What is said in the video
This one you enlarge it from here, like this. Where do we enlarge it from, here? You say "new tab", Hodja, from here. From here. Yes.
Can't we enlarge it more? Enlarging, sir. How? Like this. Scroll down, sir.
Is it all right, sir? Once more. Okay. Now let's continue.
He has written an epic here. Who is this?
He asks me a fine question. My question... he recounts what I told. Hodja, while describing your own covenant, you say to our Lord, "Take my soul before I slip." How could someone in your station slip? Could you explain this? May Allah be pleased with you, I kiss your hands. No. Look, let me give you an example. Suppose I send you to the city of New York in America. And I put the money in your pocket. All your expenses are on me. You will go and come back. When you go there, you see many different worlds. You will live within those worlds.
you can get carried away by that world. Or there, things more pleasing to your carnal feelings, you may go chasing after some such things. In this case, if I send you there on a duty and say: without (?) anywhere else, this is the job you will do, if you remember this, you won't turn to such bad deeds, to carnal desires. We too come from the realm of the hereafter to the world. To the world. In our original homeland, well, there is only Allah there. There is no such life there, like the worldly realm. Here we will prove what kind of person we are. Allah Almighty has given you a nafs. The nafs has seven states. Nafs-i emmare, nafs-i levvame, nafs-i mülhime, nafs-i mutmaine, nafs-i raziye, nafs-i marziye, nafs-i safiye.
There are all these. Now the person in nafs-i emmare says, I am a Muslim. He drinks alcohol, gambles, commits adultery, consumes every kind of haram. Everything is there. When it comes to being Muslim, he says, look at my heart, my heart is clean. No prayer, no fasting, no zakat, no Allah, no Book. But he says, my heart is clean. Well, this doesn't work with a clean heart alone. So when a person comes into the world, into a different realm, what does Allah Almighty say? According to your own state, you would get carried away by them. Doesn't the Prophet (peace be upon him) say as well? If you had inclined towards them, he says.
Right? What does he say? If such a state were to arise towards them, before slipping from there our soul is taken. What a beautiful, firm covenant. This at the same time also symbolises situations in times of (?). This state. For example, there are those given glad tidings of paradise. In this case (?) shows faithfulness. So in our covenant it is like this: if we are still alive, we have not slipped yet.
Yes. Here there is a long one. He says, Hodja, blessed Ramadan, blessed Ramadan to us all. Perhaps my question has been asked before, I don't know. About our country: since the 1699 Treaty of Karlowitz our country, never free of trouble, has from those times until now never come out onto level ground, always struggling with some problem. Let alone dealing with foreign powers, in the last century, from dealing with traitors among us, we have not moved forward one bit. Whenever a leap forward was attempted, it was prevented and killed. Hodja, my question is: about our country, the last unfallen fortress of the Muslim world, what do you think?
The elections are approaching too. At this point, is there a chance of another stumble, of going back 50 years again? Would you again share an assessment and your predictions for the future with us? May Allah be pleased with you. Now, our lesson is not a politics lesson.
Let's take it like this. Let's not do politics. Let's talk normally.
I have a life approaching a century. I'm still alive. 85 years old. I'm a little old. We have seen much, lived through much and served in many places. Now, in this situation, the traitors to the homeland among us are many. I say this openly. Traitors to the homeland are many.
Among us, those who say I am enlightened yet live in darkness, but put forward the diploma in their hand, present it as enlightened and seek enlightenment behind it; such people are many.
In this situation, this state, this nation, for 100 years, as far as I know, except Menderes; the man they killed.
Since Menderes, since 1960, 63 years have passed. In 63 years this state, leave out 20 years, take them out, didn't go forward an ant's length, it always went backward. Because this was a junta state. Besides, it was also a mandate state. They wouldn't accept this. Why? Because it didn't suit them. A coup every ten years. What? A junta state. A mandate state: people taking commands from outside; however much it looks like democracy, in Cyprus some people, I'm not giving names, some people have bargains: you will be minister, you will be president, such bargains. There's even a video of this.
In this situation: the nation should choose what it wants. It was not what the nation wanted.
