What is said in the video

Haven't they been listened to? I can't close this here. Look at this, what is it? It says accept. What is it? I press it, it doesn't open, it doesn't go away. What is this? Let's do something to the virus program.

Let's say close it safely, Hodja. Here? Yes. Okay. Okay. Let's close it. Yes, okay.

Yes. Then we'll go over the questions again. Half an hour has passed. (?) Let's see if we can explain it once more.

It comes only once. It either comes down or comes up. Let's see.

That (?) came again. Look.

Yes.

Is it there now? Yes, Hodja. Now it is.

Let's explain something then. Shall we go over the questions? The questions, Hodja, let us listen. Yes.

56 Sefa 116, okay. Now let's do it like this. Let's enlarge this a bit.

Let's enlarge the text. Yes.

Erdem Guest writes: Peace be upon you, Hodja. Surah Ar-Ra'd, verse 25. mentions that for those who cut ties with their relatives curse and Hell are promised; what is the limit of kinship here? When mother, father and siblings are named as close relatives, is it a sin to also abandon distant relatives? Because these days, if you greet someone, you end up owing. That's why I have erased everyone but my mother, father and siblings from my book, he says. Your erasing them from your book means nothing.

Whether you carry out Allah's commands or not, that is what binds you.

If you don't do what Allah says, you fall into sin. If you do what He says, you earn reward. When Allah Almighty says do not sever the ties of kinship, this does not only cover your mother, your father, your siblings. If you have no relatives left in the world, it says, your relatives, their graves visit, it says. Yes, in this case your relative may be someone who has done wrong, who has wronged his own nafs, a person. However much closeness you show him, even if he insults you just as much, he takes his sin, and you take your reward. What was our aim? To draw near to Allah, to win Allah's pleasure.

So Allah Almighty also says in His verse: do not mock any people. Perhaps that people is better than you, He says. In that case, who knows, tomorrow he may come to have more faith than you. That is why Allah Almighty says: do not sever your ties among relatives. Because the keys of the unseen are in Allah's hand. La gaybe illallah, Allah knows the unseen. As he is today you think him a wrongdoer; he insults you, maybe breaks your heart, but tomorrow you see that he has come to have more faith than you. And as long as you don't cut your ties with him, by telling him the truth so that he returns to the religion, and by it staying in his ear like an earring, so that he turns to the truth as soon as possible, for the good you did, you too earn reward through him.

Let me read you Allah Almighty's verse now, here, let me read you that verse from this side, and act accordingly yourself. Worship Allah and do not associate anything with Him; to mother, father, relatives, orphans, the poor, the near neighbour, the far neighbour, the companion at your side, the traveller, and those in your charge, do good. Surely Allah does not love the arrogant and the boastful. If you turn away from him saying he is a non-Muslim or he is a wrongdoer, you fall into the trap Satan has set for you. Because Satan strikes through piety, it is said. Yet note that Allah, to all the people He has brought into the world, to those who rebel against Him, to those who worship idols, (?) gives their sustenance.

No one does Allah Almighty, in His justice, want to have crushed by anyone in the world. Nor does He want oppression among His servants. Because He says: My mercy has surpassed My wrath.

Yes. This turned out better, I think.

We explain from wherever it comes. Yes. In that case, do not sever the ties with relatives. You do your duty and take your reward. As for him, the good and the sin he does are his own. Yes. Here we come.

Guest to guest. Hodja, the yearly increase in rental contracts the state has limited to twenty-five percent. Hodja, landlords consider this increase an injustice. Are the landlords right here? Are tenants doing injustice to landlords with a twenty-five percent increase? Or do landlords need to follow the state's rules? Could you explain? May Allah be pleased with you, he says. He actually wrote this at the end. What does he say? Or do landlords need to follow the state's rules, he says. Yes. Landlords must follow the state's rules and laws. Because what do the elders, some people, say? A proverb: the finger cut by the Sharia does not hurt.

