Al-A'raf 172: Lest they should say; “We were unaware of this” on the Day of Judgment, your Lord has made the offspring that would appear from the sons of Adam witnesses against themselves and Said; “I am your Lord! Yes, you bear witness!”

The misinterpretation

On the Day of Resurrection, your Lord took off their offspring from the children of Adam, made them witnesses to themselves, and said, lest you say that we are unaware of it. Am I not your Lord? They said, Yes, we have witnessed (this).

The right translation

Lest they should say; “We were unaware of this” on the Day of Judgment, your Lord has made the offspring that would appear from the sons of Adam witnesses against themselves and Said; “I am your Lord! Yes, you bear witness!”

Explanation

This is where this verse goes wrong: "He brought forth from the sons of Adam their offspring from their loins, and made them witnesses to them, and said: Am I not your Lord?" The correct verse is: "He took from the children of Adam their offspring, and made them witnesses to themselves, and said: I am your Lord."

The root of all the misinterpreted verses is that due to the lack of understanding of this verse, the verses have been misinterpreted in various superstitions in accordance with people's own minds and they have attributed shortcomings to our Lord.

By explaining this Verse to you, we will try to remove the falsehoods in the Holy Qur'an, which have been opened as superstition and written by attributing shortcomings to our Lord. I will explain this verse in some depth.

We have explained wishing in the previous verses. However, since wishing is mentioned so many times in the Holy Qur'an, it has been repeated over and over again. So we said that we will explain wishing in detail in the 172nd Verse of Surah A'raf, that is, in this Verse. When our Lord's wish on mankind is mentioned, we will put the equivalent of the Verse that we have explained in detail in the 172nd Verse of Surah A'raf, and we will repeat it and put it at the bottom of the Verses. The wisdom of repeating an article is for a better understanding of the subject matter.

It is because of the lack of understanding of this Verse that all the misinterpreted Verses originate. The verses have been misinterpreted in various superstitions in accordance with people's own minds and attributed to our Lord.

By explaining this Verse to you, we will try to remove the falsehoods in the Holy Qur'an, which have been opened as superstition and written by attributing shortcomings to our Lord. I will explain this verse in some depth.

1- What did Allah (swt) create us for?

2- Where were humans created in the Hereafter?

3- Why did he make a covenant with men?

4- Why did our Lord, who made a covenant with human beings, send us to earth without putting us there into heaven and hell, even though He knew what they were?

By answering these questions for you, we will have a better understanding of our creation, the purpose for which we came into the world and how we are to behave in the world. In this case, we will be free from the superstitions attributed to our Lord and from the superstitions of people who attribute incomplete shortcomings to our Lord.

1- Why did Allah (swt) create us? Our Lord was with His Essence. That is, our Lord has no beginning and no end. He exists with His Essence with the attribute of His Essence (HU). In other words, our Lord was neither created, nor was He created, nor was He born, nor did He have children (wives and children). In this case, our Lord was alone before the creation of these worlds. He is also a great treasure of knowledge. Our Lord was a treasure of knowledge and He wanted it to be known. He created the light of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) from His light. From his light He created the seven layers of the heavens and the worlds between them. Then He gave a part of His soul to the Prophet (pbuh). From the soul of the Prophet (PBUH), He created the souls of other Prophets and made a covenant with them. In the 81st verse of Surah Al-Imran, our Lord says

"81- Remember when Allah sent among the Prophets, after I gave you the Book and wisdom, a Messenger who confirms what is before you, you will certainly help him. Have you affirmed this? Have you accepted this covenant? When I asked them, they replied that they accepted. Then Allah said, "Then bear witness, and I am one of those who bear witness with you.

Then Allah (swt) created the souls of His people from the souls of the Prophets He created. The Prophet (SAW) was the first to be created before the creation of the worlds. Then the Prophets. Then the tribes of the Prophets. Our Lord was an unknown treasure and He wanted it to be known, so He created man. Our Lord gave only human beings one of His spirits in all the worlds. For this, He has made man honorable over the worlds. In Surah Al-Tin, Verse 4: "I have created man in the most beautiful form" (Lekad haleknal insane fi ahsani calendar).

