The misinterpretation

(My Messenger) Do not let those who compete in denial cause you anxiety. Because they can do no harm to Allah. Allah does not want to give them a chance in the hereafter. There is a great punishment for them.

The right translation

(Oh My Messenger!) Those who compete in denial should not worry you. Those who are in denial do not have any share in the hereafter by the side of Allah. For them, there is a severe punishment.

Explanation

This is where this verse goes wrong: Allah does not want to give them any share in the Hereafter. The truth is: They have no share in the Hereafter in the sight of Allah.

Our Lord accepts people's repentance at the time of death until they die. So when you say that Allah does not want to give them a share in the Hereafter, you are contradicting many verses. For example, Allah has sent the Holy Quran as a mercy to the worlds. Will Allah turn people away when they claim the Holy Qur'an as their own? All human beings are servants of Allah. Our Lord does not discriminate between people. People themselves, in their will, are free to know our Lord or not. Also, in another verse, Allah is Tawwab. When He says that He is the One who accepts repentance and in many other Verses, does Our Lord, who wants His servants to return to Him, ever say that He does not want to give them a share in the Hereafter? By confusing verses with each other, are we not characterizing our Lord, whereas all verses confirm each other? Indeed: They have no share in the Hereafter in the sight of Allah. For all the good deeds of the disbelievers have been in vain.

What is said in the video

… My Messenger, let not those who race in disbelief grieve you, for they can do Allah no harm at all. Allah wishes to give them no share in the hereafter, it says; for them there is a very great punishment. Now, this mistake – since all of you have more or less listened to me, this mistake you know very well. Where is the mistake? Allah wishes to give them no share in the hereafter. Whereas Allah, to His servants – polytheist and merciful, idolater, Magian, devil-worshipper, non-Muslim, whoever they may be – Allah Almighty has sent the Holy Qur'an to the worlds. O My servants! Come to guidance!

Repent! Return to your Lord who created you! Your Lord's forgiveness is abundant. His pardon is vast. So that you find guidance, He sends you verses, prophets, scholars. Obey them. Attain Allah's mercy – though He says this, you, how can it be: He wishes to give him no share in the hereafter – you say? How are you describing Allah here? Whereas those disbelievers have no share with Allah in the hereafter, in the hereafter. Because the disbelievers went as disbelievers. When he has gone as a disbeliever, Allah Almighty, on the Day of Resurrection? What does He say? At the Supreme Court, for anyone from whom He has lifted His mercy, there will be no intercession.

No one will intercede for them. And they will enter the abode of eternal hell. How can you say that Allah, to throw them into hell, sir, a share – so as not to give them a share, wishes to give them none, it says? What does it say? Allah wishes to give them no share in the hereafter. Then why did He send the Qur'an at all? Don't send it. Why are You sending the Prophet? Go on, send him to one tribe, to Ahmet's tribe, to Mehmet's tribe. Well, the Prophet (peace be upon him) You sent to the worlds, the Qur'an You sent to the worlds, well, people You invited to Your Self – why did You do this, why did You do it?

I did it to make manifest the attribute of being God. What does this mean, the attribute of being God? When Allah Almighty, just in human form, in the realm of Lahut created our souls, and before us said, I am your Lord, I created you – people, out of pride and arrogance, could not believe in Allah Almighty, whom they could not believe, they waited for the Lord of their imagination. So Allah Almighty, His divinity of being God manifest: You saw Me here as like yourself, you could not believe in Me; now I will send you to a realm where My Self is not seen, and you, in that realm too, in a realm where you do not see Me, by the deeds you actually do, you will put yourself either into paradise or into hell, He says.

How beautiful. Look, does Allah Almighty take any blame upon Himself? In verse 134 of Surah Taha: had We, before the Qur'an, it says, had We destroyed them with a punishment. That is, before sending people into the world, when We made the covenant with them, had We put them into hell, destroyed them with a punishment, they would have said to Us, it says: We saw You like Your own Self. That's me saying it. That's how it is. Is Allah Almighty saying it? That's the meaning. Because man saw Allah Almighty as like himself, he could not believe in Him. He waited for the Lord of his imagination. He knows that he too was created.

In this case what does Allah Almighty say? Had We destroyed you with a punishment before the Qur'an, you would have said this, it says: If You had sent me prophets and books, we would not have fallen into this humiliation and disgrace, it says. There you go. A realm where Allah Almighty is not seen. But you gave your covenant that way. You denied Allah. So in the world too you will deny Allah in the same way. But in a place where His Self is not seen, Allah Almighty sent you a prophet and a book. He put your will in your own hands. You chose your own path by your own hand. He tells you: look, ahead of you is a cliff.

Don't take that step, you'll go over the cliff. And you say: who are you that I should listen to you? If you say, I'll cross here, you throw yourself down. Now, what is Allah's fault here?

Yes. I mean, can people interpret this verse in such a perverse way?

My Messenger, let not those who race in disbelief grieve you. For they can do Allah no harm at all. Allah wishes to give them no share in the hereafter. For them there is a very great punishment. And the correct one – look how beautiful. My Messenger, let not those who race in disbelief grieve you. For they can do Allah no harm at all. The disbelievers have no share with Allah in the hereafter. For them there is a painful punishment. How beautiful. Yes.

Why do the disbelievers have no share with Allah in the hereafter? If he went to the realm of the hereafter denying Allah Almighty, all the good deeds they did have gone to waste, it says. For them no scale or balance will be set up, it says. No scales for good deeds will be set up either, it says. Now how well they put it: the disbelievers have no share with Allah in the hereafter. There you see, the verses always support one another.
