What is said in the video
Our surah, verse 5. Al-Hadid, Hodja, 365. page, Surah Al-Hadid 29, 365, Al-Hadid surah 29. There are questions here. We can answer the questions.
There's a long question here.
The picture is showing a bit low.
The picture is showing very low. Yes. We can tilt this a little, like this. Let's see how it'll look.
Why is it coming out like that? Has this part gone up, I wonder?
Does this have a thing? For up and down.
No? It's not recording.
Now how will it come? Have a look.
And (?) says: Peace be upon you, sir.
They wanted to ask you about words told as a hadith. So I wanted to ask you.
There will be a war in the Amik Plain, it says. The Prophet: the yellow race and the Muslims will clash. The yellow race, the Jews; a third of the Muslims will be martyred, a third will flee, and a third will win victory. There, like a woman's pregnancy. That is, there will be a truce of about nine months. But this truce will be temporary. After that truce much blood will be shed. Blood will reach up to the horses' knees. (?). So, much blood will be shed. These are fabricated. Not worth reading. I said it last week, Hodja. Yes. It was last week already. These are fabrications. Not worth reading.
A guest says: Hodja, peace be upon you. In our religion, is it permissible to kill people who insult the Holy Quran and our Prophet (peace be upon him), and tear up the Quran, the Holy Quran, and burn it? Or what is the punishment? May Allah be pleased with you, Hodja, he says. Insulting our Prophet, Allah, (?), and tearing up the Holy Quran. Ah. Look.
Now, it says, whoever kills one soul is as if he had killed all souls. You understand? A person cannot kill people. Now, what does it say here? Let's see now. Insulting our Prophet (peace be upon him) and tearing up the Holy Quran, burning it.
Now, to all these words. Let's read this verse. Those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, so yes, if he tears up the Quran, burns it, insults the Prophet, he has waged war against Allah and His Messenger. Those who wage war and strive to corrupt the order of truth on earth, who are they? Those who kill people, who strive to corrupt the order of truth, who go against the laws of the state.
Their punishment is only that they be killed without mercy, or hanged, or have their hands and feet cut off on opposite sides, or else be banished from where they are. For them there is also a great punishment in the Hereafter. Well, if you burn the Quran, won't there be punishment for you? Won't you have raised a banner of rebellion against Allah? Yes. Come on.
We've learned the punishment, I suppose, haven't we? A guest. (?) guest. Peace be upon you, sir. Allah reveals of the unseen to His prophets as much as He wills. Correct. He says. But He also reveals it to His scholars. As evidence for this, as a hadith, I read that there is "the saint of my ummah is like a prophet." What is the counterpart of this hadith in the verses? And also, "the scholars are the heirs of the prophets": I know there is such a hadith. Which verse is this hadith the counterpart of? Now, when you say "like the prophets of the Children of Israel", for the scholars too: the scholars bear witness that there is no god other than Allah, it says.
They testify. Well, how beautiful. So they too are heirs of the prophets. They bear witness that there is no other god but Allah. Also, I have such servants that neither buying and selling nor any trade keeps them from My remembrance, He says. These are the friends of Allah. Also, when We created these worlds, We did not take Satan and his (?) as witnesses, He says. That's enough, I suppose. I know there is a hadith "the scholars are the heirs of the prophets"; this hadith, which verses is it the counterpart of? I read all these verses. Yes. Is there anything else here? Peace be upon you, sir. Angels are created from light: is there a verse with this or a similar meaning?
Meaning. What meaning? Is there a verse with this meaning? Of course the angels are created from light. Because Allah Almighty first creates the Prophet (peace be upon him) from His light; He creates him. from His light. Then from his light these worlds are created. He gives you of His spirit. And from His spirit humans are created. In that case, all this universe, since it was created from the Prophet's light, and humans from his spirit, all this universe, the seven heavens, sir, in that case the angels, since they are not created from the light of the Prophet (peace be upon him), and since humans are created from his spirit, because Allah Almighty gave a part of His spirit to the Prophet, humans were created more honourable than the worlds, humans. Above the worlds.
You know, some say that angels are superior to humans. An angel is not superior to a human. If such superstitious minds, let's say. And why do I say superstitious minds? I say it because they are unaware of the verses.