2- Where were we created in the Hereafter? In the Hereafter, our Lord created our souls in the realm of Lahut, as many people as will come to the world. While our created souls were unaware of themselves, He suddenly awakened them all at the same time and addressed them with the certainty that I am your Lord. In this case, our souls are divided into three parts. The reason for this? Because our Lord gave man from his soul, they could not recognize our Lord, who was standing in front of man, in human form, as the Creator, and in their pride and arrogance, they became arrogant and disbelieved as Satan became arrogant. In this case, our Lord calls them liars and disbelievers in this verse. These people who denied our Lord waited for the Lord of their imagination.

Let us elaborate here a little more, in the 7th verse of Surah Al-Taqiya, our Lord says: "And when you are three classes, 8- blessed are those on the right. 9- How unfortunate are those on the left. 10- those who are ahead in good deeds are ahead (in reward)."

Here we are divided into three classes. There are many more events here. When Allah (swt) says, "I am your Lord," the Prophet (s.a.w.) addresses people in the presence of our Lord saying, "Yes, this is our Lord! This is the one who created us". Our Lord also created our souls in twilight darkness. The created people are in three classes, the people at the front are seen and the people at the back are seen, but they cannot be recognized. Here a hadith comes to light: "(Our Lord created our souls in the twilight, He scattered something of His light on them, those who received it found their way, those who did not, lost their way and went astray)." This hadith describes Elestu bi Rabbikumu. Our Lord's scattering something of His light is the word I created you. Those who received it found their way, those on the right who said yes you are my Lord found their way. Those who deny and those who wait for the Lord of their own imagination, the leftists have lost their way.

Will is two. One is the Universal Will and one is the Minor Will. Since our Lord gave man from his soul, we have written our desires and wills to our Lord as destiny with this will in our souls. This is how people, despite knowing that our Lord has made a covenant with human beings and that our Lord has written the desires and wills of human beings as destiny, have attributed our Lord by removing man's own will from man and making our Lord use His will on man, making man discriminate among His servants within the will of our Lord and sending whomever He wants to heaven and whomever He wants to hell. This is because they do not understand this verse.

Our Lord, who makes a covenant with each person individually, makes a covenant with people one by one. He showed the times as a project to the people with whom He made a covenant, and left it to their own will as to which time they would leave. Moreover, whatever they requested from our Lord, our Lord gave them exactly what they wanted. The verse says that We have given man innumerable sustenance, which means that whatever man has asked of our Lord, He has given him innumerable sustenance without restricting what he has asked for.

Our Lord, who knows the mystery of the human heart, has written the destiny of the person according to his desire and will. People who dictate their scripts in the Elestu bi Rabbikum address, when they come into the world, they act out their scripts like an artist and bear witness to their surroundings and to our Lord as to what kind of a person they are.

When our Lord makes a covenant with people, He leaves them free to their own will and writes down their own desires and wishes as their destiny, without any pressure or coercion. On what basis, then, do people characterize Our Lord among His servants, saying that He has led this one astray, that one astray. He has sealed the heart of this one, He will take whomever He wills into Paradise and whomever He wills into Hell, and so on, with all sorts of superstitions. Let us elaborate a little here in the 173rd Verse of Surah A'raf:

173- "Or our fathers used to associate partners with Allah, and we were a generation after them (we followed in their footsteps), so that you may not say: 'Will you destroy us because of those who commit falsehood? (We did so) that you may not say."

When people come to the world, because the covenant in the hereafter is closed to them, we have already made a covenant with you in the hereafter with your soul, which is your real being, so that you do not justify yourself by saying, "This is what I saw from my mother and father. Your real existence is your soul. Your body is for your appearance as an external being when I send you to the world. Although people know that our Lord has made a covenant with human beings and that our Lord has written the desires and wills of human beings as destiny, they have characterized our Lord by removing the will of human beings from human beings, by making our Lord use His will on human beings, and by making human beings discriminate among His servants within His will, and by sending whomever He wants to heaven and whomever He wants to hell, even though they know that our Lord has made a covenant with human beings and that our Lord has written the desires and wills of human beings as destiny. This is because they do not understand this verse.

