Explanation
This is the wrong place in this verse: So We took vengeance on them. Verily: So they took revenge (on their own souls).
When they open the verses, they always open them by attributing shortcomings to our Lord. Does our Lord become an enemy to His creatures and take revenge on them? Is such a creator? Our Lord invites His servants to His Essence. If a human being is incapable and he suffers an injustice, if he becomes an enemy to someone, when he finds the opportunity, he either kills him or takes revenge on him by persecuting him. Is our Lord incapable of taking revenge on His creatures? If a person commits a crime and the law sentences him to death and he is executed, does the law take revenge on him? The person takes revenge on his ego. The truth of the verse is: So they took revenge (on their own souls).
What is said in the video
The twenty-fifth verse: So We took revenge on them. Allah takes revenge on no one. Then Allah is being given attributes. As if He lacks the power, and takes revenge on them together with His creatures.
Here Allah, God forbid, God forbid again, as if in a human's position, (?): "You did this to me? So I took revenge on you." Whereas they took revenge on their own selves. Why? Because they denied their origin. They denied the One who created them. Yes. So We took revenge on them. See how the end of the deniers turned out, it says.