With the mindset of the barons abroad, the money barons, the drunkards and the crusader armies they were governing Turkey. Still, with the same mindset, although Turkey needs nothing, those who would borrow 300 billion dollars from Britain's money launderers, on these lands watered with the blood of martyrs, this homeland, the legacy of our ancestors, the blood of these martyrs, Allah's precious servants, under their orders, with filthy boots these wretched people who want to have this homeland trampled; if they take over this state, imagine what state it would come to.
But these people, that is, our nation, has an insatiable craving for money. They got this too. How did they get it? An English professor, his name doesn't come to mind right now. "You cannot destroy this state; there is such a leader before them that unless you remove that leader, it is impossible for you to destroy this state," they said. "Who is this leader?" they said. "It is the Quran," he says. The Quran; they took us away from the Quran, from our religion, our tradition, our culture, from all of it they took us away. Look at the young people: on their own. Look at the girls: in the arms of men.
Look at the family: irresponsible about their children. Is this a Muslim? In this situation, if we lose our religion... For the non-Muslim, faith, religion and god is money. A Muslim's homeland is not the place where his stomach is filled; it is the land watered with the blood of his ancestors. And a non-Muslim's homeland is where his stomach is filled. So they became like them. And Allah Almighty says this in a verse: whoever resembles them, they are like them. Now in this situation, my fear is whether most people have come to resemble them. This election is a crusader army's and Islam's war election.
This election is the choice between the oppressed and the oppressor. The whole world has surrounded Turkey, to bring these lands under its own will, but this wretched nation has drawn a curtain over its eyes; it sees nothing but money; besides property and possessions, glory and fame, it sees nothing else. It's after that. This man is after glory and fame; with pride and arrogance a person who rose up there, what service would he render to this homeland, what kind of service will he render to this homeland? For 22 years, 20 years, 22 years those who made Turkey a voice to be heard, a regional power; and I said before, this state will become a regional power, I said.
Did I say it? Did you hear? You heard. It will become even more. Even more. And that table of six, with that table of seven too, the terrorists' people who take directives from Kandil itself and say these things openly in parliament, you will see them buried in the pit on May 14. Yes. In this state, those who say Allah, who back the oppressed and stand up against the enemy, and who don't let this homeland be trampled under the unbeliever's boot but stand upright against it; this is their place. Yes. Therefore Allah will protect these oppressed ones. The only hope of the oppressed in the world is Turkey.
The only army of Islam in the world is again Turkey.
So be wise. Don't go back to the old. Look how nicely he writes it anyway. Will we go back 50 years, Hodja, he says. (?) Let's wake our people up. Let's wake those who are asleep. Let's keep (?) away from the fire.
As much as we can.
You will not be the only ones living in this homeland. Your children, the light of your eyes, will live here after you too. Why does a father work for his family? So that we may live in the best way, so that we may get what we want, so that we may give our child a good life. Those who betrayed you, who gave autonomy to the Southeast, who release terrorist leaders from prison, the killers of the children of this homeland, for which we have given more than 40 million martyrs over 40 years, if you take them out of there in one move,
perhaps forty thousand people's hearts will ache, but after that, millions of people on this homeland will moan and moan.
I know that these people's members of parliament went to TRT and slapped the TRT director at TRT because he irritated them. You know this, right, Şükrü? Yes. Don't say what's past is past. What has been tried is not tried again; what has been tried is not tried again. Once more I say: what has been tried is not tried again. This is in their nature. You'd be ruining your children, yourselves, the nation; you'd be betraying this homeland watered with martyrs' blood, and the martyrs.
Yes.
You've learned my style.
There's another question here. Hodja, my hodja believes in Allah but is not a Muslim. I had consulted you on this before, but recently I wanted to consult you about some things I've been through. He constantly insults Islam, our religion, us Muslims, mocked and belittled them. I always stood against him on this, but last night in a gathering, when he insulted the Quran, the verses and the Prophet, I couldn't restrain myself. First I warned him, but when he went on in the same way, this time, just like him, I told him that among so many Muslims I would not give him this opportunity. And with Allah's help it was so; this conversation, as a result of his grudge and hatred, with words against me and my family, he said he would show them, that is my family, what's what, that he would ruin them.
I told him that if he does something to break our unity and order, I would divorce him, that I would not allow this. Did I do wrong? Whenever you open your mouth about Islam you will find me against you, if you want war, if you want war, I'll fight, I said. What are your views on this? Is the one saying this your wife? Or your hodja? The husband; the wife is saying it probably the husband Hodja, her husband. Yes, but look what it says here. What does it say at the start? "Hodja, my hodja believes in Allah but," it says. Look, "hodja believes in Allah but"; it doesn't say "my husband", look. Ah, it says "my husband"; "my husband" became "my hodja", he says. Hodja, we have some wrong behaviours in marriage.
