An-Nur 62: The believers (mu’min) are truly those who believe (with a believing heart) in Allah and Allah’s Messenger. When they are upon a matter with the Prophet, they do not leave without asking for permission. (Oh Messenger!) Those who ask for your permission are the ones who have truly believed in Allah and Allah’s Messenger. Thus, when they ask for permission for some of their matters, give permission to those who desire. Ask Allah for their forgiveness. Allah is Ghafoor (Most Forgiving) and Raheem (the One Who very generously accepts repentance).

Explanation
The misinterpretation
Believers are only those who sincerely believe in Allah and His Messenger. While they are on a joint business with the Prophet, they do not leave unless they ask for his permission. (My Messenger!) Those who ask your permission are those who truly believe in Allah and His Messenger. So, when they ask you for permission for some of their work, let whatever you want from them. Ask Allah's forgiveness for them. God is forgiving, merciful.
The right translation
The believers (mu’min) are truly those who believe (with a believing heart) in Allah and Allah’s Messenger.
Explanation
This is where it goes wrong: When they ask you for permission, give it to whomsoever you will. The truth is: When they ask you for permission, those who ask you for permission are those who have believed in Allah and His Messenger. So when they ask your permission for some of their affairs, give permission to the one who asks for it.
If we read the verse carefully, our Lord praises the believers. When He says that they will not leave you unless they ask your permission, does our Lord say to the Prophet (PBUH) to give permission to whomever you wish? Our Lord gives a clear and unambiguous command. Such a believer and a person who is aware of the manifestation of our Lord will never ask for permission if he has no work. Our Lord knows this very well, so when the believers ask for your permission, you give them permission.
What is said in the video
In verse 62 there is something missing; it's a rather long verse, let's read the wrong version. The believers are only those who have believed in Allah and His Messenger with their hearts. Now I can't pass by without opening this up for you too. Believers, Muslims: Muslims are Muslims. As long as one is not a believer, one is not a believer. What does that mean, Hodja? A believing person, a Muslim who has struggled with his ego, has tried to be ruled by Allah's verses, has turned to taqwa, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) commanded, has avoided the unlawful, has competed in serving people; in this state has passed the nafs al-ammara, passed the nafs al-lawwama, passed the nafs passed beyond the inspired self, risen to the tranquil self, become aware of the manifestations, there, O tranquil soul, with your Lord pleased with you and you pleased with your Lord, enter among My servants, enter My paradise': the one He says this to is a believing person. Not every Muslim is a believer. That is why it says here: The believers are only those who have believed in Allah and His Messenger with their hearts. Correct. It was rendered wrongly, but the verses are not all wrong.
The wrong is in some places, in errors, in words.
When they are with that Prophet on a common matter, they do not leave without asking his permission. How beautifully it says it. It lists the believers' traits (?). My Messenger, those who ask your permission are truly those who have believed in Allah and His Messenger. So when they ask your permission for some affairs, you too give permission to whom you will of them. Ask forgiveness from Allah for them. Allah is forgiving, merciful, it says. Now, the mistake here is this. Those who ask your permission are truly those who have believed in Allah and His Messenger. So when they ask your permission for some affairs, you too, of them, give permission to the one who asks your permission.
Here it skips a word. Give permission to those who ask your permission. What does it say here? So when they ask your permission for some affairs, you too give permission to whom you will of them, they say. To whom you will. That is, those whose affairs need permission all ask you for permission because they need it. When they need it, Allah Almighty says, give them permission. And here it says give permission to whom you will. Look at the meaning. Here it closes it off. Look what it says. The believers are only those who have believed in Allah and His Messenger with their hearts. Pay attention here.
When they are with that Prophet on a common matter, they do not leave without asking his permission. They do not leave without asking permission. My Messenger, those who ask your permission are truly those who have believed in Allah and His Messenger in this way. So when they ask your permission for some affairs, you too give permission to whom you will of them, it says. Here it both says give permission, they do not ask your permission unless they have affairs, it says. And now here it says: of them too, give to whom you will, it says. Whereas what do we say here? Those who ask your permission are truly those who have believed in Allah and His Messenger.
So when they ask your permission for their affairs, you too, of them, give permission to the one who asks your permission. How beautiful. The verses are to confirm one another. The statements are to support one another. They are not to contradict one another. You cannot ascribe attributes to Allah here, in His words. Yes.
Ask forgiveness from Allah for them. Allah is forgiving. His mercy... He is merciful. Yes.
