Al-Ma'idah 108: This (procedure) is more appropriate to make the testimony properly or for them to fear that their oaths are rejected (by the inheritors). Fear Allah and listen (to Allah). Wrongdoers do not accept the guidance of Allah (as long as they stay on their paths).

Explanation
The misinterpretation
This (procedural) is more appropriate to testify properly, or if they are afraid (as a remedy for their hesitation) that their oaths will be rejected (by the heirs) after their oath. Fear Allah and listen (to Him). God does not guide the people who have gone astray.
The right translation
This (procedure) is more appropriate to make the testimony properly or for them to fear that their oaths are rejected (by the inheritors). Fear Allah and listen (to Allah). Wrongdoers do not accept the guidance of Allah (as long as they stay on their paths).
Explanation
This is where this verse goes wrong: Allah does not guide a people who have gone astray. The truth is: The misguided people (when they continue in that state) do not accept Allah's guidance.
They have always opened the verses accusing our Lord. In a way, people may have deliberately opened these verses in this way. People say to Allah (swt) that You did not give me a mind to recognize You, so I continued to disbelieve, and then You did not leave me a door of repentance to return to Your Face, and then people take on the burden of sin according to their own minds, and from this burden of sin, people continue to disbelieve, thinking that they can get rid of the sins and make our Lord forgive them by playing a game of logic, just as Satan played a game of logic with our Lord. When our Lord made a covenant with people before, He made people witness themselves and their surroundings so that they would have no words to ask our Lord. In the Hereafter, they will be sent to their rightful places.
Our Lord has revealed His verses in Shari'ah so that people cannot ask questions. Our Lord has sent the Holy Qur'an as a light to the worlds, a book that will bring light out of darkness. He also sent the Prophet (PBUH) as a mercy to the worlds. Whoever turns his back on the light of the Qur'an and this light and does not accept and denies the Prophethood of the Prophet (PBUH) who came as a mercy to the worlds, they are not accepting the guidance of our Lord to bring people to light and enlightenment. In this situation they remain in darkness.
What is said in the video
Surah Al-Ma'idah, on page 124, verse 108 has been translated wrongly. Sir, let's see what this one says. This procedure is more fitting for giving the testimony as required, or for those who fear that, after their oaths, the oaths will be rejected by the heirs, as a remedy for their wariness, it is more fitting. Fear Allah and listen to Him. Allah does not guide the people who have gone astray, it says. What does it say? My ear didn't quite catch it. Let me read it again. Allah does not guide the people who have gone astray. Now I'm asking you. This last sentence I read, which verse does it deny?
There is a denial of a verse.
The Quran was sent down to the worlds. It denies the Quran sent down to the worlds. Not of the wrongdoing people, but of the Muslims. Yes. Whereas what is it there?
So, if they continue in that state, look, the peoples who have gone astray, if they continue in that state, will not accept Allah's guidance. Otherwise, what does Allah say about them? He does not guide the people. Well, when I let a non-Muslim listen to the Quran, doesn't Allah Almighty make it a guidance for him? Then it forbids this to me: Don't you dare read it to a non-Muslim. If it won't guide him. Well, read it. Aren't there some who become Muslim when it is read to them? There are. So how, where are you throwing these verses, where are you denying them, that you write it this way? They have attributed it all to Allah Almighty.
They've translated it all wrong. And then, sir, they say: we are scholars, scholars, scholars. We did a doctorate. We know Arabic. they say. In their own minds they see themselves as men of the highest rank. Yes.