He would not have made the angels and the accursed one prostrate to Adam.
Yes. If angels were superior to humans... Allah Almighty is just. Yes. What else is here? Let's see.
The guest asks again. Hodja, peace be upon you. What is the greatest knowledge? To me it came to my heart that the greatest knowledge is humility. What do you think? May Allah be pleased with you, he says, Hodja. Where does humility come from? From knowledge. Where does good conduct come from? From knowledge. Where do manners come from? From knowledge. A person without knowledge is lacking in conduct and manners. Look, I'm not saying ill-mannered. Lacking in conduct and manners. Because his knowledge is little, he acts within the capacity of his own mind.
Knowledge, it says. Knowledge is knowing. Knowledge is knowing oneself. If you don't know yourself, what kind of knowledge is this, it says. And the Prophet (peace be upon him) says in a hadith: if knowledge is in China, go and get it. Look: knowledge. Allah Almighty says: I was a treasure, I wished to be known. Look. I was a treasure, I wished to be known. That is, this treasure is the treasure of knowledge. Yes. The greatest knowledge is humility, he says. Right. It came to him. It came to my heart like that, he says. Now, that humility: Satan strikes through piety, it says. But Satan's seduction of My servant who knows Me is ignorant, He says.
Why does He say it is ignorant? The man of knowledge... the one without knowledge Satan takes into the palm of his hand and steers him as he likes. He makes you proud in the name of humility. Because you are good, because, let me say, you do good to people, he gets you to follow him and shows you falsehoods instead of the truth. That is, he makes you proud. Whereas with us there is no fame, renown, pride, arrogance, ego, grandeur or love of the world. Those who cannot master these fall into Satan's trap.
Let's see what comes after that.
There's a long text. Allah reveals of the unseen to His prophets as much as He wills, he says. But He also reveals it to the scholars. He does. As evidence for this, a hadith. Now look. Allah reveals to His prophets as much as He reveals. What does He reveal? Verses. Right? He reveals verses.
He does not reveal verses to His saint. So what does He reveal? He explains their meanings, makes them known. Their meanings. He grants miracles to His prophets. He does not grant them to His saints, His friends. What does He do? He has them show karamat. Karamat. Although the work of the prophets and the saints seems close, one shows you a miracle, the other gives you news of what will happen in the future. This is called the karamat of the saint. Because, since these worlds are Allah Almighty's programmes, to some of His saints He shows some of His programme.
Like the prophets of the Children of Israel. There is. What is the counterpart of this hadith in the verses, he asks. Its counterpart in the verses.
Its counterpart in the verses: the four books are in the Holy Quran. Four books. Whereas the prophet of the Children of Israel ruled only with the Torah. With the Torah. In that case, I am not saying the ummah of the Prophet is superior to the prophet. Because these are the first created. Those who bore witness with Allah Almighty. And the ummah of the Prophet has come to know Allah Almighty's manifestation, and within that manifestation has come to know His knowledge. Above that knowledge it has become the qutb al-a'zam. Above that knowledge it has become the qutb al-aqtab. It has become a possessor of knowledge who removes falsehoods from the religion.
Because it has so much knowledge and has attained Allah Almighty's high stations, since there is no station higher than that, it says: like the prophets of the Children of Israel. They have reached the same station. When they pray, they say: Allahumma'hshurna fi zumrati's-salihin. Gather us with Your righteous company. People say it too. In prayer. They ask for it too. But those who ask for that station and find it will be gathered with the prophets and the righteous servants. What more verse do you want? How else should we tell you?
And also, I know there is a hadith "the scholars are the heirs of the prophets". There already are heirs of the Prophet who will remove falsehoods from the religion. Removing falsehoods from the religion: if not heirs of the Prophet, what are they? Every two hundred years Allah Almighty sends a qutb al-aqtab. The duty of this qutb al-aqtab is to remove the falsehoods that entered the religion. Every forty years the religion of Islam changes its state. Within these two hundred years five states appear. One: forty years, falsehood entering the religion. Second: forty years, falsehood being sifted out.
