Al-Baqarah 284: Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, it belongs to Allah. Allah knows the hidden and the apparent in your nafs (self/ego) and will judge you by what you do. Allah forgives those who desire from Allah and Allah punishes those who desire from Allah. Allah is All-Powerful.

The misinterpretation
All that is in the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah. Whether you reveal what is in your heart or hide it, Allah will bring you to account for it. Then He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. God is omnipotent.
The right translation
Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, it belongs to Allah. Allah knows the hidden and the apparent in your nafs (self/ego) and will judge you by what you do. Allah forgives those who desire from Allah and Allah punishes those who desire from Allah. Allah is All-Powerful.
Explanation
In this Verse, the wrong opening is that Our Lord forgives whom He wills and torments whom He wills. Since many verses have been opened incorrectly, we show the footnotes of these incorrectly opened verses by writing the numbers of the other Surahs and verses that we have opened in order to avoid repetition. It is written in the footnote of Verse 272 of this Surah, which was opened incorrectly.
What is said in the video
There is verse 284, on page 48. Surah Al-Baqarah — what does it say? All that is in the heavens and on earth belongs to Allah. Many meanings come out of this. That besides Allah there is no god comes out of it. That's one.
All created beings together cannot create even a single atom. An atom. Had it been so, nothing of your world would have been given to you, says Allah Almighty. So all the heavens and the earth, of what is between the two, whatever has been created, from the atom to the globe, is what Allah Almighty created. Another meaning: in the world we will live on what Allah has created. We will be provided for.
After everyone has proved what kind of person they are, every soul will taste death. According to the verse where He says 'your return is to Me', what Allah Almighty created in the world we will leave in the world again and pass on to the hereafter. Here a verse says — Allah Almighty — every soul will taste death. The inheritance of the heavens and the earth will remain to Allah. According to this verse too, that apart from what Allah has created, we can create nothing, and that all created things, the created, were created by Allah Almighty, and that we are servants created in need of Allah Almighty — it proves this.
All that is in the heavens and on earth belongs to Allah, it says. Yes. Whether you disclose what is within you or hide it, Allah will call you to account for it. This is wrong. A wrongly translated verse. What does it say? Look. Whether you disclose what is within you or hide it, Allah will call you to account for it, it says. This is wrong. We will tell you its mistake. Then He forgives whom He wills. Look: then He supposedly forgives whom He wills. And punishes whom He wills. Allah has power over everything, it says. Now let us explain this part to you correctly.
All that is in the heavens and on earth belongs to Allah. We explained this part to you. He knows what is hidden and open in your selves. Look. He knows what is hidden and open in your selves. That is, the verse where it says 'whether you disclose what is within you or hide it, Allah will call you to account for it' — I'll now read its continuation. I'll read the continuation of that sentence. He knows what is hidden and open in your selves. He calls you to account for what you do. For what you do. If something evil passes through you, as long as you don't put it into action, you don't get a sin for it.
But when a good deed passes through you, whether you disclose it or not, Allah Almighty gives a reward for it. To explain this part straightforwardly: He knows what is hidden and open in your selves. We believe and affirm it. And He calls you to account for what you do. Whoever among you wills attains Allah's forgiveness, and whoever wills, His punishment. Allah has power over everything. Otherwise, Allah doesn't forgive whom He wills. He forgives whoever wills it. What does Allah Almighty say? He created us deficient. In our weakness we will make mistakes. When we make mistakes, we will turn to Allah Almighty in repentance and ask forgiveness.
Look: repentance and asking forgiveness. When we repent and ask forgiveness, turning from our sin, that is, when we take refuge in Allah Almighty, there is no sin that Allah Almighty there is no sin. That He will not forgive. But what does the one above say? Then He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. How nice. He squeezed Allah Almighty into his head. He deprived Him of His justice too. He judged within his own understanding of justice.
Let's say: may Allah reform them. They have written these as translations. However many translations there are, they're all copies of each other. They're all the same. Look at however many translations there are. They're all copies of each other.
That's why Allah Almighty —
I mean, if he translated it without really knowing the deeds and intentions, his burden and his account belong to Allah. We can't say anything to him. But they've turned it into superstitions. They've taken the verses of Allah Almighty outside of justice.
