The misinterpretation

I have chosen you, now listen to what is revealed.

The right translation

“And I have made you (a Prophet). Now listen to the revelation.”

Explanation

This is the wrong place in this verse: I have chosen you: I have chosen you. Our Lord does not choose anyone. He assigns the people of faith who are closest to Him in justice. When it says "I chose" here, it means in a way that would prejudice His justice. Among the servants He has created, if He likes someone more, He will assign him above the one who has no right. But when you say 'ihtiyar ettim', since the exact equivalent of Arabic is not available in Turkish, it is necessary to use a word that more or less corresponds to the Arabic word.

When it says "I chose" here, it means. For the Prophet (PBUH) it means that I gave you my spirit before I created mankind, and from your spirit I created the spirits of other Prophets, and from their spirits I created the spirits of their people. Since there is no Turkish equivalent for this, the word ihtiyarar ettim is used. However, the word 'I chose' describes our Lord. Our Lord does not choose anyone, He gives the right to the deserving.

Hazrat Musa was one of the Prophets who was the closest to our Lord among his people. He was created from the soul of our Prophet (SAW). Since he was the elder and father of his people, our Lord sent him as a messenger to His servants with justice. In Surah Al-Imran, Verse 81, Our Lord says:

(81- Did you ever affirm from the Prophets that when a Messenger comes to you after I have given you the Book and wisdom, confirming what is before you, you will certainly help him? Have you accepted this covenant? They replied that they accepted: Allah then be witnesses. I am one of those who bear witness with you.

In this case, our Lord does not choose anyone, but according to the times, He brings to the people the one who is closest to our Lord through faith.

What is said in the video

Yes, page 312, verse 13. Yes, I have chosen you, now listen to what is revealed, it says. Allah does not make a choice among His servants. 'He chose' means He doesn't know people's states. Now I don't know what your states are, I don't know which of you is stronger in Allah's sight. I don't know in which of you faith is stronger. By my own reasoning I pick one (?) for myself. I said: you, come here. And Allah Almighty, too, goes by His own reasoning. Goes by His own mind. They make Him choose prophets among His servants. Sir: I have designated you. Listen to what is revealed, it says. What does 'I have designated' mean here?

From the Prophet's soul I created the souls of the other prophets. Now you, whom I created, however many there are, 124 thousand prophets He created, and with them: I too am among the witnesses with you, He said. Why did He say it? When I send you a prophet, a prophet after you, will you help that prophet? I will create you as a father, an elder of your people. My words, He says, will you tell them? Do you accept what I said? We accept, the prophets say. I too am among the witnesses with you, He says. Witness. Within this witnessing, when He sends a prophet: I designated you, I sent you. What does choosing mean here? There's no choosing.

According to the time, whichever prophet He wanted for whichever time, He sent him then. He sent prophets according to the time. Yes. So what does 'designating' mean? Understood, then. Yes.
