The misinterpretation

When you recite the Quran, we put a covering between you and those who do not believe in the Hereafter.

The right translation

When you read the Qur’an, a veil to hide you, is put between you and the ones who don’t believe in the hereafter.

Explanation

This entire verse has been opened incorrectly. The correct one is the one marked in green. When people are suddenly awakened in the realm of Lahut, when our Lord addresses people and says, "I am your Lord," there is a division between those who know our Lord, those who do not know our Lord and the mukarrebun. So when the righteous who know our Lord recite the Qur'an, they listen with awe that it is the word of our Lord. Those who deny our Lord in the hereafter and wait for the Lord of their own dreams, according to the verse in which our Lord says that they are lying infidels, these leftists have a crisis when the Qur'an is recited, they do not want to listen. A curtain is drawn over their hearts, even though we do not see it. The meaning of this curtain is that people are overwhelmed by the Qur'anic verses being recited and want to leave the place.

What is said in the video

We've come to verse 45 of Surah Al-Isra. "When the Quran is recited, between you and those who don't believe in the Hereafter a concealing veil We draw." A concealing veil We draw. Whereas, when the Quran is recited, for those who turn their backs on the Quran, between you and those who don't believe in the Hereafter a concealing veil is drawn. A concealing veil, for those who don't believe. And a heaviness falls on their ears. And they want to get away from there, they don't want to listen. Yes.
