Allah determines Prophets from among the angels and from men. Verily, Allah is Samee (All-Hearing) and Baseer (All-Seeing).
Tafsir
Allah (swt) sends Messengers to angels and human beings. Allah (swt) has created the worlds in order and regularity. He has tied everything to a decorum and a rule. Although the creatures are Allah's servants, He communicates His commands to them through Messengers. The Prophets of the angels are Gabriel, Azrael, Michael, Israfil.
Allah, who sends Prophets to human beings from time to time, informs His servants of His commands through these Prophets. By this law of His, Allah makes known to mankind His sublimity, greatness and majesty towards His creatures and declares that there is no other God but Him.
(Verily Allah is the Hearing One); Allah is the One Who has created His creatures and knows what His creatures will do and what their duties will be. In this respect, He knows the events that will take place until the Day of Resurrection, who will speak and what they will say, and what they will do and when and where. If this were not the case, Allah would be characterized, events would be attributed to coincidence and the unity, order and harmony of this universe would be upset. In this respect, there is no coincidence in the universe, there is no chance, and such words would mean that Allah did not provide the sustenance that He has given to people, but that it is the luck of the person and chance has struck him or her, and people would attribute such events to Allah and they would be disbelievers. Allah is the One who hears their conversations while such events are taking place, and He is the One who hears the desire and wish of a mote in the universe to move. In this respect, God is the Seer.

VERSE 75 OF SURAH AL-HAJJ This verse is a verse that has been wrongly explained. We have written the correct one. The purpose of my explaining the verses to you is both to learn the verses, their correct forms, the verse in its correctly explained form, to learn it correctly. And also to explain their meanings to you. Now, verse 75 of Surah Al-Hajj is a verse that has been wrongly explained here. Let us read you the wrong one.
Verse 75, Surah Al-Hajj Verse 75 Allah chooses messengers from the angels too. The word "choose" does not befit Allah.
Allah does not, like a human, choose among people the one close to Him. Allah is the Creator. The Creator creates knowingly and places commanders over His creatures. That is, His commanders are the messengers. Yes. Now, because of this word "chooses", we said they mistakenly explained the verse wrongly. We wrote the correct one. What did we say? Allah takes messengers from the angels too. That is, just as He sends messengers to people, He also sends messengers over the angels. They are taken. He sends them. Now perhaps it comes to your mind. Perhaps not. Let me ask myself a question. And let us share the question with you.
First, who will tell me the answer to my question? I am asking now. If Allah Almighty programmed the angels according to His own will and wish, why would He send messengers over them?
Like us humans, learning from the alphabet, with a messenger sent over us, being free to carry out the religious rulings by our own will or not, are the angels in the same situation too? If they are in the same situation, what use was their programming? Anyone? Someone to tell me this. I'm waiting a little.
Before writing, first let someone tell me "Hodja, I'm writing", I will wait.
Yes.
No one is saying anything.
No one is saying anything. I repeat my question. If the angels are programmed, if Allah Almighty has them do duties according to His own program, what need is there for sending over them prophets, messengers from the angels too? Emre says: as far as I understand, as a sign of propriety and manners, He sent commanders over them too. Four angels, Hodja, I kiss your hands, he says.
Let everyone say their opinion.
Yes. Emre, may Allah be pleased with you. Good or right, at least he gives an answer. Yes. Emre, I will answer this for you. This is simple, simple really, but it doesn't easily come to mind. It's simple actually. You'll all say anyway: yes Hodja, it's really so, and so on. You all know it. But at the moment it doesn't come to one's mind. Now, the angels are programmed. Like what? Take a computer. On a computer, within the same program, we have several programs. Like what? For example, on my computer hadiths are installed. Verses are installed. Commentaries are installed. Now Allah Almighty has loaded the angels like this too.
