Hud 20: They could never on earth (or else) incapacitate (Allah) and yet, they have no friends (to ask for help), but Allah. They will increase their suffering (in the Hereafter) by committing more (bad) deeds in this world. Because they did not desire to see or to listen to (the Truth).

The misinterpretation

They will not weaken (Allah) on earth, and they have no friends (to ask for help) other than Allah. Their torment will be multiplied. For they could neither see nor hear (the truth).

The right translation

They could never on earth (or else) incapacitate (Allah) and yet, they have no friends (to ask for help), but Allah. They will increase their suffering (in the Hereafter) by committing more (bad) deeds in this world. Because they did not desire to see or to listen to (the Truth).

Explanation

This is where this verse goes wrong: Their torment will be multiplied. The truth is: They will increase their torment (in the Hereafter by increasing their sins for their rebellion).

Allah (swt) says in His Verse: "Fa man ya'mel miskala zerratin fan yerah. And men ya'mel miskâle zerratin sharran yerah", which means: "When people do a miskal particle of good, their good will be written down, and when they do a miskal particle of evil, their evil will be written down." No one's sins will be multiplied. Our Lord will multiply the good deeds of those who do good by three to one, five to five, seven to seven, seventy to seventy, and there are more. But He will not multiply the sins. Their sins will be collected. They will not be increased many times over, but they will be held to account for their sins one for one.

What is said in the video

he says. Allah Almighty's attribute of being Allah: no one will be able to (?) question Him. Yes.

We continue with Surah Hud. In verse 20 there are mistakes. They will not be able to frustrate Allah on earth. Who? People. Non-Muslims. Nor do they have, besides Allah, friends from whom to seek help. Yes. Their punishment will be multiplied, it says. Right here they have rendered the verse wrongly. Allah Almighty does not create or do anything multiplied. What does it say? Good deeds, We multiply the reward, it says. Look. We multiply rewards. Your sins, it says, We add up. We do not multiply them, it says. For example, you did a good deed. One to three, one to five, seven, ten, seventy, a hundred, up to seven hundred He gives.

For one good deed. But for a sin, up to how much (?) does He give? One sin. You did it once more. That is one sin. What else did he do? Two sins. But what does it say here? Look now, it will be multiplied, it says. Their punishment will be multiplied. Because they could neither truly see nor did they listen, it says. Of course, that place is rendered like this. They will not be able to frustrate Allah on earth. Nor do they have, besides Allah, friends from whom to seek help. In return for the rebellions they commit, by increasing their sins, in the Hereafter they will increase their punishment.

Yes. What was that? In return for the rebellions they commit, by increasing their sins: whatever sin he commits, He adds it on top. Whatever sin he commits, He adds it on top. Each sin, sir, in return its equal; for example, he has committed three sins, when he commits the fourth sin, He adds one more sin. Four sins. When he commits the fifth sin, Allah Almighty one more sin to him gives. Six sins. Whatever the penalties for these are, Allah Almighty decrees them, of course. Otherwise He does not multiply them. Only the rewards does Allah Almighty multiply. How merciful He is to His servants is clear from this anyway.

In return for the rebellions they commit, by increasing their sins, in the Hereafter they will increase their punishment. Because they neither truly wanted to see nor did they listen. What do they not want to see? They do not want to see the truth. The truth. Yes.
