Al-Qasas 82: Those who desired to be in his place before, said, “Ah! Allah gives provisions abundantly (to those who desire from Allah) and scarcely (to those who desire from Allah within their covenant). If Allah had not blessed us, we would have been put to the ground. Ah! Deniers cannot attain salvation.”

The misinterpretation

Those who want to be in his place only yesterday; That is, Allah gives the sustenance abundantly to whomever He wishes of His servants, and little to whom He wishes. If Allah had not favored us, He would have put us to the ground. Wow! So the deniers would not prosper! They started to say.

The right translation

Those who desired to be in his place before, said, “Ah! Allah gives provisions abundantly (to those who desire from Allah) and scarcely (to those who desire from Allah within their covenant). If Allah had not blessed us, we would have been put to the ground. Ah! Deniers cannot attain salvation.”

Explanation

There are two places where this verse is wrong: 1- Allah gives abundant sustenance to whom He wills and little to whom He wills. 2- So the unbelievers are incorrigible! The truth is: 1- Allah gives abundant sustenance to whom He wills of His servants and little to whom He wills. 2- He said that as long as the disbelievers continue in their disbelief, they will not prosper.

Our Lord did not distribute sustenance to anyone on His own will. When He made a covenant with all human beings at Kalu Bela, Our Lord, who had written everyone's desires and wishes as His destiny, gave them all their desires and wishes in full. No more, no less. But since the translators, who do not know what a covenant is, have written such verses according to their own minds, the verses have been misinterpreted. In addition, people's minds have been left with doubts and many of them, out of their faith, refuse to accept such superstitions, but remain silent out of fear of our Lord.

So our Lord has sent us to this world to prove what kind of a person we are. We receive rewards and sins for what we have done or spoken with our own two hands. Every soul will be held to account for its own deeds.

The second place is when they say that unbelievers are incorrigible. There are many among the disbelievers, even among the infidels, who become Muslims. Those who continue in disbelief will not prosper in that state.

What is said in the video

(He is) exalted above, and His glory is sublime. That is the meaning of the verse.

In verse 82 of Surah Al-Qasas there is a mistake. Let's look at that too, what it is.

Those who only yesterday wished to be in his place — it says at the start. Probably it's Korah, probably; this Korah was razed to the ground by Allah Almighty, after all. Those who only yesterday wished to be in his place: so Allah gives provision abundantly to whom He wills of His servants — here is the mistake — and little to whom He wills. Had Allah not been gracious to us, He would have made the earth swallow us too. Alas, it says, so the deniers never prosper, they began to say. Now here: He gives more provision to whom He wills, and less provision to whom He wills. Now this is wrong. Why is it wrong?

Now it is impossible to distinguish these verses with outward sciences. You can't distinguish this. You must see the covenant. Unless you see this covenant, you can't do these verses (?), you can't open them up. But this is how they render them. Allah Almighty shows you the eras from time to time. The eras: in which time will you come? According to your own mental makeup, according to your faith, according to your own wishes and desires — the will is yours. He doesn't interfere with your will. You choose the era you want. And He knows all your feelings there, all your wishes and desires there. And He helps you.

Come, you, come in this time, go. I'm telling my covenant now. Come, come in this time, go. That is, a time when people were few, when the field was (?) — 200 years ago, or 300 years ago, or 400 years ago, whatever. I can't know that part. And I know how fine this time is. That women are naked, this and that — I know all of it. If you come in this time, He says, you'll slip. If I should slip, protect me with Your mercy, and take my life before I slip, I said. People who don't know these places cannot open these up. What does it say here now? Those who only yesterday wished to be in his place. So Allah gives provision abundantly to whom He wills of His servants, and to whom He wills (?) little.

Allah, it says. Gives little. Whereas here there is no willing by Allah. He knows very well what you can do according to your wishes and desires. He adjusts your provision accordingly. If you're really going to be a hardworking boss, if you're going to be the (?) of a place, or the head of a place — if your wishes and desires in that direction, your outlook, your mind are like that, He gives you all the qualities accordingly, and just as He gives all the qualities to manage that work, in the events that come before you, when the time comes, He puts all these tasks before you. While doing them, you both prove yourself and in no way can ascribe a flaw to Allah.

If You had given me this, I would have been like that. If You had given me that, I would have been like that — you can't say that. It all depends on the agreement there.

That's why if people don't know these places, they can't open up these verses.

Now we read the correct version. Those who only yesterday wished to be in his place. So Allah gives provision abundantly to those of His servants who will it. And little to those who will it. Had Allah not been gracious to us, He would make the earth swallow us too. Alas, so the deniers never prosper, they began to say. Here the one who wills is not Allah; the one who wills is man. If the one who willed were Allah, He would have discriminated among His servants. It wouldn't fit justice. It wouldn't fit Allah's justice. Because He is the Creator. He does not discriminate among His servants. Allah, who does not discriminate among His servants, while distributing the world equally to His servants, did no injustice either.

The world too, He says, We distributed equally to you, He says. No. Yes.
