if We give them (the mu’min), reign on earth; they establish the prayer, pay obligatory alms, command good deeds and prevent the evil deeds. And the destination of matters is up to Allah.
Tafsir
If Allah (swt) were to give power to the believers, they would establish prayer in the land, command people to do good, pay the zakat and try to prevent people from doing evil. Against the oppressors, i.e. people who disbelieve in Allah and would oppress their own souls, people who would help the religion of Allah would stand up against the oppressors and prevent suffering and misery on earth. In this case, they would have tried to prevent the earth from being subjected to oppression and sedition. However, every soul will live its desires and wishes in this world and will be held accountable in the Hereafter for what it earned with its two hands by living its life in an environment that makes it a witness to Allah (swt). In this case, Allah praises the believers because He knows what they will do.
In whatever situation they are. The end of all these deeds leads to Allah. In other words, according to the desires and wishes of people, according to their destiny to live, Allah has programmed these worlds. Since no one can go beyond this program, the end of all affairs will be with Allah.
What is said in the video
We have come to the 41st verse of Surah Al-Hajj. "They are those believers who, if We give them power on earth, perform the prayer, give the zakat, enjoin good and forbid evil; the outcome of matters returns to Allah," it says. How beautiful. Those are the believers. What do they say even to those who do them evil? "Peace be upon you," they say, and pass by. The believers. We will come to those verses later, if Allah wills. Yes.
"They are those believers who, if We give them power on earth, perform the prayer, give the zakat, enjoin good and forbid evil. The outcome of matters returns to Allah," it says. Even though they forbid it, every person, with the deeds he did by his own will — his actual deeds — with the rewards and sins he earned, lives the destiny that Allah Almighty earlier had him write for himself as destiny by that person's own wish and desire — his destiny; and in the end all souls taste death, and according to the verse "your return is to Me", the end of every matter returns to Allah. Yes.
If Allah Almighty gives the believers power, they perform the prayer on earth, enjoin good on people, give the zakat, and try to keep people from evils. Against the oppressors, that is, people who have denied Allah and will wrong their own nafs, the people who will help Allah's religion would stand up against the oppressors and prevent suffering and torment on earth. In that case, the earth suffering oppression and strife — they would prevent that.
Yet the nafs will live out its wish and desire in the world, and living its life in an environment where it will make itself a witness to Allah Almighty, in return for what their two hands earned, in the hereafter they will be called to account. Since Allah Almighty knows what the believers will do, He praises them. Whatever state they may be in, the end of all these deeds that are done returns to Allah. That is, according to people's wishes and desires, according to the destinies they will live, Allah has programmed these worlds. Since no one can go beyond this program, the end of all matters will return to Allah.