Third: forty years, the rise of Islam. Fourth: forty years, Islam remaining at its peak. Fifth, sir: the decline of Islam from the peak. That makes two hundred; again falsehood enters. And of these Allah Almighty says: We this world... with the (?) of their mouths they thought they would put out Allah's light. We will keep the religion going until the Day of Judgement, He says. Since no prophet will come, by removing falsehoods from the religion through the heirs of the Prophet He will keep it going until the Day of Judgement. Allah Almighty says thus: We do not call anyone to account for (?) We have not made known.
So, since He will not leave this world without a prophet, in his place He sends heirs. His heirs.
Yes. Two. What each person earns is the return of their own two hands. Does this noble verse cover both the Hereafter, the world of the Hereafter, and worldly life? If it does, as evidence for this is there a verse saying that the verses have both an inner and an outer meaning? Now look. Allah Almighty has laws of the Sharia. What is the law of the Sharia? Praying the five daily prayers, sir; if you have money, going on Hajj; praying, fasting, saying the testimony of faith. And within this there are laws. Look, I read it a moment ago. Surah Al-Ma'idah, verse 33. If you do good, if you are good, if you have come to know your Lord, said the testimony of faith, within Allah's Sharia law He has sent His laws, the laws of the Sharia.
Within these laws, if you kill a man, they will kill you too. If you struck someone, in return for that blow you too will receive a blow. Sir, if you stole, they will cut off your hand. What more of a law do you want? Allah's law is the outer. As for the inner, His saints: Allah Almighty has them remove the falsehoods that entered the religion. And they explain Allah's verses to people as truth. Be upright. Attain the love of Allah. Do good to people. Win their hearts. Help the poor and the needy. Take the hands of the helpless. Help those stranded on the road. Stroke the head of the orphan. Put their property to work, the Prophet (peace be upon him).
So that zakat does not eat it up.
Both outer and inner. In the world of the Hereafter, too, you will attain Allah Almighty's mercy. Allah Almighty speaks of the inner like this, and of the outer like this. Fa man ya'mal mithqala dharratin khayran yarah. An atom's weight of good, I will record it. Where? In the other world Allah Almighty will bring before you the good you did. And in this world too He will show you what you did. Wa man ya'mal mithqala dharratin sharran yarah. He will record an atom's weight of evil too. In the world of the Hereafter He will tell him: you committed this and this. There's no escape either.
There's a lot more. And we have our lesson too. Now this part; there's one more thing here. When a person is killed, retaliation will be applied, but there can be a pardon. But the person who died has no guardian. In that case, who decides on blood money or the death sentence? Now, when someone kills a person, then he too, (?) will kill him. Retaliation for retaliation. But then that person's so-called (?), that is, the one responsible, comes and says: I have pardoned him. If he takes a strand of his hair, he cuts it with scissors, and that is the pardon. And that person, the one who was spared, pays the family blood money according to his means.
After this, it says, whoever fights again is the guilty one. No more fighting. And who gives the death sentence here? Here that person has no one. They searched and searched. They couldn't find anyone.
The ruler will decide about this. The ruler, if there are witnesses, did the killer kill out of the urges of his nafs, did he kill knowingly, did he kill deliberately, let me say, these are taken into account. If the man is innocent, innocent, and the witnesses also say this man is innocent, it would truly be a pity for him, if they rule so, then the person frees a slave. He frees a slave. (?) If he cannot free a slave and has no money either, he fasts two months in a row. Yes.
And this part about paying blood money, does it also apply to wounding? Can you explain? If it's wounding, then he will wound him the same way. Because it's retaliation. Retaliation for retaliation. Look what Allah Almighty says. A tooth for a tooth, a nose for a nose, an eye for an eye, an ear for an ear. A nose for a nose, it says. What does this mean? With these verses we have told you these things. Now we come to our lesson. Surah Al-Hadid, verse 29. The noble verse. We will read what has been translated wrongly. If you didn't understand what I've explained, you can ask me again. The parts you didn't understand.
In Surah Al-Hadid, verse 29: so that the People of the Book may know that they cannot obtain anything of Allah's grace. The People of the Book. What are we? Aren't we People of the Book? The four books are in the Quran; we too are People of the Book. If the four books are in the Quran.