So the law of the state is law. When we say Sharia, they are afraid of Sharia. Sharia in Arabic means law. In Turkish too it corresponds to law. Yes. If the state made the law twenty-five percent and also proposed this to the landlord, if the landlord has a claim on the tenant, let him go and get it from the state. It does not concern the tenant. If the tenant doesn't pay twenty-five percent, and the landlord says, friend, look, the state allowed 25%, why are you cutting this from me, then you will have usurped his right. But shall I actually tell you something?

The fish, they say, stinks from the head. The fish. All such stories are a fabrication that is rotten from the start. How a fabrication? I buy a flat. I'm giving an example now. I buy the flat for 3 million lira. For 3 million lira. Even at 3 million there's no nice flat to be had. But I declare it to the state as 500 thousand lira.

I declare it as 900 thousand lira.

Do I pay tax accordingly? The state comes and how much rent do you want for this place? Fifteen thousand lira. For how much did you buy this flat? For three million lira. If you rent it for fifteen thousand lira, what is your monthly? What is your yearly? Three, forty-five thousand lira. Is that so? At fifteen thousand lira, ten months make a hundred fifty thousand, a hundred eighty thousand lira. What does it make in ten years? One million eight hundred. What would it make at twenty-five thousand lira? Two hundred fifty. Six million. No. It makes three million. At twenty-five thousand lira it makes three million.

Now if you take twenty-five thousand lira rent for this, this flat also has the municipality's assessed value here. Within the districts. You can't declare it below this, it says. If you declare it at the lowest and rent it out at the highest, you are guilty. The landlord is guilty here. And what will you do? You'll go to the state and say, friend, this man takes 25 thousand lira rent from me. This is the money you deposit in the bank. This is the money you deposit in the bank. Officially 25 thousand lira rent. Now he wants 50 thousand lira from you. the state sends an expert there. Yes, the value here is 45 thousand lira or 100 thousand lira, whatever it is. This place has to pay for itself in 10 years.

Or it has to pay for itself with its rent in 15 years. The rent of this place is this much, he says. When he puts the increase on top, a huge fine is imposed on the tenant. On that landlord a huge fine is imposed.

To avoid this fine, the landlord looks for ways to get you out of the house. You're clever, after all. Or else he says, all right, friend, give it, and bows his head. Because the rent he takes is also far below the value of the house. Now he takes far more rent than what he declared. Instead of taking one thousand five hundred lira for the declared value, the man takes six thousand, seven thousand lira rent. Yes. Here both the tenant is guilty and the landlord is guilty.

Let the tenant go and seek his right. Ah, Hodja, I can't seek it. Then accept twenty-five percent.

The state too, to the landlord, this is the normal rent probably, it says. He paid the money to the state this way, it says. He paid the tax this way, it says. And he puts his twenty-five increase according to the average. He tries to adjust it this way. If he has a claim on you, that is, if the landlord has a claim on you, under the law the state set, he has no right. Let him seek his right from the state. Yes. He actually wrote it at the end too. What are you saying? Are they doing injustice? Or do landlords need to follow the state's rules, he says. They need to follow the state's rules.

Now we've explained it better, I think. Yes. We have (?) law.

As a state governed by democracy we declare ourselves to the world, don't we? So there is no gap in the law.

The tenant will go and apply. He'll report to the prosecutor's office. This man, from me... I pay this much rent here. (?) will come. I pay this much rent here. He wants this much more rent from me. According to the state of his house, what is the assessed value here? 3 million lira. He asks rent accordingly. The state comes: friend, at how much did you declare this? Five hundred thousand lira. You declared the flat at five hundred thousand lira. Of this place's value, up to what percent did it give you tolerance? It allows tolerance up to thirty percent. Below thirty percent, it allows tolerance up to forty percent.

If you declared below that, it fines you. And according to your situation, in 10 or 15 years, your house that was put under guarantee it makes you rent out for a thousand, fifteen hundred or three thousand lira. And this doesn't suit the landlord. He tries to get him out without going to court. The landlord... that's the situation.

Be content with the money they give.

See and know at how much you declared the house. Let me know at how much you declared the flat.

Ömer Avcı, guest: Hodja, peace be upon you. And peace be upon you. What do you think about the tariqas in our country and the sheikhs who deceive people with intercession in the Hereafter, he asks. He says it himself, deceiving sheikhs, so he already knows.

