Al-An'am 122: Is the person, who was dead and returned to life and has a light with which he can walk among people equal to the one who has remained in darkness and cannot ever escape it? This is how the deeds of infidels appear attractive to them.

The misinterpretation

Is the person whom We brought back to life when he was dead and gave him a light to walk among people like the one who remains in darkness and cannot come out of it? This is how what they do to the disbelievers is depicted.

The right translation

Is the person, who was dead and returned to life and has a light with which he can walk among people equal to the one who has remained in darkness and cannot ever escape it? This is how the deeds of infidels appear attractive to them.

Explanation

This is where this verse goes wrong: This is how the disbelievers are embellished in what they do. The truth is: This is how the disbelievers adorn their deeds. Allah (swt) is always calling and inviting people to goodness and good. Goodness and goodness are the inspirations that our Lord gives to the hearts of people. Evil and evil are the temptations of the human nafs and the devil. In this case, if he attributes evil and bad thoughts to our Lord and says that this is how He made people look like they were doing evil, then not only do the words of our Lord contradict each other, but it will be revealed that He made some of His servants to be tormented in Hell and some of His servants to be in Paradise. In this case we accuse our Lord of injustice. Those who knowingly open these Verses in this way as enemies of Islam become infidels, and those who unknowingly open these Verses in this way become great sinners.

What is said in the video

Sir, verse 122, yes, "the one who was dead and whom We brought to life," verse 122: "Is the one who was dead and whom We brought to life, and to whom We gave a light by which to walk among people, like the one who stays in darkness, never able to get out of it? Thus the deeds of the disbelievers have been made to look adorned to them," it says. The last word changed the whole thing. Otherwise it's very good. Look, what is it? The one who was dead and brought to life. You were nothing. You were dead. That is, you did not exist. Then, it says, We created you, but you were the living dead, it says. Like what? You were in darkness, it says.

In darkness. How do you know, Hodja? Look now, what does the verse say?

What does the verse say? Let's see.

Sir, I'll change the number. Look now, what does Surah Ibrahim say?

"This Quran is a Book We sent down to you so that, by your Lord's leave, you bring people out of darkness into light, out of darkness into light, that is, to the path of Allah, the Almighty, the Praiseworthy." So it is a book that gives light to the worlds, a book that brings out of darkness into light, that is, a light Allah has held out before us. In that case, had this not been, with our own minds we could not have found our Lord. My mercy reached you. I sent books and prophets, I lit up your path, He says. Now what does this say here? "Whom We brought to life when dead." That is, by yourselves, with your own minds, you could not have found Me.

Dead. The dead whose hearts have (?). Today the Christian world, non-Muslims, people outside the religion of Islam, are dead. The living dead.

Hodja, is there a verse for what you say? There is. There is a verse about the living dead. Do not be with the dead, it says. Now when it says do not be with the dead, it doesn't mean the dead in graves, but the living dead. So those outside the world of Islam, and those who became Muslim but don't live Islam are dead. They are dead. That is, even if they know the truth, those who don't rely on the truth, don't rely on it, and who live outside His commands, people who live outside the bounds of Islam. These are dead. The living dead. So: "the one who was dead and whom We brought to life, and to whom We gave a light by which to walk among people." That is, I, you, "ve lekad halaknel insane fi ahseni takvim." I created you in the most beautiful form.

And I honoured you above the worlds. And you, within this honour, the one to whom We gave a light by which to walk, among these dead, the one to whom We gave light, can he be like the one who stays in darkness, never able to get out of it, it says. That is, can the blind and the one who sees be alike? The blind and the seeing. Is it possible? Yes. "Thus the deeds of the disbelievers have been made to look adorned to them," it says. In truth, Allah made nothing look adorned to people. What does it say? Thus the disbelievers see what they do as adorned. And they boast to one another. And they take pride. Unbelieving, they make unbelief their emblem.

And with the temptation Satan put into their hearts, they show them as great with pride. They try to boast in front of each other. Yes. May Allah protect us.
