At-Tawbah 30: The Jews said; “Uzeyr (Ezra) is Allah’s son.” And the Christians said, “the Messiah (Jesus) is Allah’s son.” These are statements they mutter with their mouths. How they make their statements resemble the words of the former infidels. Allah’s destruction may be on them! How they turn (from truth to wrong beliefs).

Explanation
The misinterpretation
The Jews said that Uzeyr is the son of Allah. Christians also said that the Messiah (Jesus) is the son of God. These are the words they mumble with their mouths. They compare (his words) to the words of those who were disbelievers before. God damn them! How are they turned (from truth to falsehood)?
The right translation
The Jews said; “Uzeyr (Ezra) is Allah’s son.” And the Christians said, “the Messiah (Jesus) is Allah’s son.” These are statements they mutter with their mouths. How they make their statements resemble the words of the former infidels. Allah’s destruction may be on them! How they turn (from truth to wrong beliefs).
Explanation
This is where this verse goes wrong: How are they turned (from truth to falsehood)? The truth is: How do they turn (from truth to falsehood)?
All created human beings were created in the realm of Lahut. Then our Lord made a covenant with human beings in the 172nd verse of Surah A'râf. Everyone's desires and wishes were written as destiny for him/her. People came to this world in flesh and blood to prove what kind of a human being they are. In this case, since no one can change anyone's destiny, people cannot be turned from truth to falsehood. In other words, people cannot change their destiny by the will of others and people cannot have influence over destiny. Each person will live up to his or her own covenant, and they will only turn from truth to falsehood at their own will.
What is said in the video
We stopped at verse 30. Verse 30 – the verse, the wrongly translated one I'm reading: The Jews said Ezra is the son of Allah – correct. And the Christians said the Messiah, Jesus, is the son of Allah – that's correct too. These are words they mouth with their mouths. They liken their words to the words of those who disbelieved before. May Allah destroy them, how they are turned away from truth to falsehood, it says. Everyone takes this as normal. Allah Almighty, look, is cursing here. Allah cursing His servants.
Such a thing is not possible. If Allah had cursed His servants, the unbelievers anyway – that's what it says, doesn't it: Allah would not have guided them. Those among them who attain guidance. This time they bring Allah Almighty's verse into contradiction. As long as they remain in that state, they cannot attain Allah's guidance. Translating the verse that way is one thing. The word "Allah guiding them" is another. Now what does it say here? They liken their words to the words of those who disbelieved before. May Allah destroy them, it says. That is, Allah Almighty: The Jews said Ezra is the son of Allah.
And the Christians said the Messiah, Jesus, is the son of Allah. These are words they mouth with their mouths. How the unbelievers liken their words to the words of those who disbelieved before!
Now there is a meaning here. Grasp this meaning well. I'll explain it here anyway.
Pay attention to this. First I'm reading the wrong one.
They liken their words to the words of those who disbelieved before. May Allah destroy them, it says. That is, those who liken their words to those who disbelieved before.
And here: the unbelievers, their words – how the unbelievers liken their words to the words of those who disbelieved before!
Do you know the subtleties here? The unbelievers – to the words of those who disbelieved before, how they liken them! What does it say here? Now you didn't quite grasp this part. I'll explain it to you again. They liken their words to the words of those who disbelieved before. They liken it to those before. May Allah destroy them, it says. Now, likening one's words to the words of those before is something else – pay attention here. And here: how the unbelievers liken their words to the words of those who disbelieved before! To whom is Allah Almighty saying this here? Above, He says it to everyone in general.
And here Allah Almighty – according to the verse that there is not a single living being to come until the Day of Judgement whose deeds We do not know – points to the unbelievers, the unbelievers themselves. For example, in the word "until" – until, among a people, a time given to those who become Muslim (?) And here Allah Almighty speaks of the unbelievers who will never again return to Allah or repent, (?) them. What does it say? Look: how the unbelievers liken their words to the words of those who disbelieved before!
What does it say here? They liken it to the words of those who disbelieved before. They liken their words to the words of those who disbelieved before. Now, Allah forbid, this unbeliever says something. And something I said resembles it. How they liken it! Because I likened this word to that one, may He destroy me too, it says. Unbeliever, it says. Can you grasp the subtlety here too? Your thick head didn't get it, I suppose. Look, once more. They liken their words to the words of those who disbelieved before. Don't we sometimes talk the way the unbelievers talk? We liken. Do we become unbelievers? That's exactly what it's saying.
Sir, what does it say here? The unbelievers, their words – this time, those who disbelieve, the unbelievers. Allah Almighty knows who is an unbeliever. The unbelievers, their words – the unbelievers liken their words to the words of those who disbelieved before. The same words. Unbelievers are the same in unbelief, it says. Now did you get it? The subtlety here. Yes.
Here Allah Almighty, to the unbelievers who will now enter the hereafter as complete unbelievers – to them, to them Allah says: may Allah destroy them. How they turn from truth to falsehood, it says. Now whom is He cursing? The unbelievers. Doesn't Allah Almighty pronounce damnation on some peoples anyway? He said "damnation", for example. (?) Isn't damnation a curse? But Allah Almighty does not curse people in general. In general. Because among them are those who will become Muslims. Even if they are unbelievers, among them are those who will become Muslims. Here they built it on a play on words, a very subtle play on words.
One: because they likened their words to the unbeliever's, Allah curses them. Yet perhaps among them are some who will become Muslims. The other: those who are unbelievers. Because Allah Almighty knows them. By what does He know? By which verse does He know? Tell me. Who will say it? Surah Ta-Ha, verse 134. If We had destroyed them with a punishment before the Quran, it says. Look. Whom? He knows them. If We had destroyed them with a punishment before the Quran – if you had sent us prophets and books, we would not have fallen into this lowly disgrace – had you not been going to say that, it says.
Allah Almighty would not have created these worlds. Exactly.
Unbelievers liken it to the words of unbelievers. That is why Allah Almighty rebukes them.
Yes. There are such subtleties here, you see. Being able to grasp these subtleties. Yes.
Ah...