They translate these wrongly.
Grace is entirely in Allah's hand, it says this time. No one at all, it says, you know, so that they may know they cannot obtain it. That is, whether you are good or bad, you will obtain nothing. You know how they say: Allah sends whom He loves to Paradise, whom He wishes to Paradise, whom He wishes to Hell, that's what they say. And here too, to whom He loves: grace is entirely in Allah's hand. He grants it to whom He wills, it says.
Well, can there be such a god? Can there be such an Allah? Allah, who created the universe with justice, who rules everything with justice within His decree: to Allah with words like these, words even a child would not say. These are not words fitting to be ascribed to Allah. Allah is the possessor of great grace. Well, of course He is the possessor of great grace. Yes. What does this mean, the possessor of great grace? However sinful you may be, He says, however far from the religion you've gone, even if you've entered unbelief, however hard to forgive the sin you've committed, My grace is abundant, He says.
Come, He says, come in through My door again. How will you enter through His door? How can so many sins be forgiven? He says: come to the House of Allah, circle it. Seven circuits make one tawaf. Then do the sa'y between Safa and Marwa, He says. Go back and forth seven times. Then come and pray two rak'ahs at the Station of Abraham, He says. You are, He says, as if newly born from your mother. It's not me who says this; Allah says it. Well, if this is not the possessor of great grace, who is?
But that great grace aside, if you drink alcohol, gamble, leave the religion, (?), kill people and go like that, you will have no grace from Allah.
Why not? I'll tell you a verse now. (?). In the world of the Hereafter, no one will intercede for a person from whom Allah Almighty has lifted His mercy. This is the verse. Neither the prophets nor the saints. What does this mean? It means they denied the religion, denied Allah, and went to the Hereafter in unbelief.
When Allah lifts His mercy from these, no one can intercede for them. Yes.
Now we read the correct version. So that, the Quran, the Quran, outside the Quran, outside the Quran, the People of the Book, in that state, may know that they cannot obtain anything of Allah's grace. Except Islam. Outside the Quran; Islam has been honoured with the Quran. Outside the Quran, that is, whoever deliberately denies a verse is an unbeliever. Whoever denies one of the prophets is an unbeliever too. Well, you denied Muhammad (peace be upon him). You denied the four books Allah sent. If you go to the Hereafter like this, then that is the consequence: so that, the Quran, outside the Quran, the People of the Book, in that state, may know that they cannot obtain anything of Allah's grace.
If he went to the Hereafter like this, you cannot benefit from His grace in any way. Well, He gave His grace to Ahmet and Mehmet too. Can't they give me some of that grace? They won't. Because if Allah Almighty gave that grace, that station of intercession, to those He loves, and if Allah Almighty, the right of intercession, intercession, from the (?) He has lifted His mercy, then the people given the right of intercession, out of reverence for Allah, for one from whom Allah has lifted His mercy, no one will intercede. Yes. And the verse is like that too. I said the verse a moment ago.
And I said its plain form too.
Grace is entirely in Allah's hand. Right. Grace is entirely in Allah's hand. Because He is just. He knows whom to let His grace reach. He grants it to those of you who wish for it. Look how beautifully it says it. To the one who wishes. Not to whom He wills; He grants it to the one who wishes. Look now. One denies Allah. And what does the other say?
La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu mina'z-zalimin. O Allah, besides whom there is no god, I have wronged my soul. Forgive me. He turns to Allah in repentance and seeks forgiveness. He says: La ilaha illallahu'l-maliku'l-haqqu'l-mubin. Sovereign, Clear. Also, La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah: O You besides whom there is no god, who has no partner, my Allah who is One in His Essence, he says. La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahu'l-mulku wa lahu'l-hamd: in Your dominion, he says, in all Your dominion praise belongs to You. Wa huwa ala kulli shay'in qadir: You have power over all things, he says. Now this person has taken refuge in Allah.
And the other has denied Allah. Now, is Allah's grace for this one or that one? Or rather, which one is asking Allah for this grace, this one or that one? The one who wishes asks. And Allah gives His grace to the one who wishes. It's that simple.
