Al-An'am 135: Say; “Oh my people! Do all that is in your power. I will do so as well. You will soon know for whose benefit the end of this place (world) will be. The truth is, those who continue with oppression cannot find salvation (as long as they are on that path).”

The misinterpretation

Say; O my people! Do your best. I'll do it too. You will soon know in whose favor the end of the homeland (world) is. The truth is that the wrongdoers do not prosper.

The right translation

Say; “Oh my people! Do all that is in your power. I will do so as well. You will soon know for whose benefit the end of this place (world) will be. The truth is, those who continue with oppression cannot find salvation (as long as they are on that path).”

Explanation

The wrong place in this verse is this: "Verily, the wrongdoers will not prosper." Correctly: "Verily, those who continue in wrongdoing will not be reformed." Allah (swt) created human beings incomplete. This deficiency is mental. Our Lord forgives our sins when we repent and ask forgiveness for the mistakes we have done knowingly or unknowingly. We humans may have wronged people because of our mistakes or because of our egoistic feelings. We may have continued our cruelty. In that case, if we did not receive our Lord's forgiveness because people were cruel, there would be no people in heaven today. Paradise would disappear. Those who continue to be cruel and do not follow Allah's guidance and do not repent and go to the Hereafter as irreligious people outside the religion of Islam will not be rehabilitated. That is, the torment of the Hereafter is for them. They will neither live nor die there.

What is said in the video

Allah doesn't set anyone on their heels. Yes.

We have come to Surah Al-An'am, verse 135.

"Say: O my people, do whatever you can." Right. Do whatever you want to me, he says. "Do whatever you can, I too will act," he says. You unite, all of you become one, I will still stand against you, to carry out the command my Lord gave me, he says, I too, against you, I will do what I will do, it says. How beautiful. O my people, do what you can I too will act. Of the abode, that is, the world, you will soon know in whose favour its end will be," it says. Right. "The truth is, the wrongdoers will not prosper," it says. Here it went off track.

Don't we commit wrongs? Then don't we regret it? When it says wrongdoers, must we take only the disbeliever? Don't Muslims have wrongdoers? A man kills unjustly, isn't he a wrongdoer? He kills his mother and father. Isn't he a wrongdoer? What do we say? Say: O my people, do whatever you can. I too will act. Of the abode, the world, you will soon know in whose favour its end will be. You did what you wanted in the world, by your own mind. I did what my Lord wanted, he says. In the end, whose it will be at the end of the world, he says, sir, you will soon know. The truth is, those who persist in wrongdoing will not prosper while in that state.

Yes.

That's how it is.
