Translation

They are ones who are in deep reverence in their prayers.

Tafsir

When believers worship Allah, they are in a state of awe when they pray. These are the people who, when they pray one prayer, wait for the second prayer and prepare for their next prayer. These are the people who pray what is called the middle prayer. We have already described the middle prayer and Allah values this prayer very highly. If Allah, who does not separate any time of prayer from any other time, were to say, for example, that this time is the time for the middle prayer, Muslims would value that time and perhaps not pray at any other time. Or if he had said that this time is the middle prayer time, the prayer times, which are the times of ascent to the presence of Allah and the miraj of man, would be graded with different degrees in Allah's sight. However, prayer is prayer. The prayer of one time is not different from the prayer of another time in the sight of Allah. So what is the middle prayer?" This is the prayer that the believer performs in the presence of Allah, experiencing Him spiritually, being detached from the world with all his emotions and facing Allah, experiencing the pleasure of being a servant of Allah, and performing the prayer in accordance with the Shari'ah ruling, both in his body and in his heart, the body conforming to the heart. This is the middle prayer. Allah (swt) also says, "Pay attention to the middle prayer. Some people attribute it to one of the daily prayers, and such words, uttered unknowingly in a whim, attribute it to Allah and they become sinners. This is how these believers pray in awe.

What is said in the video

Verse 2. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Ellezinehum fî selâtihim hâşiûn. Those who are humble in their prayers.

When the believers worship Allah, when they pray, they are in humility. When they have performed one prayer time, they are people who, waiting for the next prayer time, prepare for the coming prayers. If they are pressed by a need, minor or major, they relieve themselves, how shall I put it, take ablution again, go about in ablution and, ready for the next prayer, they do their work while keeping an eye on the prayer and waiting for it. There is a proverb: whoever has no eye on the prayer, it says, has no ear for the call to prayer. But because these believers have their eye on the prayer, their ear is on the call to prayer.

Yes.

These people are those who perform the prayer called the middle prayer. We described the middle prayer earlier. Allah values this prayer greatly. Allah, who does not set any prayer time apart from any other, if He had said of one of the prayer times, for example, this time is the time of the middle prayer, Muslims would value that time and perhaps not even perform the prayer at another time at all. Or if He had said this time is the time of the middle prayer, the prayer times in which one comes into Allah's presence and which are man's ascension would be graded in Allah's sight by different degrees.

Yes. Whereas a prayer is a prayer. Now some people who do not know themselves, or let us put it this way, enemies of religion or those within the circle of ignorance, regarding the middle prayer, either to keep people from prayer: I have performed my middle prayer, I need no more prayer, they say, people who want to drive others away from prayer, or else deviant people. Whereas a person who performs the middle prayer wishes: may I always stand in prayer, so that in my Lord's presence I may be in conversation with my Lord. Yes, a person who comes into Allah's presence, in Allah's sight, makes the prayer of one time distinct from the prayer of another time. So what is the middle prayer?

When this is asked: it is the prayer which these believers, in Allah's presence, living it spiritually themselves, stripped of the world with all their feelings and standing face to face with Allah, tasting the joy of being Allah's servant, while in prayer, with both body and heart, making the body follow the heart, perform within the rule of the Sharia. This is the middle prayer. And Allah Almighty says: Pay attention to the middle prayer. Some people, however, count this as one of the prayer times, so that, unknowingly, in (?), such words spoken ascribe attributes to Allah, and they become sinners.

So these believing people perform their prayers in humility in this way.