What is our wrong behaviour?
One of us sees a pretty lady; not realising what she is, we marry her. And one is completely outside the religion, the other completely inside it. Whatever happens, they can't get along; they separate. Now our daughter got married too, but she didn't ask about her hodja, sir, whether he prays or not. She didn't ask. She made such a marriage. Now, when Allah Almighty sent our father Adam to the world, on our father Adam's forehead the light of the Prophet (peace be upon him) would shine. Allah Almighty said to Adam: "O Adam, tell your children to (?) this light to good women." That is why among us, when marrying off a child, they would ask about the girl: does she pray, do her mother and father pray, are they Muslims; they would look into this. Now there is no looking into it. What is there: does he have a car, a house, a salary? Now marriage, look what it is built on. What was the old marriage built on? In the old marriage after giving away their daughter, the mother and father would teach her like this: my daughter, your home from now on, your mother and father, is there. That girl: her flesh there, her bones with her mother and father. Divorcing and coming back was a shame for that girl.
She'd be ashamed; the neighbourhood would reproach her: so-and-so got divorced and came back. Now: let me marry, let me divorce, let my being a divorcee come out, let me be with whomever I want. Today's marriage is like this.
Yes. That's why we have moved away from religion, from religion.
Now I say this to my daughter: Even though your husband commits his kufr, remember, in Pharaoh's palace, our mother Asiya. She too said: O my Lord, do not (?) me to him. Though she stayed in the palace, she could not be seen by Pharaoh. She was not seen. And our mother Asiya became our mother Asiya. You too, be patient like our mother Asiya. Don't quarrel with him over religion. If he forces you, if he forces you to leave the religion, remember Abraham. His father Azar tormented him greatly, Abraham. Finally he said, peace be with you, father, and parted from him.
Make your decision between these two options.
All right, my child? I kiss your eyes. Be entrusted to Allah.
Yes. Now we will start our lesson, inshallah.
Yes. Surah Al-A'raf, word 172. All the falsehoods are gathered here anyway. Its whole main artery is here. We will open it up for you nicely, inshallah.
is it more on this side the explanation part here it starts, but here I'll turn the pages there are no numbers. Where did they go? Inside Windows we'll look at the thing. It will say package, package. Where is this package, can you see it? Here, sir. Two weeks. Here.
It came. Yes. They have (?) this place. Yes.
Let's enlarge this a bit more. Okay.
Now we read you the wrongly explained part of Surah Al-A'raf. "Lest you say on the Day of Resurrection, we were unaware of this, your Lord took from the children of Adam, from their loins, their descendants," it says. Look: Adam took their descendants from their loins. That is, people came into the world. "He made them witnesses over themselves and said: Am I not your Lord?"
Were you created in the world?
Or when you saw Allah in the world; while creating you, you know, "Am I not your Lord?" When you denied Him, does Allah ask us a question like that? "They said: Yes, we bear witness to this." This "yes": because they didn't know its meaning, we touched on it a little below; because they didn't know this too, because they didn't know it, people gave their word there and went back on it here. Whereas: "lest you say on the Day of Resurrection, we were unaware of this, of the children of Adam the descendants who would emerge He made witnesses over themselves and said": a clear verse, look what it says: "made a covenant; rabbüke min benî Âdeme": with Adam He made a covenant; zuhurun: who would emerge from him; that is, it said "to emerge"; zuhurun: the descendants who would emerge from him; with his descendants. Allah Almighty, with those who would emerge from Adam's descendants, made a covenant, it says. He didn't take them out of his loins and make a covenant with them in the world.
The verse is clear, it says it anyway. And "ve eşhedehüm", it says. Ve eşhedehüm. He made them witnesses. Enfüsihim: against their own selves. Elestü bi-rabbiküm: I am your Lord, He said. Where? In the realm of Lahut, He created our souls. There, before Him, He suddenly brought us all to life. When He suddenly gave life, we all came to life at the same moment. At that moment Allah Almighty is before us. I am your Lord, I created (?).
