Explanation
The misinterpretation
We put rings around their necks. O-rings go up to the chin. That's why their heads are up.
The right translation
They have made collars placed up to their necks (the ones who will deny due to their covenant). These collars touch their chins. Therefore, their heads are always tilted up.
Explanation
The wrong place in this Verse is this: We put rings around their necks. Verily: (They will not believe because of their nature) They had rings put around their necks.
When our Lord, who created our souls in the realm of Lahut, told us that I am your Lord, those who denied our Lord and waited for the Lord of their own dreams denied our Lord there. Then our Lord made a covenant with each one of our souls and wrote each person's desire and will as his destiny. So, while we are proving to the world what kind of a person we are to ourselves and to those around us, those who oppose the commandments of our Lord and persistently deny the Verses of our Lord have put rings around their necks. The meaning of these rings: Shepherd dogs wear collars with iron barbs around their necks to prevent the wolf from harming the dog when fighting wolves.
Those who disbelieve in our Lord have put such collars around their necks. They cannot bend their necks down. In other words, he cannot say yes to anyone because of the greatness of his ego, because of his pride and arrogance.
What is said in the video
There is a mistake in verse 9 too. Let's read verse 8. "We have put rings around their necks. These rings reach up to their chins. So their heads are raised up," it says. Now, here Allah Almighty put rings around their necks. They had rings put around their own necks. Why? Because they rebelled. And in that rebellion they were punished. What are these rings?
Dogs have lale collars on their necks. What is a lale? A collar, spiked collars. These people too have lale on their necks, just like a spiked collar. They cannot bend their necks down. That is, they are proud and arrogant. Allah Almighty says it here. They cannot bend their necks, He says. That pride and arrogance, that ego, lifts them (?) up. What does it say? We have put rings around their necks. Here too they read the correct one. Because of their nature they will not believe. They have had rings put around their necks. Those rings reach up to their chins. So their heads are raised up, it says.
Heads always like this. That is, if he said something wrong instead of right, if he said it wrong instead of right, even if you tell him the truth he won't bow his head. They stick to their own word. That's them. Always, like stubborn goats, well, people who quarrel with each other.
Such people's necks are never bowed. That is, they bow to no one. And in this situation Allah Almighty has given them the punishment due. They are people who have had their hearts sealed anyway.
