The misinterpretation

With the Quran, frighten those who fear that they will be gathered before their Lord, that they have neither friend nor intercessor other than our Lord. Maybe they avoid.

The right translation

Warn those who fear of being summoned in the presence of Allah with the Qur’an; for them there is no true friend and intercessor other than Allah. (Warn them) so that (those who will choose the right path) they will abstain.

Explanation

This is where this verse goes wrong: May they beware. The correct one is this: So that they may beware (that those in them may come to the truth).

Allah (swt) does not use the words "perhaps" or "hopefully". With such words, they make our Lord unaware of the future and ignorant of the unseen, and Allah forbid, people may even become disbelievers depending on their intentions. It also contradicts the verse that the keys of the unseen are in the hands of our Lord. It also contradicts many other verses.

The word 'until' is a demonstrative pronoun. Our Lord knows which people in a people will turn towards the truth, so He points to such people with the word Ta'ki. This is the correct meaning of this verse: So that they may abstain from using the Word (so that those in them will come to the truth).

What is said in the video

Surah Al-An'am, verse 51 has also been translated wrongly. Those who fear being gathered before their Lord, you warn them with the Quran, that they have, besides their Lord, neither a friend nor an intercessor. So that perhaps they will be wary. Where is the mistake here? 'Perhaps'. Of course, here He'd use 'so that'. Perhaps He doesn't know, does Allah Almighty: perhaps they'll be wary? Whereas: so that those among them will come to the right. I mean, here Allah Almighty, within a people, among them would turn to Islam and ask Allah for pardon and forgiveness because He knows those people. This 'so that' here is a demonstrative pronoun, to the persons, sir, the opportunity of a span of time He has given these people.

So that those among them who will come to the right, will come, will be wary, it says. Yes.