The wrongly explained part of this verse is this: "Of the children of Adam, He took their descendants from their loins. He made them witnesses over themselves and said: Am I not your Lord?" The right one is: "Of the children of Adam, the descendants who would emerge He made witnesses over themselves and said: I am your Lord." This is the root of all the wrongly explained verses: because this verse was not understood, verses have been explained wrongly according to people's own reasoning, among various superstitions, and they have ascribed attributes to our Lord. By explaining this verse to you, what has been explained as superstition in the Quran and the errors written by ascribing attributes to our Lord, these we will try to remove.
We will open this verse up somewhat deeply. We explained "willing" in earlier verses too. But since willing occurs often in the Holy Quran, it has been repeated continually. This willing, in verse 172 of Surah Al-A'raf, that is, from this verse, we will explain in detail. When our Lord's willing over people comes up, what we explained in verse 172 of Surah Al-A'raf in broad detail, keeping to the meaning of the verse, we will repeat and place beneath the verses. The wisdom of repeating this text: the subject will be better understood. This is the root of all the wrongly explained verses: the failure to understand this verse is the reason.
people according to people's own reasoning, among various superstitions, they have been wrongly explained and ascribed attributes to our Lord. By explaining this verse to you, what has been explained as superstition in the Quran and the errors written by ascribing attributes to our Lord we will try to remove. Let's open this verse up somewhat deeply. One, what did Allah Almighty create us for? That's our question. Why did He create us? Two, where in the realm of the hereafter were people created? Three, why did He make a covenant with people? Four. Our Lord who made a covenant with people, though knowing what people are, why did He send us to the world without putting us into paradise or hell there?
Come on, go ahead. Tell your (?) to answer you. Now we'll explain these.
By answering these questions for you, the purpose of our creation and of our coming to the world and how we should behave in the world we will understand better. In this way, from the superstitions ascribed to our Lord, of those who ascribe deficient attributes to our Lord, from their superstitions we will be freed.
Now we open here the answer to our first question. One, why did Allah Almighty create us? Our Lord existed by His own essence. What does this mean? Existing by His essence. That is, existing by Himself; neither created, neither has He begotten nor is He begotten; that is, existing only by His own being; which in an Arabic word is Hu, the essence, Hu; the meaning of Hu: you know, some who are enemies of religion, or those who, though Muslim, don't know themselves, say (?), that is, (?). Whereas: remember Allah who exists by His essence. Remember Allah, it says, sometimes aloud, sometimes silently, it says.
If a person speaks without knowing the meaning of a thing, he falls into a sin bigger than himself.
What are we saying? Why did Allah Almighty create us? Our Lord existed by His essence. That is, our Lord had neither beginning nor end. He exists by Himself, with the name and attribute Hu, by His essence. That is, our Lord was neither created nor begotten, nor does He have a child, a wife, a child. In this state, our Lord was alone before our creation in this realm. He is also a great treasure of knowledge. Treasure. "I was a treasure," He says. "I wished to be known." From My light Muhammad, from his light He created the universe. What was it? A hidden treasure. What is this treasure? A treasure of knowledge.
A treasure of bringing into being from nothing, of creating.
Yes. He is also a great treasure of knowledge. Our Lord was a treasure of knowledge. He willed to be known. From His light He created the light of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). From his light He created the seven heavens and the realms between them. Then He gave the Prophet (peace be upon him) a portion of His spirit. And from the spirit of the Prophet (peace be upon him), the other prophets' spirits He created. And He made a covenant with them. Surah Al Imran, verse 81 says this: "When Allah said to the prophets: After I give you the Book and wisdom, when a prophet comes confirming what is with you, you shall surely help him.
Do you affirm this? Do you take on this covenant of Mine?" When I said this, they answered: We accept. Thereupon Allah: "Then bear witness, and I am with you among the witnesses," He said. That is, however many prophets would come to the world, in one narration 124 thousand prophets, nabis, He creates them from the spirit of the Prophet. From His own spirit He first creates the spirit of the Prophet.
Hodja, how does this happen?
We can only say this much: "They ask you about the spirit. Say: The spirit is from my Lord's command. You have been given only very little knowledge about it." The knowledge about this is this: A universal spirit. For example, a human's semen. In one drop there are 70 to 80 million cells. In one drop. These are human cells, human.