But he also expects an answer from us.

In the seventh verse of Surah Al Imran, what does Allah Almighty say? Look now. Let's see, go ahead.

Surah Al-Baqarah Surah Al-Baqarah

Surah Al Imran, verse 7. Look what it says now To the unlettered Messenger it is that Allah who sent down the Book, it says. That Allah. Firm, He sent down the Quran without any alteration. He is the one who sent it down. Some of its verses, as the foundations of the Quran, are clear and definite. That is, the (?) rulings it informs us of. And some of its verses are mutashabih. Those with doubts in their hearts, to stir up fitna, giving meanings by their own minds, follow the interpretation of the mutashabih verses. Who is doing this?

By their own minds. Let's read it again. Because it's close to what we'll explain now, I'm doing this, I'm reading it. And some of its verses are mutashabih. That is, verses like Elif Lâm Mîm, Taha, Yasin are mutashabih. No one can give these a meaning. What does it say now? Giving meanings by their own minds, they go after the interpretation of the mutashabih verses. Now pay attention. Yet those mutashabih verses only Allah knew.

In this case the sheikh effendi, the fake sheikh effendi, who thinks himself a sheikh and in the sheikh's position, with sweet words to the people around him speaking, gathering people and according to their situations giving fatwas, but ignorant of the verses, exploiting people's consciences: such sheikhs multiplied more and more, and in this way, the members of the tariqa, those who enter the tariqa, who grant them the station of intercession in the Hereafter, these wretched people, just as the priest gives the key to Paradise to those who confess their sins.

Do not believe these scoundrels. These are scoundrels.

Are all the people of the tariqa like this? No. Except those among them who are friends of Allah.

Otherwise, that the people of the tariqa, all who enter a tariqa, in the realm of the Hereafter will reach the station of intercession, there is no such thing. The people who will reach the station of intercession are friends of Allah who have attained Allah's manifestations and reached higher stations. And Allah Almighty, according to their stations, from seven people to seventy people grants the right of intercession. Who are these? In verses twenty-seven, twenty-eight, twenty-nine and thirty of Surah Al-Fajr Allah Almighty says this: O nafs at peace! What does this mean, nafs at peace? One who has attained the manifestations, honoured with the manifestations of Allah Almighty, a person. Your Lord pleased with you, you pleased with your Lord, enter among My servants, enter My Paradise: the people to whom He says this.

Otherwise there are many who entered a tariqa but from nafs-i lawwama to nafs-i mulhima could not rise. What is nafs-i mulhima? The gate of miracles. Some show miracles. People take him for a very great saint. a very great saint yes, and people follow him whereas if he were a very great saint Mevlana's father was one of the Three when a friend of his died, he wants to go to the funeral prayer; they say he went as an unbeliever what does Mevlana's father say? I used to see him far ahead of myself. These are the Three. (?)

He was always ahead of me, he says. If he goes as an unbeliever, how will I go, he says. You know, that one sees the people of many miracles as great saints. If these are people of manifestation, one breaks his nafs and then sits down low. There, too, people divide into three kinds. One becomes (?), that is, he cannot speak, he remains in amazement. One becomes majzub; summer and winter he walks about in just a shirt, whatever comes to his mouth he says. And one becomes a guide, he turns back to the people. But he can only show him the ways of the truth. And while showing them, when he comes to wrongly explained verses, he feels a sorrow in his heart.

He doesn't accept them. Because he has no knowledge, not much knowledge. Knowledge begins at nafs-i radiya. Allah Almighty Himself raises the person. His teacher is Allah. In this case, if there is more beyond, he becomes the Qutb al-Azam who comes once a century. If there is more beyond, he becomes the Qutb al-Aqtab who comes once in 200 years. What does the Qutb al-Aqtab do? He removes falsehoods from the religion. And this continues like this until the Day of Judgement. But not much time is left. The time of the 7th Qutb al-Aqtab, the time of the one they call the Hidden Imam; after that, why do 8 Qutb al-Aqtabs come to the world? If one comes every 200 years, 8 of them make 1600; before, too, one every 200 years according to a calendar now 1444 it makes 1600, 1600, and since after that no Qutb al-Aqtab will come again, it means the Last Day will come; there is a saying: I don't leave at 1500, and I don't reach 1600.

