Ta-Ha 44: “Tell him kind words. Give him advice and make him fear.”
Contents
Explanation
The misinterpretation
Speak softly to him. Maybe he's sane or scared.
The right translation
“Tell him kind words. Give him advice and make him fear.”
Explanation
That's where the wrong opening is: Maybe he will come to his senses or be afraid. Correct: Admonish and frighten.
The people who wrote the translations of these Verses did not use their intellect, but opened the Verses as copies of each other and attributed shortcomings to our Lord. You cannot use the word maybe about our Lord. When you say that Our Lord may be afraid, it means that He has no knowledge of the future, not only of Pharaoh but of all His creatures. However, Our Lord, La ghaybi illallah. The keys of the unseen are in the hands of our Lord. There is not a single creature that will come until the Day of Resurrection that we do not know what it will do. In this case, the truth of the verse is: It means admonish and frighten.
What is said in the video
I made you a messenger, you see. In the 44th verse it was rendered wrongly. Speak to him gently. Perhaps he will come to his senses or fear, it says. Now, as if Allah Almighty didn't know, it says 'perhaps'. Whereas: speak gently to him. Speak. Advise him and make him fear, it says. Moses, Allah Almighty, to Moses, about Pharaoh says this. What does it say? Go to Pharaoh, for he has (?) transgressed. Speak to him gently. Perhaps he will come to his senses or fear. Perhaps. As if Allah doesn't know now what he will do. Whereas here it says: speak gently to him, advise him and make him fear. Make him fear. Yes.
They have attributed (?) this to Allah Almighty, Allah protect us.