He says La ilaha illallahu'l-maliku'l-haqqu'l-mubin, Muhammadun Rasulullah as-sadiqu'l-wa'd al-amin. Look, he says, he is truthful and trustworthy. O Allah, besides whom there is no other god. His servant. Who came as a mercy to the worlds. Khatamu'n-nabiyyin, Muhammad (peace be upon him), who brought the prophets to an end. Wa ma arsalnaka illa rahmatan li'l-alamin: the prophet who came as a mercy to the worlds.
Why does he come as a mercy? As we said, from his light the worlds, and from his spirit humans were created, indirectly. In that case it became: Wa ma arsalnaka illa rahmatan li'l-alamin. Now, if I can find a text like this on my phone, I'll read it to you now. One minute. I hope I'll find it. I'll find it, sir, God willing.
Where did we put it?
I couldn't find it.
I couldn't find it.
No. It says... let me explain it to you like this.
If it were not for you, I would not have created these worlds, it says.
Well, what does this mean?
They took this and say it as a hadith. Well, Hodja, you just said that from his light the worlds were created. And from his spirit humans were created. Fine, but (?) don't speak without paying attention to words. What does it say? If it were not for you, I would not have created these worlds. Well, what does this mean? Did someone else create the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and Allah found him, and from his light, and from the spirit of these worlds the Prophet created humans? What became of Allah? Where did He go?
If He had not created you, He would not have created these worlds. That's what this means. So after that, all the worlds from his light, and from his spirit humans. This is how we let such distorted words, these superstitions, these mouldy words take root in our heads. We called it hadith. We betrayed the hadith. We called it a verse. We betrayed the verse. But it is our Lord's mercy that He tied deeds to intentions, and with this intention, with your good intention, it is now left to Allah's mercy. But learn the truth. Learn what is true and right. Pay great attention to words. In this noble verse, the part translated wrongly is this.
Our Lord says thus: So that the People of the Book may know that they cannot obtain anything of Allah's grace. In that case, our Lord sent the heavenly books, together with His prophets, to light up people's paths and to teach them what they did not know.
When we say People of the Book, there are four books. The Torah, the Psalms, the Gospel and the Holy Quran. The People of the Book will obtain nothing of Allah's grace. (?) Why did our Lord send the books? In that case it means that Muslims too will not attain our Lord's grace. But then after it, it is translated like this. They translate it: He grants it to whom He wills. In the footnotes we put under many wrongly translated verses, we wrote that our Lord has no willing over people. Again, in this wrongly translated verse it says our Lord grants His grace to whom He wills. In the previous sentence He gives His grace to no one.
In the next sentence He gives His grace to whom He wills. The correct translation of this verse is as follows. So that the People of the Book outside the Quran, in that state, may know that they cannot obtain anything of Allah's grace. Grace is entirely in Allah's hand. He grants it to those of you who wish for it. Allah is the possessor of great grace. And this is the correct version.
Yes.
This needs to be raised up a bit, this. So that it can be seen. Yes.
This has come down, I suppose. Let's raise it up. We've come to Surah Al-Mujadila. Surah Al-Mujadila, verse 22, is a wrongly translated noble verse. We are reading it. You will not find a people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, even if they are their fathers, sons, brothers or relatives, befriending those who are hostile to Allah and His Messenger. Well, it says it nicely. Where is the mistake here? When we say a wrongly translated verse, you need to know this. If a single word in it is not Allah's word, it ascribes attributes to Allah Almighty. That's why we say a wrongly translated verse.
But Hodja, here you called these and these words right, and here you called them wrong. Well, I call the right ones right here anyway. I tell you the wrongly translated part, I tell you that it's wrong. So you need to know this. What does it say now? You will not find a people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, even if they are their fathers, sons, brothers or relatives, befriending those who are hostile to Allah and His Messenger. Of course you won't find it. Can you give an example of this, Hodja? Well, in the Prophet's time, when (?) came, from Mecca, Mecca al-Mukarrama, to Medina al-Munawwara, those who migrated, son with father, father with son, didn't they fight?
Yes.