The Last Day will not reach 1600.

100 years, 120 years, the world has a lifespan of about 130 years. The 7th Qutb al-Aqtab is also telling people the truth. But we don't know where he is. But he explains it to people. He explains to people the wrongly explained verses of the Quran. Yes. And he invites people to the Truth.

Now we come to our lesson.

We left off at verse 116 of Surah Hud.

In the centuries before you, if only there had been on earth virtuous ones to restrain people from corruption, says Allah Almighty. Listen well. When the wrong part is read with its correct version, you will pick it out too. But a small part of them whom We brought to salvation is excepted. these did their duty; as for the wrongdoers, they pursued the luxury they were given they were already sinners. Now I read the correct version of the verse In the centuries before you, on earth, people from corruption, if only there had been virtuous ones to restrain them But of those among them who attained salvation, a small part is excepted. These did their duty.

As for the wrongdoers, they pursued the luxury they were given. They were already sinners. Now, the wrongly explained part in this verse is this. A small part of them whom We brought to salvation is excepted. That is, Allah Almighty says there, We save those We love. There, He has brought those He loves to salvation. Aren't the others servants of Allah? The correct version is: of those among them who attained salvation, a small part is excepted. Now pay attention, let's assess this verse on our own lives now. This verse.

when we commit a sin, what do we say? We say we sinned, we repent, we give charity; when we do a good deed we say we earned reward, right? Does Allah have a hand in this for me here? No, we do it by our own will. Well, if I go and slap a man and steal his money out of greed, if I wrong him, did Allah tell me, go and hit him? No. I did it myself. So how can you say here, We saved the people? You are making a distinction between people. Why, we people do these things by our own will.

And for what one does by his own deeds and will, he receives reward or sin.

When we made a covenant with Allah Almighty, in the realm of the Hereafter. In verse 172 of Surah Al-A'raf.

What does Allah Almighty say? Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

We, with those who would emerge from the offspring of the children of Adam, made a covenant. They explained this wrongly too. He took them out of their loins and made a covenant. Yet how beautifully it says it. Those who would emerge from the offspring of the son of Adam, it says. (?) We made a covenant with those who would emerge. Where? He created our souls in the realm of Lahut. Then He made a covenant with the people. Ve eşhedehum alâ enfüsihim, He made them witnesses against themselves, it says. Elestü bi rabbiküm, (?) He said, and there we gave our pledge.

So that we prove what kind of people we are, Allah Almighty sends us into the world. There, in the realm of the Hereafter, He could have sent us straight to Paradise or to Hell. He did not. Because Allah Almighty manifests His attribute of Godhood by sending us into the world.

Verse 134 of Surah Ta Ha proves this. If We had destroyed you with a punishment before the Quran, it says, that is, you are for Paradise, and you are for Hell, you go to Hell, had We said, you would have said, it says: if only You had sent us prophets and books, we would not have fallen into this disgrace below. Had you not been going to say that, it says, We would not have sent you into the world. Yes. So by the decisions we made in our actual deeds, we will receive reward and sin. Allah Almighty, by removing our own mind and will from us and making His own will act upon us, makes us do nothing.

To prove what kind of people we are, we have desires and wishes. Allah Almighty creates the causes according to our desires and wishes. And by acting on those causes, through our actual deeds, we receive reward and sin. Look, we always do it ourselves. We desire, Allah creates. Look at Allah's greatness: in this universe, the animals included. Their food and drink included. The food of living things you can't see with the eye included. He will give all of them their sustenance.

Yes. In this case no one can accuse Allah Almighty of injustice; in this case, because they always tie these verses to our Lord's will, they explained them wrongly; people who made a covenant with Allah Almighty, who had their own destinies written for themselves, with the actual deeds they do will be called to account; so our Lord neither leads anyone astray from the right path nor guides anyone to the right path; He only shows the right paths. Did the Quran not come to the worlds as a mercy? this too they explained wrongly; look what it says here now look they, that is, the hypocrites the state of the hypocrites is like a fire one kindles on a dark night, it says. Allah Allah. The hypocrites lit a fire on a dark night.

