Al-Isra 46: And their hearts are sealed for them to not understand it and their ears have covers. When you proclaim the oneness of your Lord in the Qur’an, they retreat in distress.

Explanation
The misinterpretation
We also give their hearts a cloak and a heaviness to their ears so that they do not understand it. When you mention the unity of your Lord in the Quran, they turn back and leave in boredom.
The right translation
And their hearts are sealed for them to not understand it and their ears have covers. When you proclaim the oneness of your Lord in the Qur’an, they retreat in distress.
Explanation
The wrong opening in this verse is this: "And We give their hearts a closedness and their ears a heaviness, that they may not understand it." The correct version is: "And their hearts are closed and their ears are heavy so that they do not understand it."
We have opened the footnote of this Verse in the 45th Verse and we are putting the footnote of the 45th Verse here as a repetition.
When people are suddenly awakened in the realm of Lahut, when our Lord addresses people and says, "I am your Lord," there is a division between those who know our Lord, those who do not know our Lord and the mukarrebun. So when the righteous who know our Lord recite the Qur'an, they listen with awe that it is the word of our Lord. Those who deny our Lord in the hereafter and wait for the Lord of their own dreams, according to the verse in which our Lord says that they are lying infidels, these leftists have a crisis when the Qur'an is recited, they do not want to listen. A curtain is drawn over their hearts, even though we do not see it. The meaning of this curtain is that people are overwhelmed by the Qur'anic verses being recited and want to leave the place.
What is said in the video
As for verse forty-six: "And so that they do not understand it, upon their hearts a covering," it says, "and upon their ears a heaviness We place. When you mention the oneness of your Lord in the Quran, they, annoyed, turn back and go away." Just as I said a moment ago. But this is a wrongly translated verse. Why wrongly translated? Their hearts are closed so that they do not understand it. What does it say? Allah Almighty: the person has his own heart closed by himself. Hatemallahu ala kulubihim ve ala sem'ihim ve ala ebsarihim gışaveh ve lehum azabun azim. Their hearts, it says, are closed to Allah Almighty.
I mean, he had it closed. He says anyway: I don't know You. Because he doesn't know Allah. What happens? The hearts are closed accordingly. The ears don't hear what He says anyway. Blocked. As for the eyes, they don't want to see Him anyway. Veiled. Well, in this case there is a great punishment for them, says Allah Almighty. Because there is no god other than Me, so that those who created you, apart from Me, could save you. Yes. "And their hearts are closed so that they do not understand it, and on their ears there are heavinesses. When you mention the oneness of your Lord in the Quran, they are the ones who, annoyed, turn back and go away," it says.
This verse happens to me a lot. When we explain the truth, we see people are like a wall. A wall doesn't want to listen. You look, and they leave.
Or they talk about some other topic among themselves. And at that moment I cut the topic short. I don't explain. Yes.
What is this like? The sultan opened the treasury, (?), he gives money, distributes it, and those passing by say: 'Who are you anyway, keep your money,' and with a farewell they go. What does the sultan do? Ha, if you don't need it, he closes the treasury. Is that so? Whoever needs it, let him come and take it. How nice. That's what we do anyway. If he doesn't understand, if they are talking among themselves, we don't explain either. Yes.
