The misinterpretation

Satan only wants to stir up enmity and hatred among you by means of alcohol and gambling, and to prevent you from remembering Allah and praying. You've given up (them) now, haven't you?

The right translation

With wine (intoxicating food) and gambling, Shaytan only desires to put enmity and hatred between you and to keep you away from remembering Allah and from prayer. So, abandon these.

Explanation

The wrong opening is here: Now you have given up (these things), have you not? The truth is: Give it up now.

In the wrong opening, they say that our Lord is ignorant of the people's situation, that He does not know what they are going to do, that you have given up on these things now, and that they are waiting for people's approval, and in this case they are characterizing our Lord.

However, the meaning here is that our Lord is addressing people. Give up drinking and gambling. He is saying. Our Lord addresses people through books and Prophets. He does not interfere in anyone's actual actions. Because in Kalu Bela, Our Lord made a covenant with people. Everyone's desire and will has become his destiny. Every human being plays the script of the covenant he made when he came into the world as an actor and bears witness to himself, his surroundings and Allah (swt) as to what kind of a person he is. When they pass on to the Hereafter, they will be held accountable for their good deeds and good deeds or their sins and will be sent to the places they deserve.

What is said in the video

on the page, verse 91. This too has been translated wrongly. What does it say? Satan only wants, through wine and gambling, to cast enmity and hatred among you, and to keep you from remembering Allah and from prayer. Now you have given these up, haven't you, it says. This is the wrongly translated one. Let me read it again. Satan only wants, through wine and gambling, to cast enmity and hatred among you, and to keep you from remembering Allah and from prayer. Now you have given this up, haven't you? it says. The person who translates this verse this way, Allah Almighty, although our mind and our capacity, our memory are in a state in which we cannot grasp Him, Allah Almighty, he puts into his own conception.

As if, just as I explain to you, or as I explain to people: O people, look, Allah's command is like this, like this. You heard, didn't you? As I said. Astonishing. Look at the mistake here. The word there is like this.

Now I am reading the right one. Satan only wants, through wine and gambling, to cast enmity and hatred among you. He wants to keep you from remembering Allah and from prayer. Now give these up, it says. Give them up. This is a definite command. A definite command. He translates it like this. He puts Allah Almighty on the scale of his own mind. You have given them up, haven't you? Allah does not know, He even asks who has given up. You have given them up, haven't you? I have not. For example, whereas there is a definite command. This is the Creator, the Owner of the worlds. What does it say? Now give these up.

The command is definite. Ha, you have not given up? There is a punishment for you. You have given up, haven't you? Well, give me a little more time, then I will give up. Meanings change. They change. These are definite commands. Yes.