Our Lord, who knows the mystery of the human heart, has written the destiny of the person according to his/her desire and will. People who have written their script in the address Elestu bi Rabbikum, when they come to the world, they act out the script they have written like an artist and bear witness to their surroundings and to our Lord as to what kind of a person they are.

When our Lord makes a covenant with people, He leaves them free to their own will and writes their exact thoughts as their destiny without any pressure or coercion. On what basis, then, do people characterize our Lord among His servants, saying that He has left this one in error and that one astray. They characterize our Lord with all kinds of superstitions such as He has sealed the heart of this one, He will put whomever He wills into heaven and whomever He wills into hell.

3- What did He covenant with people for? Allah (swt) is exempt from any imperfect attribute. In the 172nd Verse of Surah A'râf, our Lord says:

172- "And He made the descendants of the Children of Adam to bear witness against themselves, so that you may not say on the Day of Resurrection that we were ignorant of this, and He said: I am your Lord. (They) said, "Yes, we bear witness."

173- "Or that you may not say: "Our fathers used to associate partners with Allah, and we were a generation after them (we followed in their footsteps), so that you may not say: 'Will you destroy us because of those who commit falsehood? On the previous page, the meaning of this Verse has been explained.

4- Why did our Lord, who made a covenant with human beings, send us to earth without putting us there into heaven and hell, even though He knew what they were?

Allah has the attribute of Allah. Allah is free from all imperfect attributes. No one will be able to question or question our Lord. Is this because our Lord will frighten people? No! Is it because He will use violence to oppress them? No! Our Lord does not need that. He has left every human being free in his own will. Our Lord will judge people with His justice in the Court of Judgment for what they have done. So what is the attribute of our Lord as Allah? If all that people have done has been written as an iota of good and an iota of evil, if people have come to the world to prove what kind of a person they are, then all the questions that people will ask our Lord will have been played out by their actual deeds in this world and they will be cut off from the question. Our Lord says in the verse: "Did you think that you would die without proving what kind of people you are?

In the 134th verse of Surah Taha, our Lord explains beautifully what He sent human beings into the world for.

134- "If We had destroyed them with a torment before this (the Qur'an), they would surely have said: "O Lord! If You had sent us a messenger, we would have followed Your Verses before we fell into this humiliation and disgrace."

It is here that the attribute of Allah, our Lord, is manifested. If we open this verse, before the Qur'an, it means that the Torah, the Psalms and the Injeel are in the Holy Qur'an. Since all the books are in the Qur'an, if Allah (swt) sent His books to give life and light to the people, then what is meant by "before the Qur'an" here is that if we had included the people in hell according to their covenants before we sent them to the world, they would have said, "I could not believe in you as my Lord. Our Lord created these visible worlds and sent us to this world to prove to ourselves what kind of a human being we are, so that they would not say, "I would worship you if you had sent me to an unseen realm where your essence is not visible, because we see our Lord with the attribute of Zat like ourselves, because He gave us His spirit.

Surah Al-Qasas Surah 47- "When a calamity befalls them because of what they themselves have done, they say, 'Our Lord! Would that You had sent us a Prophet so that we might have followed Your Verses and been of the believers! (We would not have sent you) had they not said."

They have introduced superstitions into the Holy Qur'an by making light of the sins that people commit of their own volition, saying that our Lord will let whomever He wants into Paradise, that is, no matter how many sins a person commits, our Lord will let him into Paradise. Here the verses are clear. In this case, those who open the Verses by adapting them to their own minds, who open the Verses by turning them into superstitions by attributing them to our Lord according to the taste of each translator, do they think that they will save themselves from the punishment of our Lord? In this respect, no one can attribute our Lord by opening the Verses in nonsense. In this way, he cannot open the verses!

What is said in the video

Verse 172, Surah Al-A'raf. This is a verse that was interpreted wrongly. Now I will continue with you, together with its wrong version. I am reading the wrong one. So that you do not say on the Day of Judgement, 'we were unaware of this', your Lord, from the children of Adam, from their loins, from their backs, brought forth their offspring. Now I am asking you a question. Let us answer sincerely. We come from the loins of the children of Adam. We came out of his loins. Did we see our Lord? Now I am asking you.

