The misinterpretation

Allah, the owner of the Throne, who raises the ranks, sends down revelations about his will to whomever of his servants he wills, in order to frighten them with the day of meeting.

The right translation

Allah the Owner of the throne, who ascends the degrees; sends down the commandment to the ones (who desire to receive with their will) to warn about the Day of the reunion.

Explanation

This is where it goes wrong: He sends down the revelation of His will to whom He wills of His servants. The truth is: He (their Lord) makes known His command to those who will with the will of His servants.

We have written in many verses that our Lord has no will over mankind, and since the Qur'an refers to will as repetition, we are putting our footnote about will as repetition.

In this verse we have written that our Lord has no will over people, that every soul has made a covenant with our Lord, and that people's desires and wishes are written for them as destiny, and that this will never change, and in this case our Lord has no will over people. It is explained in detail in verse 172 of Surah A'raf. Why were we created, where were we created, why did He make a covenant with mankind and why did He send us into the world even though He knew what we were? You can get information there.

What is said in the video

Yes, the 15th verse of Surah Ghafir, I had looked at the one above.

The One who raises, who raises degrees, the Owner of the Throne, Allah, to warn of the Day of Meeting, to whom He wills of His servants, concerning His will, sends down revelation, it says.

Yes, gentlemen.

So where is the mistake in this? (?), you say. But what does it say? It says He sends down the revelation. And He sends the revelation down to the prophet. Well, (?) right. Isn't it?

Choice and (?). No. Not choice. It actually looks right, but it is wrong. Why is it wrong? Allah Almighty first creates the light of the Prophet. After subjecting it to worship for seventy-eight thousand years, He puts it, the light, into a (?) state. From that (?) state, the light sweats. I'll tell about that light briefly. He divides it into four.

From one He creates the earth. From one He creates the heavens. From one He creates what is between them. And from another one He creates water. And saying, settle upon the water; all living things were created from water anyway. Then He gives it of His spirit. From His spirit, as many prophets as will come to the world, their souls He creates from the soul of the Prophet. And He asks them. He asks. To your peoples, to your peoples, as a father, as an elder, I will send you. And to the prophet I send after you, to the book in his hand, to follow, do you promise Me to follow? He says. And they say, yes, we promise.

And I am among the witnesses with you, He says. So it is not to whom He wills; to the souls He set apart there, He also asks. And they follow Allah. They (?) their word. They are faithful to their covenant. And Allah Almighty sends them revelation. So again, these are the ones who wish. When Prophet Jonah, peace be upon him, fled from his people we will prove here that he was one who wished. When he fled from his people, he is thrown into the sea. In the sea: Lâ ilâhe illâ ente sübhâneke innî küntü minez-zâlimîn. I have wronged my soul, my Allah, forgive me, he says. That is, I could not keep faith with my word, my Allah, forgive me.

And He brings him out onto the land. If I had not been a witness along with you, I would have thrown you to a desolate (?). Until Doomsday (?), truly, he would have stayed there.

So it is not whom He wills; again, the one who wishes.

What does it say here? The Owner of the Throne, Allah, to warn of the Day of Meeting, to those of His servants who wish by their own will, their Lord makes His command known. Yes.
