Explanation
The misinterpretation
Then We fulfilled our promise to them. Thus We saved them and (other) whom We wished. The prodigals were also destroyed.
The right translation
Then, We fulfilled the word (that We told) to them. Thus, they and the ones who desired attained salvation. And those who went astray, were destroyed.
Explanation
This is the wrong place in this verse: So We saved both them and whom We willed. Verily: So both they and those who wish (others) were saved.
When our Lord made a covenant with people at Kalu Bela, He wrote their desires and wishes as their destiny. These destinies will never change again. In this case, the will is two. The universal will and the limited will. The universal will is our Lord. He creates what He wants. Our Lord neither punishes nor rewards anyone as He wills. When our Lord holds people to account for what they have done, He judges them for what they have done with complete justice.
In this verse we have written that our Lord has no will over people, that every soul has made a covenant with our Lord, and that people's desires and wishes are written for them as destiny, and that this will never change, and that in this case our Lord has no will over people. It is explained in detail in verse 172 of Surah A'raf. There you can find out why we were created, where we were created, why He made a covenant with mankind and why He sent us into the world even though He knew what we were. You can get information there.
What is said in the video
Yes.
In the ninth verse of Surah Al-Anbiya there is a place that was translated wrongly. Let's read it. Then We fulfilled the promise We had made to them, it says. Allah Almighty. The promise He made... Allah Almighty never goes back on His promise anyway. So We saved both them and whomever else We willed — We brought them to salvation, it says. That is, Allah Almighty fulfilled what He willed. That is, both them (?) and — what does it say here? Whomever else We willed. Now, when it says "whomever else We willed" here, they attribute it to Allah Almighty. Because if Allah Almighty guides whomever He wills, then I too am His servant, let Him guide me too.
Whereas here He also guides some people who will it. Well, We brought them to salvation. And the transgressors perished, it says. The transgressors: since everyone's will is in their own hands, since every person will be held to account for what he does, here the lofty and the lowly, that is, the leftists and the rightists, let's call them. Don't the leftists hear the verse? They hear it. Do the rightists hear the verse? They hear it. So why does one believe and the other not? Because, according to the covenant he gave before, that rebel gave his covenant. That is, he gave his covenant as a rebel (?), in a way that does not recognise Allah.
He will play the same game in this world too. Because he had the script written there. Here, with his character, he will, well, play that script as an actor. In this case it is not "whom We willed", as they attribute it to Allah Almighty, but other people who willed it who reached salvation. What is the correct one now? Then We fulfilled the promise We gave them. So both they and other people who willed it reached salvation. The wasteful too, the wasteful too perished. Yes. That is, the unbelievers too, those who by their own will went outside the word of Allah, perished. Yes.
