The misinterpretation
Thus We have sent down that Quran in clear verses. The truth is that Allah guides whomever He wills to the straight path.
The right translation
And thus, We have sent down the Qur’an as clear (and proclaimed) verses. Verily, those who wish, do attain Allah’s guidance.
Explanation
This is where this verse goes wrong: Verily, Allah guides whom He wills. The truth is: Verily, Allah guides whomsoever He wills. When our Lord made a covenant with people at Kalu Bela, He wrote their desires and wishes as their destiny. These destinies will never change again. In this case, the will is two. The universal will and the limited will. The universal will is our Lord. He creates what He wants. In this case, Our Lord neither punishes nor rewards anyone as He wills. When our Lord holds people to account for what they have done, He will judge them for what they have done with complete justice.
In this verse we have written that our Lord has no will over people, that every soul has made a covenant with our Lord, and that people's desires and wishes are written for them as destiny, and that this will never change, and that in this case our Lord has no will over people. It is explained in detail in verse 172 of Surah A'raf. There you can find out why we were created, where we were created, why He made a covenant with mankind and why He sent us into the world even though He knew what we were. You can get information there.
What is said in the video
There is a mistake in the verse. In some verses, well, verse sixteen of Surah Al-Hajj. Thus We sent down that Quran as clear verses. Correct. The truth is that Allah guides whomever He wills to the right path, it says. That is, here they always tie it to Allah. Whomever He wills. All of Allah's servants are equal in the sight of Allah. Allah patiently waits for His servants to return to Him. But whoever goes to Allah as a rebel has bought the eternal life of Hell. In this case it is not Allah Almighty's willing but the person's own willing. Look what it says: Thus We sent down that Quran as clear verses. The truth is: whoever wills attains (?) Allah's guidance.
Yes. Will is in the person's own hands.