And (?), these cells are renewed. In the human body. Likewise in Allah Almighty, that (?) is renewed. That is a universal spirit. Immortal. He has given us too a portion of His essence. We taste death, we do not die. The body tastes death; the body is mortal. In our body there is our spirit. As this Hacı Borlu says, cats, dogs and plants have no spirit. Allah created man honourable. The spirit is only in man, and he was created honourable above the worlds. And Allah Almighty says, I created man in the most beautiful form. Because He has endowed man with attributes of His essence.
They write the verses. They don't know the meanings of the verses.
Yes.
Then let's tell you about that part too. What do the prophets say? I am the first of Islam, he says. Yet after him another prophet comes. He too says, I am the first of Islam. Another prophet comes. He too says, I am the first of Islam. Which is the first of these?
Now, the Prophet's spirit, he accepted this.
From this, however many prophets would come, Allah separates them. He separates. Each one He separates is a first. Each one He separates is a first from this Islam. Each one He separates is a first. That's why: I am the first of Islam. Is this part understood? Yes.
Allah Almighty created. From the spirits of the prophets He created the spirits of their peoples. From them as well. So before the worlds were created, the first created was the Prophet (peace be upon him). Then the prophets. Then the peoples of the prophets. Our Lord was a hidden treasure. He willed to be known. For this He created man. In the worlds, our Lord gave of His spirit only to man. For this He made man honourable above the worlds. In Surah At-Tin, verse four, "I created man in the most beautiful form," He says. Yes. Now we come to our second question: where in the realm of the hereafter were we created?
In the realm of the hereafter, our Lord, our spirits, to the world however many people would come, He created them all in the realm of Lahut. The realm of Lahut, what is it? You know in the world too there are lahuthanes, statues are made. These places are called lahuthanes. This, this word lahut is taken from there. Allah Almighty created our spirits there. Our created spirits in a state unaware of themselves.
However many of our spirits would come to the world, they all stand ready, but in a lahut state. Lifeless. now if we put millions of sirens here, sirens, or if we built cars and held the remote in our hand, all of them connected to the same remote; when we press the button, all of them move, because the same signal will go to all of them, they will move. Allah Almighty too created our spirits; all ready; as soon as He presses the button, we say button now, suddenly we come to life. We look at ourselves. Allah, Allah! Between thirty and thirty-five years old, like this.
And on us things like the yellow jacket the Pakistanis wear, like shalwar there are. You know, trousers.
Allah Almighty opposite, the Prophet beside Him, and in front, three prophets. With those people, the people He is creator of, nearer to Allah Almighty, three prophets. Who are they? Moses, Jesus, David (peace be upon him). Shoulder to shoulder like this. And I'm opposite them, beside them, opposite. They look at me from under their arms like this and smile.
I'm seeing for the first time, of course. He had seen Allah Almighty before. Of course he'll look at me and see. I'm bewildered. (?) Who will I (?)? What will I do? Where will I go? From there someone says I created you; did he create it? But we know we were created. We came into being from nothing. What if He didn't create us? We're thinking now. What if He didn't create? Then the creator will come forth, (?) to us: "no, he lied," and will destroy him; together with those who follow him, then our Lord will come forth. No one comes forth like that. Allah Almighty gives time too. No one comes forth like that. The Prophet also confirms.
Yes, he says, this is our Lord, the one who created us. Yes. At that moment, I think, what? It describes that realm I lived in. This is the realm we lived in. Otherwise these verses can't be explained with Arabic. It's impossible to explain them with Arabic. The Prophet turns to me too. This is our Lord, he says. Believe, sir, have faith, he says. At that moment Allah Almighty: "My beloved, he is one of us, leave him be." I never forget this. At that moment from my heart, like a fire, a love, like this, a love burst out. I never again lived such love and passion in the world.
Because we found an owner. Because you're alone. So there people are divided into three groups. In the seventh verse of Surah Al-Waqi'ah it says so. Ve küntüm ezvâcen selâseh. (?) ve eshâbü'l-meymeneti mâ eshâbü'l-meymeneh: O right-wingers, glad tidings to you; ve eshâbü'l- meş'ameti mâ eshâbü'l-meş'ameh: O left-wingers, woe to you. Well, if we are Muslims and live as Muslims, and Allah Almighty says woe to these left-wingers, then how does this Muslim follow this left-winger? Are you a Muslim? This time you've sold the hereafter, become a porter of the world, fixed your eyes on the world, forgotten Allah; you've fallen into that state.
