Explanation
The misinterpretation
(My Messenger) We have thus sent it down as an Arabic Quran and explained the warnings in it over and over again. It is hoped that they will be protected (from sin) or that it (the Quran) will present a lesson for them.
The right translation
(Oh My Messenger!) And thus, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur’an and explained warnings repeatedly so that (those who will attain guidance) will abstain (from sins) or so that it (the Qur’an) will be a lesson for them.
Explanation
This is the wrong place in this verse: It is hoped. Verily: (so that those among them who will be guided may be saved from sin)
It is hoped that when Our Lord uses the word "hopefully", He is characterized by ignorance of the future and the Verses contradict each other. When our Lord warns a people, He knows who among them will accept Islam. Therefore, when He uses the word "lealle" in the verse, He knows who will become Muslims, and He identifies them with a sign and gives them opportunities within a time unit. But those who are ignorant of the covenant with our Lord, have always misused this word, which has many meanings, such and such and such, and have attributed shortcomings to our Lord.
What is said in the video
There's no mistake at all. Here in verse 113 there is a mistake.
My Messenger, thus We sent it down as an Arabic Quran and in it We explained the warnings again and again. Here it says 'it is hoped that'. Whereas Allah doesn't use the words 'it is hoped that'. It is hoped that by this they will guard themselves from sin. As if Allah Almighty doesn't know; they always made Allah unaware of the future like this. Or that it, the Quran, brings forth a lesson for them, it says. Now the correct one: My Messenger, thus We sent it down as an Arabic Quran and in it We explained the warnings again and again, so that those among them who will be guided guard themselves from sin. Or that it, the Quran, brings forth for them a lesson.
Yes, the Quran brings forth a lesson for them.
