the verse, "Approach the world as you should". Our Lord says to build your world as well. Working for the world does not mean forgetting Allah. All human beings have come to the world to prove what kind of a person they are. If people continue their lives in the worldly guesthouse they have come to, deluded by the fact that life and living is in the world, by lowering the love of the world into their hearts and forgetting Allah (swt), they will surely give an account of what they have done to Allah (swt) in the Hereafter in the Court-i Kübra.
The second place is wrong: They have opened it by attributing shortcomings to our Lord. They say that Allah gives sustenance without calculation to whom He wills, and the truth of this verse is as follows: Allah provides for those who ask of Him (within their destiny) without calculation.
When each person made a covenant with Allah (swt), their desires and wishes became their destiny. Whatever people have asked Allah (swt) for, our Lord has written what they have asked for as their destiny. Here, our Lord did not give them what they wanted, but He gave them their sustenance without interrupting their sustenance, no matter how much sustenance they wanted. The meaning of the verse in which He says that He gives without calculation is that He did not cut the sustenance that a person asked for, but gave them what they asked for without calculation and wrote their destiny. If Allah (swt) had not given what the person asked for without calculation, Allah (swt) would have been characterized. The person would have said to our Lord. If you had given me exactly what I asked for, I would not have disbelieved in you or worshipped you or disbelieved in you. In this respect, whatever people asked our Lord in the Elestu bi Rabbikum address, our Lord gave them what they asked for without calculation. Otherwise, Allah has not provided for whom He wills without calculation.
What is said in the video
Yes, it's not on some pages; this — on page 32, verse 212 is a wrongly translated verse. What does it say here?
"For those who disbelieve, the life of this world has been made attractive." Now this is wrong. Right at the start, right at the start. Why is it wrong? Allah Almighty does not discriminate among His servants. When Allah Almighty created our souls, when He said to them, "I am your Lord," these people who were separated there into the upper part, these people each made a covenant with Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty, without using any fear, any pressure, sir, any force on them, within their own will, within the times He showed them, within a unit, gave them their wishes and desires as their destiny.
If Allah granted these, if he himself desired the times according to his own wishes and desires, and if he sees the pleasure of life in this time, if he tastes its pleasure, if he tastes the pleasure of life, then what does it mean here that the life of this world has been made attractive for those who disbelieve, then? It ascribes this to Allah. That is: "You are a disbeliever, I will make the life of this world look attractive to you and throw you into the fire of Hell." Do these words befit Allah? I mean, do they befit Him toward the servant He created? Yes. "Because of this they mock those who believe," it says.
Yes. That is: "Look, Allah created us to live in this world, sir, in the finest way. You just go on sleeping," he says. They mock. "Whereas those who believe and guard against disbelief, on the Day of Judgement, are above them. Allah gives provision without measure to whom He wills," it says. Look, "gives provision without measure to whom He wills," it says. Whereas: to the one who wills, to the one who wills — of those who will, some say about the world, "Let me come and go like this"; some say, "Let me enjoy pleasure and amusement in the world," that is, "Let me travel and see such places." Some say, "Let me do this work here, work like this, do it like that." All of them their own wishes and desires — Allah Almighty knows what passes through their hearts and places characters in them accordingly.
Yes. And the correct one: "The life of this world appeared adorned to the disbelievers." Now look, look at the words now. We are comparing two statements. "For those who disbelieve, the life of this world has been made attractive." By whom? Allah Almighty made it attractive to them. Whereas: "The life of this world appeared adorned to the disbelievers, and because it appeared adorned, those who believe they make fun of. Whereas the God-fearing who believe, on the Day of Judgement, are above them. Allah gives to whoever asks of Him, within their destinies, provision without measure." Within their destinies, that too.
Not like, "Come on, I asked, give me provision without measure" — within their destinies. Within His will, however much His will is. Yes. Everything is within a measure; Allah Almighty has given and created everything within a measure.