What does it say here? Your Lord brought forth from the children of Adam, from their loins, their offspring. Their offspring came out. Ahmet, Mehmet, Ayşe, Fatma, whoever; their offspring came out of the loins. He made them witnesses over themselves and said: Am I not your Lord? Have you seen such a thing? Is there such a thing? Did Allah Almighty, after we came out of father and mother, make a covenant with us? In this world. Now, since in the verse too Allah Almighty sent us into a hidden (?) world, here, according to this verse, how can you say that He brought forth offspring from the fronts (?) of the children of Adam and made a covenant with them?

And sometimes, what do people say? In the mother's womb? In the hereafter? In this world? It is not clear, they say. Well, did you make a covenant in this world? Did you see Allah? The verse is explicit. He has sent us into a hidden (?) world. Well now, here, denying this verse, what are you saying? In the mother's womb? Well then, in the mother's womb, do you think so little of Allah Almighty, look down on Him so, that you have this covenant made in the womb with a child who has no understanding? Now, where they did not know, they rendered the verses wrongly, and it says: Am I not your Lord? And they said, yes, we bear witness to this; an utter lie, because they put their finger on a place they did not know anyway.

If this were known: this is the main branch in the Quran, of people's, that is, at the root, covenant with Allah; this is its main branch. The main branch. This is not unfolded by the verses on their own, or just by knowing Arabic. Now I will explain this part to you.

I will explain it because I saw it. I will explain it because my Lord granted it to me. Anyway, to complete what is missing in the verses, we will explain what our Lord has shown us, the signs, within the knowledge He has given.

We are in the realm of Lahut. Suddenly there is a coming into being, look. suddenly there is a coming into being. Young, 30-33 years old. Opposite, 3 groups, 3 groups of people, a faint twilight. Twilight. The person at the very front can be seen, the people at the very back can be seen too, but they cannot be recognised. I am on one side. Opposite me three prophets standing shoulder to shoulder like this, like this, looking at me from under their arms they are smiling. One is Prophet Moses, one is Prophet David, one is Prophet Jesus, peace be upon him; three prophets in front of us. Allah Almighty and the Beloved of the Most Glorious, (?) Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, beside Him. Allah Almighty: 'You I created. I am your Lord,' He says.

He addresses them. And beside the Prophet he goes back and forth like this, right and left (?). His head bowed down. And the Prophet is trying to (?) the people. 'Yes, this is our Lord. Affirm it,' he says. I mean, with all his, his majesty, he cries out to the people: 'This is our Lord.'

And I am looking, I am in astonishment. Truly astonishment. I mean, I am now describing that place. I am in astonishment. What kind of astonishment? I have no before. Suddenly I come into being. Suddenly, within my coming into being. And someone has come out, saying: I am your Lord. I created you, he says. Yes. I was created. Because I have no before. Someone created me. But who created me? And that one is Allah Almighty in human form. And in this astonishment I say: let me be patient a little. If the one opposite us did not create us, if the being who says 'I created you' did not create us, the One who created us will make Himself manifest. He will destroy him and those who follow him.

'I am your Lord,' (?) He will come forth. Let me gain time, I say. That is why Allah Almighty too says: do you never use your reason? Do you never reflect? He says. In this situation no such one comes forth. And I say: if the being opposite us had not created so many people, us, sir, what (?), he would come forth and say 'I created'. And no such one comes forth. At that moment the Prophet turns to me. And I, in that astonishment, unaware of what I will do, a (?), I will save, I mean, more precisely. Where will I go? What will I do? How would I know? There is nothing. Sir, meanwhile the Prophet turns to me.

'This is our Lord, affirm it', and there I hear the word of Allah Almighty: 'My Beloved, he is one of Us; leave him (?)', He said, and from my heart toward Allah Almighty, saying 'I have found an owner', a love, a fondness, an affection burst forth, but such a love and affection. Yes. So when Allah Almighty said 'I am your Lord', there not all of them said yes. Well, Hodja, you have now gone off track here. Because Allah Almighty says 'they said yes'. I will now explain to you the meaning of this 'yes'. What does Allah Almighty say in His verse to those who deny Allah Almighty? They are lying unbelievers, He says.