Didn't Abraham (peace be upon him) part from his father? From Azar. He wanted him to worship idols. Yes, so it is not that Allah has written faith into their hearts. They had faith written into their hearts. That is, they said to Allah: Yes, You are my Lord. The others denied. My Beloved, do not mind their denying Me, do not mind their denying you, that is, do not mind their calling it a lie, (?), He says. That is, before that they betrayed Me too, He says. Where? In the realm of Lahut. Why did they betray? When He said Alastu bi-Rabbikum, "I am your Lord", they split into three groups. One: wa ashabu'l-mash'amati ma ashabu'l-mash'amah, those of the left.
Those who do not obey Allah. Those who seek Allah in their own imaginations and deny Allah who created them. Isn't that so? They had faith written into their hearts. So: Allah has written faith into their hearts. If Allah wrote the faith, the others are servants too. Let Him write faith into their hearts as well. Allah does not discriminate between His servants. Then Allah's justice would be doubted. God forbid. We would fall into unbelief.
Fa man ya'mal mithqala dharratin khayran yarah: an atom's weight of good, He says. Where is an atom's weight of good? I can't know. Where an atom's weight of evil is, I can't know either, but Allah knows.
He also knows the treacherous glance of the eyes. Yes. He also knows the secrets of the hearts.
And He supports them with a spirit from Himself. Has supported. Right. Correct is correct. He has supported them with a spirit from Himself. With His prophets. Because He gave them a part. He will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow. They will abide there forever. You know, some say Paradise and Hell are not eternal. If he says they are not eternal, can you tell why he says it? He knows he himself is in unbelief. (?) Let me do in the world what I'm going to do. In Hell I'll burn for a while anyway. I'll vanish and be gone, he says. These are in rebellion. Look in how many verses He says that Paradise and Hell are everlasting, everlasting, and they, He says, are eternal there; after burning for many thousands of years they will remain as logs, He says; there as logs, as logs of fire they will remain, He says. Now I say that Allah Almighty's justice is manifest in them too.
Justice. Everything has to have an end. Punishment too has to have an end. So Allah's mercy will reach them too. Their nerve senses will be removed. They will remain as logs of fire and not feel the pain. That's all. Isn't this mercy? They can't understand this part either, and they say: Allah's mercy, this man says, reached even those in Hell. Come on, Allah has the attribute of justice. Look, to a person
you make a person commit a crime, or a person commits a crime, the court says to you: a life sentence, three thousand years in prison. Yes, and here too the court says, this great court, the supreme court says: (?), you are eternal here, it says, eternal. But a crime will also have its due. And that crime, in the end, as logs of fire there he will remain. A tree log burns. Does it feel agony? No. Because it has no nerve senses. So we say that after burning for many thousands of years, it says anyway. So there's nothing beyond that. It no longer burns. It feels no torment. After that He will remove their nerve senses.
They will remain there as logs.
And in the noble verse Allah Almighty says thus: There they neither live nor die. He will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow. They will abide there forever. Allah is pleased with them. And they are pleased with Allah. Those are the ones on Allah's side. Look closely, did you see? Allah's side. Who is this? Those who say Allah. Those who say to Allah, the absolute owner of the universe: Yes, You are my owner. And the others are those who deny and seek the Lord of their imagination, idolaters, idol makers, those who seek a god according to their own reason, sun worshippers, worshippers of the moon and stars, those who take jinn as their guides, jinn worshippers, worshippers of the accursed one, of Satan.
Aren't there? Around Mardin. There are. There are. Huh? The broadcast seems to be cutting out, though. How is it? The broadcast seems to be cutting out, I think, Hodja. No, it's talking here.
It's talking here. They sent messages from Istanbul too, saying it keeps freezing. It's talking here.
Yes.
Those are the ones on Allah's side. Know well that the ones who will attain salvation are only those on Allah's side.
It's here. Let them open it. The thing has probably cut out. They say it's freezing.
I'm explaining it here. Look now. Let me wave my hand like this. But it cuts out. It cuts out a lot here. Look, now it has stopped at that moment. It has stopped right now. It paused right now, I mean. So there's a problem, Hodja. We're seeing a problem with the internet. There's a problem on its side. But look, things are blinking here. So there's no speech right now. Your movements right now haven't reached here yet, Hodja. And the delay is very long. Your movements haven't reached here yet. Of course. Look, now it's talking. Look, I waved my hand now. Look how many minutes later this will come.
