Ar-Ra'd 13: And the thunder exalts (Allah) with praise. And the angels (exalt Allah) with awe. While they argue about Allah, Allah strikes those (whose time is up) with lightning that Allah sends. And Allah is the One whose punishment is severe.

The misinterpretation

Thunder glorifies Allah with praise. Angels also glorify Him because of His majesty. While they are quarreling about Allah, He sends lightning bolts and strikes whomever He wills with them. And He is the most severe in punishment.

The right translation

And the thunder exalts (Allah) with praise. And the angels (exalt Allah) with awe. While they argue about Allah, Allah strikes those (whose time is up) with lightning that Allah sends. And Allah is the One whose punishment is severe.

Explanation

Here again, the wrong opening: Our Lord's will over mankind. The wrong place is here: He sends lightning and strikes whom He wills with it. The truth is: He sends thunderbolts and strikes with them whomsoever He wills.

Our Lord does not intend cruelty to anyone. Our Lord's mercy has exceeded His wrath. In that case, if our Lord chastises whomever He wills, does it not contradict the saying, "His mercy exceeds His wrath"?

In this case, the life of a person whose life has expired is neither one hour behind nor one hour ahead. In return for the verse, "You go where you will fall with your own feet", our Lord creates causes for people's deaths. Here it is not the will of our Lord, but the manifestation of an event within the destiny of the individuals themselves.

The Qur'an is a dhikr. By constantly misinterpreting the word of our Lord, they have attributed the actual actions of human beings to the will of our Lord. In this case, we are repeating under some of the verses and putting the 172nd verse of Sûra A'râf, which is the main point of wishing. The opening of Verse 172 of Surah A'râf is as follows. When we open this Verse, we will better understand that our Lord does not have a wish over people. The wisdom of repeating an article is for a better understanding of the subject matter.

It is because of the lack of understanding of this Verse that all the misinterpreted Verses originate. The verses have been misinterpreted in various superstitions in accordance with people's own minds and attributed to our Lord.

By explaining this Verse to you, we will try to remove the falsehoods in the Holy Qur'an, which have been opened as superstition and written by attributing shortcomings to our Lord. I will explain this verse in some depth.

1- Why did Allah (swt) create us?

2- Where were humans created in the Hereafter?

3- Why did he make a covenant with men?

4- Why did our Lord, who made a covenant with human beings, send us to earth without putting us there into heaven and hell, even though He knew what they were?

By answering these questions for you, we will have a better understanding of our creation, the purpose of our coming into the world and how we are to behave in the world. In this case, we will be free from the superstitions attributed to our Lord and the superstitions of people who attribute incomplete shortcomings to our Lord.

1- Why did Allah (swt) create us? Our Lord was with His Essence. That is, our Lord has no beginning and no end. He exists with His Essence with the attribute of His Essence (HU). In other words, our Lord was not created, nor was He created, nor was He born, nor did He have offspring (wives and children). In this case, our Lord was alone before the creation of these worlds. He is also a great treasure of knowledge. Our Lord wanted it to be known that He was a treasure of knowledge. He created the light of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) from His light. From his light He created the seven layers of the heavens and the worlds between them. Then He gave a part of His soul to the Prophet (pbuh). From the soul of the Prophet (pbuh), He created the souls of the other Prophets. He made a covenant with them. In the 8th Verse of Surah Al-Imran, our Lord says:

81- "And when there comes to you a Messenger from among the Prophets who confirms what is before you, after Allah has given you the Book and wisdom, you will surely help him. Have you affirmed this? Have you accepted this covenant? When I asked them, they replied that they accepted. Then Allah said, "Then bear witness, and I am one of those who bear witness with you."

Then Allah (swt) created the souls of His people from the souls of the Prophets He created. The Prophet (SAW) was the first to be created before the creation of the worlds. Then the Prophets. Then the tribes of the Prophets. Our Lord was an unknown treasure and He wanted it to be known, so He created man. Our Lord gave only human beings from His spirit in the worlds. For this, He has made man honorable over the worlds. "I have created man in the most beautiful form" (Legad haleknel insane fi ahsani calendar).

2- Where were we created in the Hereafter? In the Hereafter, our Lord created our souls in the realm of Lahut, as many people as will come to the world. While our created souls were unaware of themselves, He suddenly awakened them all at the same time and addressed them with the certainty that I am your Lord. In this case, our souls are divided into three parts. The reason for this? Because our Lord gave man one of His spirits, and man could not recognize our Lord as the Creator, standing in front of man, in the form of a human being, and people became proud and arrogant and denied Him. In this case, our Lord calls them liars and disbelievers in this verse. These people who denied our Lord waited for their imaginary Lord. Let us elaborate a little more here. In Verse 7 of Surah Al-Taqi'a, our Lord says: And when you are three classes, 8- Blessed are those on the right. 9- How unfortunate are those on the left. 10- Those who are ahead in good deeds are ahead (in reward).