They don't know its meaning either. Allah Almighty is telling me in a figurative sense. People, He says, when We sent them into the world, were in darkness. To light the way before them, We sent prophets and books, He says. To light their way. We sent prophets and books. In this case non-Muslim hypocrites cannot light a fire. The meaning of the fire, figuratively, is the Quran. Look what the correct version says now. Their state, the state of the hypocrites, is like a fire burning on a dark night. Like a burning fire. Those who turn their backs on this fire, on this light, leave themselves in darkness.

Hodja, this is your interpretation; is there a verse that it is so? How many verses do you want? Look, now I'll show you a verse here 257. look at its verse Allah is the friend of people, He brings them out of darkness into light. How beautiful. He brings them out of darkness into light. As for those who deny, their friends are the taghut. They take them from light and lead them into darkness, it says. So the hypocrite is not like a fire one kindles on a dark night. Like a fire burning on a dark night. It will hold a fire before a person. Hodja, I was going to show many verses. Is there another verse? There is.

Let's open Surah Ibrahim now. Let's see what it says in Surah Ibrahim. Let's look at this. Right? Yes.

Surah Ibrahim.

Yes.

the first verse, look what it says: Elif Lâm Râ, I'll read it this Quran, by their Lord's permission, to bring people out of darkness into light, that is, to the path of Allah, the Mighty and Praiseworthy, is a Book which We sent down to you now do you understand how wrongly the verses have been explained? How wrongly the verses have been explained, you understand, don't you? And they wrote this too they said we wrote the Quran they slandered Allah they accused Allah of injustice among His servants accused Him of injustice yes what did we say then our Lord neither leads anyone astray from the right path nor guides anyone to the right path He only shows the right paths; with the Quran He has given us our own will into our own hands, He doesn't interfere with us again, in our going right, He doesn't interfere but Hodja, there's a verse, how should we understand it? Which verse? Is that all right?

We: they set a trap, and We set a trap; We are the best of those who set traps, it says; and since Allah too sets a trap for them, how would we know what He did with this trap? You couldn't know the meaning of this verse, that's why; let me explain its meaning to you We made a covenant with Allah Almighty in the pledge of Elestü bi rabbiküm our scenario was written as destiny; since He will not interfere with us again, in people there are two minds; one is the mind in the soul, aklı maad this is the first; the mind in the body, aklı maaş aklı maad gives its pledge there about knowing Allah or not aklı maaş manages one's livelihood in the world, so as to stay on one's feet, it manages oneself together with the body; one, without compromising faith, turns to Allah or denies; the other, to manage worldly livelihood, by following the verses or not following them, does its worldly dealings; two minds now, in this case Allah Almighty, with aklı maaş, for those who set traps for people, those who would step outside their destiny, prepares the trap that puts them back inside their destiny.

He doesn't prepare a trap against him to harm him. He prepares the trap so that he lives his destiny, and the person says, the trap you set didn't work. Why not? He set a trap to kill the person, but that person still has a lifespan. Allah Almighty puts him into his own trap. One must know the verses well. Understand them well. yes If He were to guide one group of people to the right path and bring them to salvation, and created another group for Hell? Then, God forbid, is Allah lying? He says, My mercy has surpassed My wrath; in other verses too He says, I am Tawwab, the One who accepts repentance much.

In this case our Lord makes no distinction among people. Because one must know this very well. Until the Day of Judgement, Allah will neither make any deficiency in the world nor create any surplus.

This man has gone astray, I think. How he talks in Allah's favour? Now I'll tell you a verse. Understand the verse well. If I understand it by my own understanding, warn me. I tell it to the Diyanet anyway, warn me. With Us there is a Book which is preserved in the Preserved Tablet, it says, this Quran. Nothing is added to it afterwards nor taken away, it says. What does this mean? Now one more verse. Allah is free of all deficiencies. He is complete and perfect. If, until the Day of Judgement, He saw people's needs or a deficiency of this world and created something new, Allah Almighty would be given that attribute. It would contradict His verse.

