Al-An'am 125: The hearts of those who want to follow the right path of Allah open towards Islam. And those who desire to go astray; their hearts tighten as if they are ascending to the sky. As such, those who do not believe in Allah take upon themselves filthiness.

The misinterpretation
Whoever Allah wishes to guide, He opens his heart to Islam. And whoever wants to mislead, he narrows his heart as if he were going up to the sky. This is how those who do not believe in God defile themselves.
The right translation
The hearts of those who want to follow the right path of Allah open towards Islam. And those who desire to go astray; their hearts tighten as if they are ascending to the sky. As such, those who do not believe in Allah take upon themselves filthiness.
Explanation
The wrong place in this verse is this: Whomever Allah wishes to guide, He opens his heart to Islam. And whomsoever He wishes to lead astray, He narrows his heart as if he were ascending to heaven. The truth is: Whoever wishes to enter the right path of Allah, his heart is opened to Islam. And whoever desires error, his heart will be narrowed as if he were ascending to heaven.
In this verse, they have again discriminated between our Lord and His servants and made our Lord's will to be exercised over the servants. However, Allah (swt) has not used His will on His servants. Each human being has made our Lord program him or her with his or her own will.
When people who have common sense understand the wrong opening of this verse, when they look at the last sentence at the end, they will realize that the words do not match each other. In their last sentence they say the following: Those who do not believe in Allah thus take upon themselves uncleanness.
So people are free in their will whether they believe in Allah or not. In this case, people who are free in their will have written their own desires and wishes as their destiny. By blaming our Lord here, by making a distinction between people, are they not bringing a deficiency to the justice of Allah (swt)? Do they not accuse our Lord of injustice among His servants? Do they not accuse Allah (swt) of injustice by making our Lord discriminate between His servants, making some people hell-bound and accusing Allah (swt) of cruelty? May Allah grant such people a good understanding.
What is said in the video
Since they do not know, we will explain it, of course.
Right at the start it signals the mistake. "Whomever Allah wants to guide to the right path, He opens his heart to Islam." How nice.
So now Allah discriminated among His servants, among what He created. What does it say? "Whomever Allah wants to guide to the right path, He opens his heart to Islam." Now, shamelessly, without embarrassment, it both ascribes attributes to Allah and makes Him look like a liar, like a hypocrite.
Hodja, where is the hypocrisy here, where did you get Allah being a liar from, if you ask? Did He send this Quran to the worlds? Did He send it to all His servants? If it came to the worlds, if it came to people: O My servants, I sent you Muhammad (peace be upon him), the prophet of the end times, and as the Seal of the Prophets, gathering the Torah, the Psalms and the Gospel in the Quran I sent it to all of you, He says. To all of you. If you follow it, you find the truth and enter paradise. If you deny it, you enter hell, the place of punishment (?), He says. Now, together with this word of His, does this fit now?
"Whomever Allah has guided, wants to guide to the right path, He opens his heart to Islam." Look. How it makes Allah look like a liar! How it makes Allah look like a hypocrite! He would both send people the Quran and open Islam within them. He'd open their hearts to Islam; He's discriminating between people. Allah did not discriminate against anyone among His servants. People, by their own will, divided into obedient or rebellious towards Allah. Yes. "And whomever He wants to lead astray, He makes his heart very tight, as if he were climbing into the sky." Oh, how nice. Look how they've rendered this verse.
You too, that Allah is capable of everything; Allah is capable, but Allah also has the attribute of justice. Where did you hide Allah's justice? Whatever Allah's word is in pre-eternity, it says, it is the same in eternity. Allah's words never contradict each other.
"Thus He puts filth on those who do not believe in Allah," it says. Now we read the correct version: Whoever wants to enter Allah's right path, his heart opens to Islam. Not "whomever Allah wants to guide to the right path, He opens his heart to Islam"; but whoever wants to enter Allah's right path, his heart opens to Islam. And whoever wants going astray, his heart becomes very tight, as if he were climbing into the sky. Thus those who do not believe in Allah take filth, impurity, upon themselves. How nice. How can you ascribe such an attribute to Allah? Why did He send us here? He sent us to prove what kind of people we are.
If Allah, whomever He wants to create right, opens his heart to Islam... In Surah Taha: if before the Quran We had destroyed them, it says, with a punishment, they would have said this, it says: Had You sent us prophets and books, we wouldn't have fallen into this low (?). Well then, there, although Allah Almighty knew us, why didn't He throw us into hell or put us into paradise? Why do you contradict this verse with that and render it wrongly? So Allah Almighty knows what people will do according to their covenant. So you cannot ascribe such attributes to Allah. You cannot open his heart to Islam.
If Allah wanted, wouldn't He open it? He would. But He doesn't discriminate among His servants again. Those who programmed themselves by their own will, against Allah Almighty: for people who had themselves programmed, He no longer changes their destinies. If We did not will, you could not will, He says. And a word from Me has come to pass. Paradise [and] hell (?), it says. Yes. Then We do not change destinies either, He says. Why? Because with Us there is a book preserved in the Preserved Tablet. After that, nothing is added and nothing is taken away, it says. That is, according to the covenant you gave, I programmed these creatures I created and this universe until the Day of Judgment.
It will come to light within this program, He says. It's that simple. Yes.
