The misinterpretation

No calamity strikes without the permission of Allah. Whoever believes in Allah, Allah guides his heart to the truth. God is all-knowing.

The right translation

No hardship comes if Allah does not allow. Those who believe in Allah, will acquire Allah’s guidance. Allah is All-Knowing.

Explanation

This is the wrong place in this verse: Allah guides his heart to the truth. The truth is: His heart will be guided by Allah.

Our Lord does not guide anyone's heart to the right path, nor does He lead anyone astray. He neither leads people astray nor guides them. Because people made a covenant with Our Lord in the address Elestu bi Rabbikum. Everyone's own desire and will became their destiny.

We humans have come to this world to prove what kind of people we are, and our Lord can only guide us through His Prophets and His books. Those who believe will receive the mercy of our Lord. As for those who turn their backs on our Lord, in the Hereafter our Lord will remove His mercy from them and they will make Hell, the abode of eternal torment, their home.

What is said in the video

Are there mistakes in Surah At-Taghabun? In verse 11 there are mistakes. That is, the verses have been rendered wrongly. The verses are not wrong; they are wrongly rendered verses. No misfortune strikes except by Allah's permission: that is correct. So when I say rendered wrongly, not all of it is wrong. One thing in it spoils the meaning of the verse. Whoever believes in Allah, Allah brings what is right to his heart. Allah is the Knower of all things, it says. Now what does it say here? No misfortune strikes except by Allah's permission. Correct. Whoever believes in Allah, his heart attains Allah's guidance.

Now what does it say here? Whoever believes in Allah, Allah leads his heart to what is right, it says. Allah supposedly leads his heart to what is right. Whereas going to the right or going to the crooked is the decisions a person makes by his own will. So, whoever believes in Allah, his heart attains Allah's guidance. Because Allah shows you the right; He does not show you the crooked. He shows you the crooked as foul, He shows it as bad. Allah is the Knower of all things. Âmennâ ve saddaknâ. Yes.