And had He created too much, He couldn't know. This time He created too much. The deficient ones, He destroyed them. Removed them. What is it? In the verse: With Us is a Book preserved in the Preserved Tablet. Nothing is added to it afterwards nor taken away. Hodja, in that case won't Allah Almighty create new beings in Paradise? Look, this world is one thing, that is another. This world is the outer realm. That is the inner realm. He promises you. What does He say? In Paradise I will make a new upload into you. Upload. What does that mean? There's no such verse, Hodja. Now let me tell you the correct form of the verse.

I already told you the correct one, its translation, in a way you'd understand. We will, from your hearts, remove the rancour, it says. We will erase it. What does this mean? We will make you brothers, it says. With what will He remove the rancour of hearts? Well, you install a program on a computer, don't you? If something is missing, you do an update, you complete it. Allah Almighty too has loaded us, our destiny, into our brain. There's rancour, there's sorrow, there's gloom too. But as long as we carry out Allah Almighty's command, if we are granted Paradise, We will tear the rancour out of hearts, says Allah Almighty.

So He will make a new upload in us. That's what I mean when I say upload. And there we will be brothers. Brothers. Shouldn't I say it? Allah says this. If you don't understand the verse, if you say, He will make an upload in you? Allah says this, man. What is it? We will tear the rancour out of hearts. With what would We tear it out? Isn't our brain a hard disk? Isn't it a memory? Yes.

Which knowledge will we give people?

Our Lord makes no distinction among people; all the people He created are our Lord's servants people, by their own will, had their own desires and wishes written for themselves as destiny; when explaining the verses of the Quran no one can, among people, using Allah's will, make discrimination. Moreover no one... someone came here. Who is this?

Who is this? Let's close it.

Moreover, no one, no one can bring anyone to salvation Even if it's your father, even if you love your child more than your life; Allah Almighty: every person who made a covenant with Him, Allah created, we didn't create; Allah made a covenant with those He created, wrote their desires and wishes for them as destiny We cannot change anyone's destiny that's what we say here: no one can bring anyone to salvation moreover, no one can bring anyone to salvation, because people made a covenant with our Lord, and their desires and wishes were written for them as destiny when we were born from our mothers, as a child we were born into the world and grew up; when we grew up, who created us before?

Who created him before? Before him, Allah created our father Adam. (?) He also created our mother Eve. He set up the human factory. Before that He created our souls in the realm of Lahut. Allah Almighty, who set up that human factory, brought the people who came into the world. He placed our father Adam, and the soul created earlier, in the world, without showing His essence, that there is an Allah He made known to us with verses, saints, prophets and books. And with our mental capacity, that we were created by a being, He proved to us. Even today the person who worships idols, who denies Allah, knew that he was created by a deity.

That's why he worships idols. yes so if we were created, the one who created us sent us scholars, prophets, books and when He created us earlier, with us He made a covenant, wrote our own wish for us as destiny, and did not put us right there into Hell or Paradise; because the essence was seen, because we saw His essence, He could not believe us. That too because He gave of His spirit in human form. He brought us into the world and placed us, He did not show His essence.

Hodja, look what Allah Almighty says now in His verse? Now a scholar is asking me a question. Scholars and angels bore witness to Allah's existence. He says Allah, okay. He broke his nafs in the world. His rank is high. Angels and scholars bear witness that there is no deity other than Allah, it says. I said I am among those who bear witness. There is no deity other than Allah. Why? Because when you rise to the fourth state of the nafs, mutmainna, in the attribute of believer you attain the manifestations. For these there is no turning back.

These are the ones who have attained Allah Almighty's manifestations. Indeed, for these, even before going to the manifestation of Allah, so that that rank in them would raise them there, Allah Almighty has placed characters in them. According to their desires and wishes. In this way these people do not fail in obeying Allah Almighty's command. And so Allah Almighty has honoured them with His essence. There is even something above that. (?) (?) What does the verse say? When creating these worlds We did not take Satan and his companions as witnesses. So there are those who were taken as witnesses.

