At-Tawbah 93: Responsibility is only upon those who ask for permission from you despite their wealth, because they became content with sitting with the women who stayed behind. Those who have made their hearts sealed by this behavior (in the covenant of Alastu bi Rabbikum), they will not realize (what is right and wrong).

The misinterpretation

Responsibility is only for those who ask permission from you even though they are rich. Because they agreed to be with the rest of the women. Allah sealed their hearts. Now they don't know (what's right)

The right translation

Responsibility is only upon those who ask for permission from you despite their wealth, because they became content with sitting with the women who stayed behind. Those who have made their hearts sealed by this behavior (in the covenant of Alastu bi Rabbikum), they will not realize (what is right and wrong).

Explanation

This is where this verse goes wrong: Because they consented to be with the rest of the women. So Allah sealed their hearts. Verily: Those who have had their hearts sealed by Allah with this character of theirs (in the address of Elestu bi Rabbikum in the past), they will not know (what is true).

Our Lord does nothing without reason and without justice. If the human and jinn gathered together, they would not be able to see any deficiency in the justice of our Lord, nor would they be able to fit it into their minds. Every act of His justice has a wisdom and is manifested in favor of people. In this case, the hearts of those who asked for permission not to participate in the war were not warmed to Islam, so they asked for permission to avoid the war. Our Lord, Who knows the mysteries of hearts, knows their condition, so they had their hearts sealed by Our Lord.

It is one thing to seal hearts and another to say that He has sealed hearts. Here, in return for every human being being being free and making a covenant by informing our Lord of their desires and wishes with this free thought, they have had their hearts sealed against our Lord in return for not adopting our Lord's laws, denying His Essence, and not doing what He says. Otherwise, our Lord has not sealed the hearts of such people by discriminating between them on His own will.

What is said in the video

it becomes clear. Yes.

There is a mistake in verse 93 of Surah At-Tawbah. The responsibility is only upon those who ask your leave though they are rich. Responsibility. What does it say? Only upon those who ask your leave though they are rich. Because they were content to be with the women who stay behind. And Allah sealed their hearts. Now they cannot know what is right, it says. Right. Here it makes the same mistake again, here. Let us read it like this. The responsible ones are only those who, though rich, ask your leave. Because the life of this world pleased them. They have money too. They'll enjoy themselves at home.

Whether they live in a Muslim state or in a non-Muslim state. To satisfy their own carnal desires, because Allah's commands weigh on them, non-Muslim people love this world and dodge Allah's commands. So in this case the responsible ones are only those who ask your leave though they are rich. Because they were content to be with the women who stay behind. Earlier, at the address "Elestü bi-Rabbiküm". Those who, with these characters, had their hearts sealed by Allah now cannot know what is right. Of course we open that place up here in brackets. Why do we say it in brackets? There is no exact Turkish equivalent of Arabic.

Because it is a very rich language. Very rich. All languages originally branched off from Arabic. So we are compelled to. What do we say so that those places are better understood? Those who earlier, at the address "Elestü bi-Rabbiküm", with these characters had their hearts sealed by Allah now cannot know what is right. Yes.
