And say, “Oh My Dear Lord! Place me in a blessed land. You are the Best (properly) placer!”
Tafsir
Allah (swt) continues with how Noah (peace be upon him) was to pray. Say, 'Land me in a blessed place. When Hazrat Noah (peace be upon him) was on the raging waters with his ship, not knowing which way to go, Allah (swt) revealed to Hazrat Noah (peace be upon him), "Land me in a fertile land. He reminded them that Allah (swt) was in charge of the ship by saying, "You are the best of the inhabitants. He brought Hazrat Noah (peace be upon him) to him and made him put his trust in Allah (swt).
Allah is the best of the inhabitants. The universe and property belong to Allah. Allah has the sovereignty and the right to dispose of His creation. Therefore, Allah is the best of the inhabitants in the sense that He is the first and the last. Humans, on the other hand, are mortals in the realm of property. If people surrender to Allah (swt), Allah (swt) will make them live in the best way possible in this mortal world and provide them with abundant and peaceful sustenance.
What is said in the video
And say this: My Lord, set me down in a blessed place. He will set him down, of course; everything is within a program. Allah Almighty has already programmed the worlds. He will create everything within a program. So to His servant He says: say this, set me down in a blessed place.
You are the best of those who settle. Settling, that is, means stopping somewhere in a place, protecting him, keeping him alive somewhere. You are the best. Allah Almighty continues to tell Noah (peace be upon him) how he should pray. Say: set me down in a blessed place. While Noah (peace be upon him), with his ship, was adrift on the raging waters, not knowing which way he would go, Allah Almighty, by having Noah (peace be upon him) say through revelation: set me down in a blessed place. You are the best of those who settle — reminded him that the will over the ship lies with Allah Almighty. Indeed. Floods come.
Look, a flood is coming, you see. In America, here and there. It sweeps away whatever is in its path. Where to? It destroys, sinks, carries away. In the end, even if maybe a few were saved, a whole lot of troubles and hassles would make them suffer, and so on; but (?) that ship's landing in a blessed place — it, just as in the oceans, as if Allah Almighty — just as the captain of a ship sailing on the ocean steers that ship, Allah Almighty too had covered the world with water. Where that ship will land — our Lord, steering it by His power, sets it down at the place where it is to be set down. On Mount Judi, it says, on Mount Judi.
Yes, one narration says so.
Upon this, He brought Noah (peace be upon him) to his senses and made him place his trust in Allah Almighty. Indeed, Noah (peace be upon him) inside the ship, amid raging waves, is going along. Where will he go? He is bewildered. So when Allah Almighty, through revelation, said: settle me in a blessed place, knowing that the ship's course ahead also lies with Allah Almighty, he is brought to his senses. Allah is the best of those who settle. The universe and dominion belong to Allah. Sovereignty over His creatures and the right to dispose of them belong to Allah. Therefore, as to Allah being the best of those who settle, He is the First and the Last.
In Ankara, (?) call to prayer.
Therefore, as to Allah being the best of those who settle, He is the First and the Last. That is, it is in the verse. Hüve'l-evvelü ve'l-âhiru ve'z-zâhiru ve'l-bâtın: He is the First and the Last, the Manifest and the Hidden. People, however, are each transient in the visible world. If people submit to Allah Almighty, Allah settles them in this transient world in the most beautiful way, and grants them their provision abundantly and in peace. Just submit to Allah. Just know the One who created these blessings, and thank the One who created those blessings. He created this (?).
As for the taste animals get, with a single kind of grass an animal lives out its life. Still more grass, it says. It eats a few kinds of grass, I mean, if you take it out. Some creatures, for example the chicken kind, eat wheat and corn, or, if they find one or two, some seeds in the gardens. As for man, at sea, on land and in the air, He has furnished him with all kinds of blessings, and so that he can enjoy it in the most beautiful way, in his mouth too, on this tongue — in our time they used to say there are 57 taste organs. Now it's probably over 60. With the taste organs He has granted people enjoyment.
Yes. In terms of feeding them and giving them drink. So, because man's Lord offers these blessings He has grown to people, man ought, to Allah Almighty, to give thanks. Yes.