I say one of them is me. Take me as witness. I am a witness. Yes.

we continue let's finish this it is not possible for any person to change any person's destiny; one can only enjoin the good that is, tell the truth. At verse 119 of Surah Hud we left off; Allah willing, next Saturday from here we'll start, together with questions We already lost 25 minutes. But we've made up about fifteen minutes of it. It's like ten minutes. Stay well, be entrusted to Allah. Lillâhi Teâlâ el-Fâtiha.

in the verse, in the verse our Hodja says he didn't write much 15.7 187. 184. verse, we wrote, he didn't write it, he didn't write this yes I'm closing this

He sent it late. Someone came, I understood, but he sent it late.

Now let's read a bit of (?) text. Let's see what it says.

Yes. Here we are. Now let's take it from here. To this side. Let's close this too. Peace be upon you, Hodja. The great saints who died in recent years, the saints, none of them left a successor behind before passing to the Hereafter. The latest example, the Gavs of Menzil, Abdülbaki el-Hüseynî, may Allah have mercy on him, he too, they say, didn't point to anyone before he died. It wasn't like this before. As far as is known, also, a prophet, our Prophet (peace be upon him), appointing Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) to the head of the Muslims: isn't it contrary to that? What is the wisdom in it? Hodja, will you appoint someone in your place?

If we've overstepped, please forgive us. May Allah be pleased with you in advance, he says.

Now first let us say this. Many people we carry to very high stations. But the person is not worthy of that station.

He himself says, I am the Gavs.

The Gavs shows by his words.

Ahmet, Mehmet, an ordinary person cannot know him as the Gavs.

A person of knowledge knows whether he is the Gavs or not.

When you say Gavs, he must be the one who comes once every hundred years, the Qutb al-Azam. Gavs. This person explains the verses to people. The verses. According to the time he explains to people the meanings of the verses.

For example, people Allah says in His verse, He is the Lord of the two easts and the two wests, it says now they wrote: in summer, it says, the sun rises from here, in winter, it says, it rises from here; in summer it sets from here, in winter it sets here; two easts, two wests, it says, you see Whereas Allah Almighty in His verse I am the First, the Last, of the outer realm, of the inner realm I am the Lord, He says So Allah Almighty: when the earth is another earth, the heaven another heaven, when the world is brought forth completely flat, (?) He says the second realm and when Allah Almighty says this world is the likeness and shadow of the Hereafter here first the outer realm with its rising and setting, and in the realm of the Hereafter too, with the sun's rising and setting, with its speaking: I am the Lord of both My realms, He says, both of the outer realm and of the inner realm I am the Lord, He says.

Unable to explain these verses this way, not telling people the verses' meaning, if people call someone Gavs over a word or two they heard from their teacher, they both betray him and also put their own finger on a piece they don't know.

Being Gavs isn't easy. The Gavs shows by his words.

In this case do not label anyone as Gavs. These days everyone says Gavs.

They say kaddesallahu sırrahu for Mahmud Efendi too. Gavs. And they call this one Gavs too. Since one comes to every (?), is that one the Gavs or this one?

Use your minds.

Hodja, then how will we understand? Is there anyone who explains to you what is wrong in the verses? Is there anyone who says these verses were wrongly explained like this and the correct one is this? Is there anyone who proves it? Are there those who prove everything they say with verses? Look at that. Not his mind for everything he says; the one who tests every matter by his own mind resembles legless people wearing artificial legs. What he does today, he sets out to change tomorrow. But if a person explains according to the verses, it always holds a light before a person. In the dark, without swaying right and left, he goes straight along the path.

Let's not talk too much. Peace be upon you. Be entrusted to Allah. Yes.

us too he sees as the Gavs and asks, will you leave anyone in your place; if a person reaches that state, we will leave one; if there is no one who reaches that state, someone who speaks well, a person, with the works we have written, to light the way before you, we have someone to leave. They are already explaining. The heart wishes that they too become people of spirituality, that they rise. Everyone has a rank. No one can go beyond that rank. However much he strives. If a person is a 100-gram glass, you can't pour 101 grams into me, it overflows.

How beautifully Mevlana says it. Say a word to me, I'll tell you where you are, he says. Yes.

Lillahi Teala'l-Fatiha.

Amen, O Lord.