Does the verse say so? It does. They are lying unbelievers, He says. Why does He say it? Because they denied Allah. Because they saw Allah in human form like themselves, because the Lord of their imagination they were waiting for, they denied Him. So, since the deniers whom Allah Almighty calls lying unbelievers would deny Him, sir, Allah Almighty, on their behalf, since they too know that a Lord created them, says 'yes'. I created them. That is, people who, in the way they understood it, grasp that they were created, all of them. They all know they were created. Because they came into being from nothing. So, leaving no room for their denial, they too know that I was created. That is the meaning of 'yes'.

This is the 'yes' here. Otherwise no one there denies. No one says no. That they said no there and denied here, or said yes there and denied here: there is no such thing. They all know there that they were created. On their behalf Allah Almighty, sir, since these deniers would deny Him, which is why He calls them lying unbelievers anyway, since they deny Him. All of these are lying unbelievers. I would say that none of these unbelievers tells the truth. Anyway, because they denied Allah at the address 'Am I not your Lord?', sir, Allah Almighty calls them lying unbelievers. In this respect the meaning of 'yes' is: they too know, I was created.

And since that Creator is Allah's own Self, they said yes, He says. I was created, that is. I was created. Since what they afterwards encompassed with imagination is not the Lord, Allah Almighty speaks the truth here. Yes. What do we say? The Day of Judgement. We are now reading the correct one. So that you do not say on the Day of Judgement, 'we were unaware of this', the offspring that would emerge from Adam's (?). The offspring that would emerge. Is there such a thing, Hodja? Look, what does it say now? What does it say? Here, let us read this. 'And when your Lord took from the children of Adam' 'Ehaze' — your Lord made a covenant with Adam.

Min zuhurihim. What does it say? The offspring that would emerge from Adam, zürriyetehim, it says. Look, the offspring that would emerge from Adam, it says. And did they emerge from Adam, did He bring them out of their lineage and, with us in this world, make a covenant? Look how they interpreted such a simple verse. What does it say? 'And when your Lord took from the children of Adam, from their loins, their descendants' Allah Almighty made a covenant with the offspring that would emerge from Adam. Ve eşhedehüm: He made them witnesses. 'over themselves', against their own selves, 'Am I not your Lord', your Lord, He said. It is that simple.

That simple. And that is what was seen. Allah Almighty, too, before people, says to them: I am your Lord. Otherwise, that He brought forth the offspring of the children of Adam from the (?) and made a covenant with them, and whether in this world, in the mother's womb or in the hereafter, it is not clear, they say. Well, would Allah Almighty write an unclear verse here? Yes.

What does it say? He made them witnesses over themselves and said: I was your Lord. I am your Lord. Not 'am I not your Lord'. Because look how different the meanings of 'am I not your Lord' and 'your Lord' are. When He says 'am I not your Lord', I will see my creation millimetre by millimetre, millimetre, and I will see that the one opposite me created me. And then I will deny Him. And then Allah Almighty will say to me: Did I not create you? Whereas there is no such place, no such thing. Suddenly there is our creation. And in that astonishment, because we see Him as like ourselves, Allah Almighty, in the form of His Self, manifests to us. He has given from His spirit anyway.

Allah Almighty gave the universal spirit, from His part, to the Prophet. And from his spirit, we too, people coming from our (?), created in the same human form, coming from his spirit as well, exactly with Allah Almighty's forms, sir, people... Doesn't it say so in the Mawlid of the Prophet anyway? 'I made My Self a mirror to your self,' it says. That is, I created you to see My Self in you. Mir'at is a mirror. When a person looks into a mirror, doesn't he see his self? Doesn't he see himself? So: 'I made My Self a mirror to your self,' it says. 'I created you to see you in My Self,' says Allah Almighty.

Yes. 'I am your Lord.' And they said: yes, we bear witness to this. How? Because they knew they had been created. But when it came to the covenant, because they were waiting for the Lord of their imagination, they denied. That is why Allah Almighty called them lying unbelievers. Now, through the meaning of 'yes', the meaning of 'lying unbelievers' has been understood very well here, God willing. Yes.

Now, in this case, we move on from here.