Here we are divided into three classes. There are many more events here, where the Prophet (PBUH) is addressing people in the presence of our Lord saying, yes, this is our Lord, this is who created us. Our Lord has also created our souls in twilight darkness. The created people are in three classes, the people at the front are seen and the people at the back are seen, but they cannot be recognized. Here a hadith appears: (Our Lord created our souls in twilight. He scattered something of His light on them. He who received that light found his way. The one who did not receive that light lost his way and went astray). This hadith describes Elestu bi Rabbikumu. It is the word of our Lord, "I have created you". He who received it found his way. Yes, the rightists who say, "Yes, you are my Lord" have found their way. Those who deny and those who wait for the Lord of their own imagination, the leftists, have lost their way and gone astray.

Will is two. One is the Universal Will and one is the Minor Will. Since our Lord gave man his soul, we have written our desires and wishes to our Lord as destiny with this will in our soul. When our Lord made a covenant with man, our Lord wrote his desires and wishes to man as destiny. In this case, those who remove man's own will from man and make our Lord use His will on man have characterized our Lord by making man discriminate among His servants within the will of our Lord, sending whomever He wants to heaven and whomever He wants to hell. This is because they do not understand this verse.

Our Lord, who makes a covenant with each person individually, makes a covenant with people one by one. He showed the times as a project to the people with whom He made a covenant, and left it to their own will as to which time they would go. Also, whatever they requested from our Lord, our Lord gave them exactly what they wanted. The verse says that We have given man countless sustenance. Whatever man asks of our Lord, He gives him in abundance without withholding what he has asked for.

Our Lord, who knows the mystery of the human heart, has written the destiny of the person according to his desire and will. People who dictate their scripts in the Elestu bi Rabbikum address, when they come into the world, they act out their scripts like an artist and bear witness to themselves, to their surroundings and to our Lord as to what kind of person they are.

When our Lord makes a covenant with people, He leaves them free to their own will and writes their destiny for them, without any pressure or coercion, but only their own desires and wishes. On what basis, then, do people characterize our Lord among His servants, saying that He has left this one in error and that one astray. They characterize our Lord with all kinds of superstitions that He has sealed the heart of this one, that He will take whomever He wishes into Paradise and whomever He wishes into Hell.

Let us elaborate a little bit here. Verse 173 says that because the covenant in the hereafter is closed to people when they come into the world, we have already made a covenant with you in the hereafter with your soul, which is your real being, so that you do not justify yourself by saying, "This is what I saw from my father and mother. Your real existence is your soul. Your body is for your appearance as a physical being when I send you to the world.

People know that our Lord has made a covenant with human beings and that our Lord has written the desires and wills of human beings as destiny, but they attribute this to our Lord by removing the will of human beings from human beings and making our Lord use His will on human beings and making human beings discriminate among His servants within the will of our Lord, sending whomever He wants to heaven and whomever He wants to hell. This is because they do not understand this verse.

3- Why did he make a covenant with people? Allah (swt) is exempt from all imperfect attributes. In the 172nd Verse of Surah A'râf, our Lord says:

172- And He made the descendants of the Children of Adam to bear witness against themselves and said, "I am your Lord", lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection, "We were unaware of this": I am your Lord. (They said) yes, we bear witness (to that).

173- Or that you may not say: "Our fathers used to associate partners with Allah, and we were a generation after them (we followed in their footsteps), will you destroy us because of those who commit falsehood?

4- Why did our Lord, who made a covenant with human beings, send us to earth without putting us there into heaven and hell, even though He knew what they were?

Allah has the attribute of Allah. Allah is free from all imperfect attributes. No one will be able to question or question our Lord. Is this because our Lord will frighten people? No! Is it because He will use violence to oppress them? No! Our Lord does not need that. He has left every human being free in his own will. Our Lord will judge people with His justice in the Court of Judgment for what they have done. So what is the attribute of our Lord as Allah? If all that people have done has been written as an iota of good and an iota of evil, if people have come to the world to prove what kind of a person they are, then all the questions that people will ask our Lord will have been played out by their actual deeds in this world and they will be cut off from the question. Our Lord says in the verse: "Did you think that you would die before you prove what kind of people you are?

In the 134th verse of Surah Taha, our Lord explains beautifully why He sent human beings into the world: 134- If We had destroyed them with a torment before this (the Qur'an), they would surely have said: "O Lord! If You had sent us a messenger, we would have followed Your Verses before we fell into this humiliation and disgrace.