I was imprisoned during Hajj; in a traffic accident, in the accident my prayer was answered: O my Lord, create a cause so that I may stay here, I said; a traffic accident, another car found me. It fell on me. There, at that time, you'll pay 24 thousand riyals. Now it's 100 thousand riyals for a man's death in a traffic accident. The state, to pay this, (?).
At that moment someone else in prison for a traffic accident came to me.
When he saw some karamat of mine there, he said: I'm a contractor in Istanbul, I'll give you a flat, he said. If Allah grants it, (?) we'll take it. In short, I'm telling it: we got the flat from him, but (?) handed it over, some events swept it all away; I (?); at the Feast of Sacrifice, when they said "what sacrifice" and so on, I said: here I was patient. I'm praying, in Istanbul, at the Hazretler Mosque I'm praying. while praying inside me, now, pressing, he says like this: Who is called a porter? they say. Porter, tell me. I'm praying, a verse comes to my mind: We, it says, when revealing to Our servant, ahead, Satan, it says, (?), but We firmly settle Our revelation; Satan (?), it says.
They explained this verse wrongly too anyway.
This comes to my mind too. No, no, he says, tell me, who is called a porter, he says. Porter. Now I believed. I'm also praying. Now I'm both reciting and I said, a porter is one who carries a load on his back. No, no, he said, that one, sir, to provide for his home, he said, works with the sweat of his brow, he said. A person who earns lawfully, he said. That one's a gentleman, a gentleman, he said. One who has shouldered the world, he said. A person whose hereafter has gone bankrupt, he said. That one's a porter, he said. Right after I left there, from prayer straight to the, the estate agent: I sold my house, I said.
Allah is my witness, without taking five cents I gave it to a Turk from Germany and it was gone. (?), he said. (?), he said. Take it, brother, I said. I gave it to you, I said. Don't you pay, I said. Go, I said.
a week later, send my money; he sent the house money. Now, have you learned who is called a porter? Who is the porter? yes Our Lord, however many people would come to the world, He created them all in the realm of Lahut. When our created spirits were in a state unaware of themselves, suddenly waking them all at the same moment, He made them recipients of the definite address: I am your Lord. Not "Am I not your Lord?" When He says "Am I not your Lord": if I now gave life to this, until creating this from its (?) here, until doing it like this, and I said "Didn't I create you?", I'd be telling the truth.
I didn't create. If this one denies me, it goes into denial. But if I made this and suddenly gave it life, "Didn't I create you?" it doesn't know. But I gave it reason. This is the reason in the spirit, what we call akl-ı maad. Yes.
Our spirits were divided into three groups when He said, I am your Lord.
The reason is: because our Lord gave people of His spirit, people, our Lord standing before them in human form, did not, could not recognise our Lord as creator, and out of their pride and arrogance, being haughty as Satan was haughty, they denied. In this case our Lord says in His verse that these are lying unbelievers. These people who denied our Lord waited for the Lord in their imagination. That's why they make idols. They make idols like the shape in their imagination.
Five minutes won't finish this. There's a lot of it. Five pages.
We're fasting too. We'll go to iftar. Let's say Istanbul; I'm in Ankara. Now for them in Istanbul it's at seven o'clock, at ten to eight or so, probably. Here it's 7:33. 7:50. Let me see what time. Here it is, sir. In Istanbul here: evening, 33. In Istanbul it's 19:51. 19:51. That is, there's a 15- or 16-minute difference. In this case let's continue 5 more minutes. After that, let's not leave people hungry. They have been fasting all day. They're listening to us like this anyway. They can listen another time. Next week they can listen to the continuation. Sir, (?), we say. A bit more in detail let's explain it. That is, waiting for the Lord in their imagination; let's explain it a bit more in detail. In Surah Al-Waqi'ah, verse 7, our Lord says: And when you become 3 classes; we write its Turkish here.
Those on the right: how blessed are those on the right. Those on the left: how wretched they are. In verse 10 it says, those foremost in good are foremost in (?). Muqarrabin (?). So here we were divided into three classes. There are many more events here. We close these parts. When Allah Almighty said, I am your Lord, the Prophet (peace be upon him), beside our Lord, addressing people: O, this is our Lord.
