An-Nisa 94: Oh you believers! When you go forth (to fight) in the way of Allah, investigate carefully. To those who greet you with peace (Salam), do not say; “You are not a believer!” seeking the temporary benefit of the worldly life, because on the side of Allah, there are countless bounties. While you were like this before, you attained Allah’s blessing, so, investigate carefully. Indeed, Allah is aware of all the things you are doing.

The misinterpretation
O you who believe! When you go to war in the way of Allah, understand and listen well. Do not say to the one who greets you (you are not a believer) by coveting the temporary benefit of the life of this world. For there are countless spoils in the sight of Allah. When you were like this before, Allah gave you a favor; so listen well. Surely, Allah is aware of all that you do.
The right translation

Explanation
This is the wrong place to open: Allah favored you when you were like that before. Indeed, you were like that before, but you have been favored by Allah.
Our Lord does not discriminate between people. Because He does not remove the will of man from man and use His will on man. All human beings are servants of our Lord. Our Lord judges between His servants with His attribute of justice. In this case, when we human beings made a covenant with our Lord in Kalu Bela, each one of us dictated our destiny to our Lord by our own will and desire. When people come into the world, they act out the script of their destiny as an artist in the world. In this case, when all people live their destiny and bear witness to themselves, their surroundings and Allah (swt) as to what kind of person they are, they pass on to the Hereafter at the end of their lives. In this verse, did our Lord think that you will die before you prove what kind of a person you are? This verse shows that our Lord does not discriminate between His servants above us in this world. In this case, people live in this world and prove what kind of a person they are and then move on to the Hereafter.
What is said in the video
You may ask your questions.
They have explained verse 94 like this. O you who believe!
When you go out to fight in the way of Allah, understand well and listen. By Allah, we understood and listened very well. If we go out to fight, we have understood and listened very well. What did we understand and listen to? Listen, see what it says to you now: "To the one who greets you, coveting the passing gain of worldly life, do not say 'you are not a believer'," it says. Well, by now this one has no greeting left to give, no time left to be told 'you are not a believer'; this man will meet the punishment he deserves. Why did Allah Almighty send us here?
He set Islam against unbelief with the light of faith. Unbelief is more than Islam. If there are one and a half billion Muslims in the world, there are four or five billion non-Muslims. Has the world's population reached eight billion? Seven billion. And one and a half billion Muslims, five and a half billion non-Muslims.
In this case what does Allah Almighty say? Listen well.
"Someone who says 'I am a believer'," it says, "do not kill him with your eye on worldly goods," it says.
Did we split their hearts open and look? But now, even if this man says "I am a believer", don't believe him.
Because on this man's hands are traces of the blood of the oppressed, of children, of little orphans, of oppressed women.
Yes.
"For with Allah there are countless spoils. You too were like this before, and Allah favoured you. So understand well and listen. Surely Allah is aware of all that you do." Now here, this part is wrong. See what it says? O you who believe, when you go out to fight in the way of Allah, understand well and listen. To the one who greets you, coveting the passing gain of worldly life, do not say "you are not a believer". For with Allah there are countless spoils. You too were like this before, then afterwards you attained Allah's favour. That is, you turned back. What does it say here? "For with Allah there are countless spoils. Before, you were like this, and Allah favoured you," it says, that is, He drew you, favoured you, guided you to the right path because He loved you, they say, you see. Whereas here, what do we say? "For with Allah there are countless spoils.
You too were like this before, then afterwards you attained Allah's favour." That is, we saw that we had lived through a period of ignorance. We understood that we were outside Allah's commands, repented and turned back to Allah. What else? Allah's... "Allah favoured you, so understand well," it says. That is, Allah Almighty said to certain people, "I love you, you come over here," that's what it says here. That's how we understand it here. But what does it say here? You attained Allah's favour. So understand well and listen. Surely Allah is aware of all that you do, it says. Amenna ve saddakna.
