Ali 'Imran 178: That We give them time should not make the deniers believe that it is good for them. They only increase their denial (within their lifespan, so that they will prove who they are). For them, there is a severe punishment.

Explanation
The misinterpretation
Those who disbelieve should not think that it is better for them that we give them respite. We only give them the opportunity to increase their sins. For them is a painful torment.
The right translation
That We give them time should not make the deniers believe that it is good for them. They only increase their denial (within their lifespan, so that they will prove who they are). For them, there is a severe punishment.
Explanation
This is where this verse also goes wrong. We only give them the opportunity to increase their sins. The truth is as follows: They will only increase their sins (in their lifetime). (They will prove what kind of people they are).
In the verse that opens with "We only give them the opportunity to increase their sins", the meaning changes a lot. It is as if our Lord is their enemy and we are giving them an extra lifetime to increase their sins and increase their torment in the Hereafter. By opening verses in this way, they have characterized our Lord with incomplete attributes. Our Lord is complete and perfect. He is endowed with all perfect attributes and He is exempt from all incomplete attributes. But the truth is: (In their lifetime) they only increase their sins (they prove what kind of a person they are). Every human being has a certain lifespan. People are sent to this world to prove what kind of a person they are. Do you then think that you will die without proving what kind of a person you are? According to the Qur'anic verse, the word that is opened incorrectly also contradicts this Qur'anic verse.
What is said in the video
we come to Al Imran, verse 178: Let those who disbelieve not think that Our granting them respite is better for them.
Here
there are good words. But there are very perverse words too. What does it say? Let those who disbelieve not think that Our granting them respite is better for them. This respite – what respite is it? A man disbelieves.
Or, let's say, you rebel against me. And I pull out a gun and shoot you. But Allah Almighty is not like that. What does He do? He gives you respite. With what? He gives you respite within your lifetime. Look how beautiful. Within your lifetime. What does it say? Let those who disbelieve not think that Our granting them respite… So you commit disbelief, you commit oppression, you commit massacres, sir. I don't grant you respite. That is, with patience upon patience I don't wait until the end of your life. No, I don't wait. It is better for you. We only give them the opportunity so that they increase their sins.
Allah supposedly gives him the opportunity to increase his sins. Then this verse I mentioned – the meaning is like that, but the person doesn't understand it that way. What does that person say? Going by this. May Allah increase that person's sins even more. I give you respite so that I can put him even deeper into the torment of hell, He says. I come to this meaning. Let me read it again, look. Don't take it the way I first said it. Let those who disbelieve not think that Our granting them respite is better for them. We only give them the opportunity so that they increase their sins. For them there is a painful punishment, it says.
Now I'll read you the correct one. Let those who disbelieve not think that Our granting them respite is better for them. He does. There – within their lifetimes. Do whatever you like. At the end of your life I will catch you, He says. I will catch you. And I give you this time, but in the end you will come to Me, He says. Lifetime – look, I've written it down already. Within their lifetimes. They only increase their sins. Within their lifetimes. Lifetimes – they increase their sins within their lifetimes. A person increases his own sins. They prove what kind of people they are. For them there is a humiliating punishment, it says.
The verses… to history.
Yes. They always blamed Allah. They always blamed Allah. Yes. And Allah will blame you anyway. Not long now. Allah will blame you too.