Yes, this is our Lord. This is the one who created us, he addresses them. Also, our Lord created our spirits in twilight. The created people, yes, in three classes; the people at the very front are seen, the people at the very back are seen too. But they don't recognise them. Here a hadith says it. What does (?) the Prophet (peace be upon him) say? He directly describes the realm of Lahut. "Allah created the spirits in twilight. He scattered upon them something of His light. Whoever took from that light found his way. Whoever could not take from that light lost his way." But people who don't know this say Allah threw a ball and whoever it hit became Muslim. Can there be an Allah who leaves it to chance like this? Make it up, make it up, say it.
Will. We said will. It is two. Will. One universal will, and one partial will. Now, Allah Almighty gave man a portion of His essence. He endowed him with the attributes of His essence.
Universal will. If Allah Almighty gave a portion of His spirit, then that person will have a will too. Earlier I gave you an example. From human cells. Those cells too, all in an instant, like a camera's shutter opening and closing, in an even shorter time, that cell's shooting forth and the womb in the mother seizing it and closing; that is Allah's greatness. Sometimes if it's a moment late, it becomes twins or triplets, twins. people too, in exactly this way, from Allah Almighty separated. By their own will. Is there no will in that, in that cell? Is there no life? Aren't all the elements written in it?
Let's explain it more briefly. Let's take Allah Almighty's spirit to be the oceans. Let's take a drop from the ocean, one drop, give it to a chemist and have it analysed; it carries the qualities of the ocean. So in man: glory, fame, pride, arrogance, egoism, grandeur, worldly desire; unless these seven desires are broken, anyone (?) attain the manifestations of Allah Almighty.
He will break those desires.
So will is two. Universal will, partial will. Our Lord, because He gave man of His spirit, with this will in our spirit we had our wishes and desires written by our Lord as destiny. (?) Diyanet says yes too: will is two, but Allah, it says, removes from man whatever will He wishes; that will He removes, we cannot regard will as nonexistent, it says. From this, anything can you understand? Exactly like this. And there's a witness to this. Here, lawyers, witnesses: I have their writings. Well, removing my will from me, and His own will He'll use on me, then why did He make a covenant with me, why did He write my wishes and desires for me as destiny? Then why did He send me to the world?
Why will He call me to account for the deeds I've done? If He Himself were going to use my will, why does He say this verse: did you think you would die without proving what kind of people you are? According to the verse, why does He say it like that? These men have turned all the verses against each other into soup. made it soup, soup. Yes, one gets overwhelmed, truly overwhelmed. I mean, is the Quran explained like this? Is a verse explained like this? Is Allah described like this? Yes. The paragraph we read from the start. Will is two: one universal will, one partial will. Because our Lord gave man of His spirit, with this will in our spirit we had our wishes and desires written by our Lord as destiny. So people, though knowing that our Lord made a covenant with people and that our Lord wrote man's wishes and desires fully as destiny, nevertheless removing man's own will from man, they have our Lord's will over man exercised, making our Lord, within His own will, discriminate among His servants, sending whom He wills to paradise and whom He wills to hell; thus they ascribed attributes to our Lord.
This is because they did not understand this verse.
We will say more, there's more. Yes. Gentlemen. We end our lesson here. We stop here. Actually, we'll say it from the stopping point. 5 minutes left. Probably "our Lord who made a covenant with each person separately", it says. Yes. I mean the last paragraph; probably in "will is two", it stopped at the last paragraph. yes come on, gentlemen, to the table, you can sit down; come on, you'll barely go and settle; very little time is left.
Yes. Six minutes left. You have six minutes. (?). Only if you settle in.
Bilal come, tomorrow we're removing this; now we'll take one, because, okay put it in the bag; shall we put it in the car now, Hodja? Now shall we put it in the car? We can put it in the car now. Take this. Where shall I take this? Now. Down. Throw it down.
Throw it down. Okay. Put this inside too. You arrange those. Look, look here. There's room at the edge. From the edge, down. Help me. Let him learn. Take it. Put this in the back too, like this. In the back. Yes, sir? Take this too. Let's wrap this too now.
You put this there too, in the back. Where you left off. Close this.
Here.
Were you throwing one more? Look, come on, we were still throwing that. Look, was it this? It was that, Hodja.
Not this, give that. Not this. This is its; do you see? Of course this is its. Otherwise we were nearly taking the wrong one.
