The misinterpretation
Give good news to my servants who listen and follow the best of the word. These are the people whom Allah has guided to the straight path. They are the real minds.
The right translation
Give glad tidings to those of My servants who listen and comply to the most beautiful of the words. Those are the ones who enter the straight path of Allah. They are the ones, who use their intellect.
Explanation
This is where this verse goes wrong: They are the ones whom Allah guides. The truth is: They are the ones who have entered the right path of Allah.
Our Lord first made a covenant with human beings in the Elestu bi Rabbikum address. He gave them their desires and wishes as their destiny. He sent human beings into the world to prove what kind of human beings they are. In that case, if our Lord was going to guide people to the right path, why did He make a covenant with us in the Elestu bi Rabbikum address? Why did He send us to the world if He was going to guide whomever He wanted from mankind to the right path? Since the people who opened the verses were ignorant of the 172nd verse of Sûrah Araf, as well as the 47th verse of Sûrah Qasas and the 134th verse of Sûrah Taha, they opened the verses according to their own minds, attributing to our Lord many superstitions that do not correspond to each other. The correct opening of the verse is that when every human being voluntarily asked our Lord for what he wanted from our Lord and made a covenant with our Lord, our Lord gave him exactly what he wanted and desired. The correct opening of the verse is: Those are they who have entered the right path of Allah.
What is said in the video
There is a mistake in verse 18. That is, there is a mistake in its explanation. Give glad tidings to My servants who listen and follow the best of speech. What is the best of speech? La ilahe illallah. Isn't it? 'Give them glad tidings,' He says. Those are the ones whom Allah has guided to the right path. 'And they are the true people of understanding,' it says.
Now, Allah does not lead anyone to the right path — He does not lead anyone; He only shows the right path. He sent the Quran, didn't He; it shows the right path. If Allah had led people to the right path, today He would not have created Hell. Since Paradise and Hell have been created, whoever wishes will enter the right path. Within his own will, whoever wishes will continue in his denial. Will is twofold: universal will and partial will. Universal will creates and does whatever it wishes. Partial will: his own states — man, his own destiny, his own wish, is the one who had it written for himself as destiny, and who by his own will will be called to account — that is man.
In that case, if Allah Almighty had led people to the right path as they wished, — Allah is not unjust that He would burn the disbelievers in Hell. He would have led them to the right path too. But what did He say? A word has gone forth from Us. What is that word? Paradise and Hell. Besides, there is a Book with Us which is preserved in the Preserved Tablet. Nothing is later added to it nor taken from it, He says. So here, 'those whom Allah has guided to His right path,' it says, 'are they.' Whereas what do we say here? Those who enter Allah's right path are they. Not 'whom He guided'. Those who enter Allah's right path are they.
And they are the true people of understanding. Where does this right path end? Where does it end? Surah Al-A'raf, verse 172 — it ends in that verse. What does it say? With those who would emerge from the offspring of Adam We made a covenant. It ends in this covenant. With those who would emerge from the offspring of Adam We made a covenant, and We made them witnesses against their own selves, against their selves. From them — what they had given, I mean their wishes, We wrote for them as destiny. Now these destinies neither change, nor does Allah Almighty remove their destinies and use His own will over them.
So after this, it's 'step into the arena'. That is, we came into the world in return for the covenant we gave. Yes, and the companions of the right, what are the companions of the right, or else the companions of the left, what are the companions of the left. O people of the right, good tidings to you; O people of the left, woe to you. So, by their own will. If Allah had guided them — Allah is not unjust, He says, that He would wrong people, He says, their own selves. Today no one will be wronged; everyone, as the recompense of what they earned, of their own (?), will be paid in full. Where? At the Supreme Court.
On the Day of Reckoning. So everyone will be called to account for what they did. Yes.