Then, when He sends angels over them, He says to the angel: have him apply this program of his. What is it? A program of destruction He has given. Have him apply it. He sends him over them. Programmed. He is programmed. He will carry out that program. The angels. Their messenger over them, that is, Allah Almighty commands the messenger He sent over the angels. That angel gives that order, the same order, to the angels. In this case, they are programmed; whatever they are told, they do it within that program. But humans are not like that. Humans have programmed themselves, had themselves programmed.
They act according to their wishes and desires. They use their own partial will, and toward Allah's commands and prohibitions they affirm either the truth or falsehood. That is, they live on that path. Within their own will. Angels are not like that. With the prophets given over them, whichever program (?) is to run, that program is commanded to the angels, to their messengers. (?) it is commanded to the messenger. And as the messenger commands that program to the angels, they, within that program, do their work. Yes. So Allah takes messengers from the angels too. Having learned this part well: from people too; surely Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing.
From people too He takes angels, messengers. And from the angels. We explained the angels. As for people: since people also have some partial will, since people will use their own will, and so rewards and sins come about, people are commanded too, but man lives within his own will. Angels are not in their own will; through the prophets over them, whichever program is to be done, they act within those programs. Yes.
Allah Almighty sends messengers from the angels and to people, to angels and to people. Allah Almighty created the worlds in order and harmony. He has bound everything, not to a manner, but to a rule. Although the created are Allah's servants, He makes His command known to them through messengers. The prophets of the angels are Gabriel, Azrael, Michael, and Israfil. Allah, who also sends prophets to people from time to time, makes His commands known to His servants through these prophets, by means of prophets. With this law He has laid down, Allah has made His loftiness toward His creatures, His greatness and majesty known to people, and has made known that there is no god but Him. Here we laid it out in its outward meaning in a way people will understand, but its true meaning we have explained to you here. Surely Allah is All-Hearing.
Allah Almighty creates the beings He creates rightfully, and what His creatures will do and with what duties they will act, He knows. Now here we are using a phrase. What are we saying? "Creating rightfully" — yes, what does this "creating rightfully" mean? It means this, let us explain briefly: Allah Almighty is free from all deficient attributes. Since Allah is the Creator, among His creatures none, for the duty they will do, no creature created to do that duty will be able to say to Allah Almighty: "You created me for this duty I am to do, but I struggled a lot while doing this duty." That is creating rightfully.
Yes.
Therefore He is the One who knows the events until the Day of Judgment, who will speak and what they will say, what they will hear, from where and when. Were it not so, Allah would be ascribed attributes, events would be left to chance, and this universe's unity and togetherness, its order and harmony, would be turned upside down. Therefore there is no coincidence in the universe, there is no luck. With such words, of the provision that Allah has given to people, it is as if Allah did not give it, it came to the person by luck, by chance; and with such things people ascribe attributes to Allah and fall into kufr.
If I were to explain this matter of luck to you a bit.
Yes.
One day in my dream, the Prophet (peace be upon him) and I are looking for something in a room.
To the Prophet (peace be upon him) I want to say my intention, what comes from within me. That is, I wanted to say this. "O Messenger of Allah, how happy, how lucky we are to live in your time," I was going to say. Before I had even presented my intention, though I said "O Messenger of Allah, how lucky we are" or "how lucky I am", before letting me finish the rest, the Prophet (peace be upon him) immediately turns to me. "What do you mean, luck?" he said. "What do you mean?" he said. "There is no such thing as luck," he said.
"O Messenger of Allah, I wanted to say this," I said. "I meant: is it granted to everyone to live in your time, to be with you?" I said. Again he said to me, "There is no luck." That is, because everything, the intention and wish we desired at the address "Elest-i bi Rabbiküm", we had written for ourselves as our destiny, Allah Almighty programmed these worlds of ours in accordance with our destinies, and for this reason there is no luck. If you say luck, you attribute it to chance and imply that Allah was unaware of that matter, which leads a person to kufr. Yes.
I suppose here we have a question.