It is here that our Lord's attribute of Allah is manifested. If we open this verse: "Before the Qur'an" means that the Torah, the Psalms and the Gospel are in the Holy Qur'an. All books are in the Holy Quran. Allah (swt) has sent His books to give life and light to mankind. The fact that he says here before the Qur'an means that if we had included people in hell according to the covenants they had made before we sent them to the world, they would have said, I could not believe in you as my Lord, because I gave them my spirit, and since they see me with the attribute of being like themselves, he created these visible realms and sent us to this realm to prove to ourselves what kind of a human being we are, so that if you had sent me to an unseen realm where your Essence is not visible, they would not say, I would have worshipped you.

Surah Al-Qasas Surah 47- When a calamity befalls them because of what they themselves have done, they say: Our Lord! Would that You had sent us a Prophet so that we might have followed Your Verses and been of the believers! (We would not have sent you) had they not said.

They have introduced superstitions into the Holy Qur'an by making light of the sins that people commit of their own volition, saying that our Lord will let whomever He wants into paradise, that is, no matter how many sins a person commits, our Lord will let him into the paradise He loves.

These Verses are clear. In this case, those who open the Verses by making them fit their own minds, who open the Verses by turning them into superstitions by attributing our Lord by saying that this is how I understood it according to the taste of every translator, do they think that they will save themselves from the punishment of our Lord? In this respect, no one can attribute our Lord by opening the Verses in nonsense. In this way he cannot open the verses.

What is said in the video

At its verse 13 we stopped. Surah Ar-Ra'd, verse 13, is as follows.

The thunder glorifies Allah with praise.

Now let's open this part up a little. (?) — but we are reading the wrong one. Anyway, let's read the wrong one once. After the wrong one, sir, we will continue our lessons by opening them up more beautifully. The thunder glorifies Allah with praise.

And the angels glorify Him out of awe of Him. While they keep disputing about Allah, He strikes the thunderbolts on whom He wills. With them, it says, with thunderbolts He strikes whom He wills. And He is severe in punishment, it says. Now where is the mistake here? The part 'He sends thunderbolts and strikes with them whom He wills' — here it is a place that contradicts the verses, a place that contradicts. Because the verses do not refute each other. Here its meaning is: He sends the thunderbolts and strikes with them whoever wishes — that is, whoever wishes, that is, at the end of his life, sir, whose life is over, according to the verse 'neither an hour earlier nor an hour later' — according to that verse, those who deserve this and at that moment are due for death He strikes; and He is severe in punishment.

Now let's go through it from the beginning, opening it up. Again: the thunder glorifies Allah with praise. Now in thunder there is neither life nor soul. What is thunder?

Of the clouds — positive and negative clouds passing side by side, or passing close by — their jumping onto each other, the rush of the positive toward the negative, produces the lightning. If it is closer and stronger, a thunderbolt occurs. Because the clouds cannot hold it, on the earth (?) it is neutralized. Now there is a situation like this. Here, it says, in the thunder it glorifies Allah with praise. At that moment, of course, a sound arises. Because of its jumping, a noise arises. Here in the sky, in that thunder, there is neither life nor soul. So why does the thunder here glorify Allah with praise, it says?

This is Allah Almighty's creating of the whole universe with knowledge. He created it with knowledge.

The clouds rising into the sky, one charged with positive electricity, the other with (?) electricity — with this charging, Allah Almighty, sir, shows us His power of knowledge here. When He says these glorify Allah, He shows us Allah's power of knowledge, Allah's greatness. What does it say? And the angels glorify Him out of awe of Him. The angels too — not out of awe of those clouds, but out of Allah Almighty's greatness, out of awe of Him — glorify Allah. Because the angels too, with their duty of creation, were created upon a certain remembrance. They were created upon a certain duty. Yes. In this case, sir, the angels too, before that knowledge of His, glorify Allah Almighty.

While disputing about Allah — who? The ignorant, or people who do not know themselves. He sends those thunderbolts and with them whoever wishes, that is, those whose life is over and who deserve those who deserve it, with lightning — well, He brings about the decree of the Truth. He is severe in punishment, those who are — He is. That is, here, just as He makes people wary with the thunderbolt, when He says 'severe in punishment', there are even more severe punishments in this. What is it? In Hell, sir, in the shape of (?), inside a cave, inside a place like a cave, fires burning. Those roasting inside that fire.

A (?) punishment. Sir, perhaps some of you have been to a hamam. There they call it the navel stone, the navel stone. On that navel stone, sir, people sometimes lie, it is hot, those whose back aches (?) lie there, sir, there, there, those bound with iron rings, with iron whips, those suffering punishment — Allah protect us — the punishment of Hell is more severe; the thunderbolt, of course, strikes in an instant, kills, and is gone; there, it is a world without death.
