The misinterpretation

These are the people whom Allah has cursed, made deaf and blinded.

The right translation

These are the ones whom asked for the curse of Allah, and wanted from Allah, to become deaf and blind (to the Truth).

Explanation

This Verse has also been wrongly opened from the beginning. They have directed all the accusations against our Lord. All the Verses that are like this, they have opened them wrongly in this way, and they have characterized our Lord. The truth of this Verse is as we have written above. These are the ones who have made Allah curse them and made them deaf and blind. Because they have made their covenant by denying Our Lord in the address Elestu bi Rabbikum. In the footnote of the 172nd verse of Sûra Arâf, the meanings of all these verses have been explained and written in great detail.

What is said in the video

Yes, (?) we have come to verse 23. "These are the ones whom Allah has cursed, made deaf, and whose eyes He has blinded," it says. We said the same verse just now, the verse: these people, "Allah, as He wills, His servant in this way, sir, a veil over his eyes, sealed his ears and his heart" - bringing it to these words, sir - people unaware that a person does not know his covenant, that Allah Almighty made a covenant with everyone, that He wrote a person's wish and desire, his aim, as his destiny, and that, without interfering with man in any way by His own will, within his own will He left man free and gave him his wish and desire - such people.

Yes. Why does He do this? Because of our creation superior above the worlds, that is, by His giving a part of His spirit. That is, in that part He gave from His spirit there is wish, desire, arrogance, pride, ego, grandeur, glory, fame, ego, worldly craving, everything. Everything is there. As long as man breaks these, as long as he knows the helplessness of his nafs, he rises to Allah Almighty. In this case man - "these are the ones whom Allah has cursed": that is, out of their own pride and arrogance, their ego, sir, craving for created things, those who turned their backs on Allah are cursed. "Whose eyes He has blinded," it says, while they blinded their own eyes.

People who leave the truth and turn to falsehood, who spread falsehood over the truth and try to make falsehood prevail over the truth. But Allah Almighty puts it so beautifully in a verse: "The truth has come and falsehood has vanished," He says. Yes: "These are the ones who brought Allah's curse on themselves, who had themselves made deaf and their eyes blinded." That is the correct one.