So there's a problem, Hodja. Look now. It comes very late, late.
These things said are not words everyone can bear. That's right, Hodja. Yes.
Look, my words and my hands haven't come through yet. Yes. Your raising the thing has only just come. You raised it slightly, that has only just come. Did it come to you? It didn't come to me. It hasn't come to me here yet.
Look, I raised it. I just raised it. There's a broadcast, there is, but the internet (?). It doesn't matter. We'll just close this late. Okay. That's all.
Yes.
And it also drifts to the right and left like this.
Look, I'm waving my hand. Do you see? It's only coming now, look. There's a five-minute difference. There's a five-minute difference. It comes very late. Anyway. Let's continue, and then there's not much left anyway. Let's close our lesson here. Or shall we say this next week? As you wish, Hodja. There's only a little left in that verse, I think. There's only a little left in that verse too, I think. Let's see if there's more of it. It's in verse 22 of Al-Mujadila. We'll come to it now. It's short anyway, let's do it and finish. Okay, Hodja. The wrongly translated part in this noble verse is this.
So: Allah has written faith into their hearts. The correct one: they are the ones who had faith written into their hearts. Won't every soul be called to account for what it did? Won't it be called to account for an act done by its own will, by will, for what it did? Well, where is Allah's willing over me here?
When we made our covenant with our Lord at Qalu Bala, according to each soul's desire and wish, people had their own desires and wishes written for themselves by our Lord as destiny. Our Lord did not write people's destinies by His own wish. In that case, the people who made the covenant with our Lord became three groups. There are three groups. Now, to put this word here, this sentence here, I don't imagine anyone on earth who would know how. There may be, and Allah says, when We raise a scholar, above him a scholar, and above him another scholar We raise. That's why, look, I'm not saying it. But this part, this sentence, I'll read again.
Pay attention. When we made our covenant with our Lord at Qalu Bala, according to each soul's desire and wish, people had their own desires and wishes written for themselves by our Lord as destiny.
Who will say this sentence in this way? Only one who sees can say it. One who sees. One who sees says this. Yes. Our Lord did not write people's destinies by His own wish. Look. In that case, the people who made the covenant with our Lord are three groups. Wa ashabu'l-maymanati ma ashabu'l-maymanah. O those of the right, how happy are those on the right. Wa ashabu'l-mash'amati ma ashabu'l-mash'amah. Those on the left, how unfortunate they are. And there is also the class of those brought near. Our Lord, who made the covenant with us at Qalu Bala, without interfering in people's desires and wishes, has given them their wishes, (?) to themselves.
The reason He sent us to the earthly world: "If You had sent me to a world where Your Essence is not visible", look, I'm saying this part somewhat veiled. Where is its veil, Hodja? Just as He gave of His spirit to the human, a human standing before you in human form: if he says "I created you", could you easily believe it? Just as beside the human, the Prophet has them confirm: yes, this is our Lord, the one who created us. A confirmer, and you, on the other side three groups, on the other side, yes. The reason He sent us to the earthly world: so that you would not say, "If You had sent me to a world where Your Essence is not visible, I would have worshipped You there", He created these worlds.
For the meaning of this last sentence I said, Surah Ta-Ha, verse 134, and Surah Al-Qasas, verse 47, you can read these noble verses. But if you can't understand them, let me open it up a little for you here. Them, He says. That is, the unbelievers. If We had destroyed them with a punishment. That is, We made a covenant with you. You are for Paradise, and you are for Hell. We know you. Yes. I, He says, if before sending you to the world I had destroyed you with punishment, with punishment, thrown you into Hell, you would have said this, He says: If only You had sent us prophets and books. So that we would not have fallen into this (?) down here, they say.
Not have fallen. Purely because of Allah Almighty's attribute of being Allah, His being free from deficient attributes, the utmost degree of His word that no one can question Him about, He created these worlds for you and sent you here. Now, here's the challenge. Yes. Now, be it a brave one or a (?). Here it is: a world where He is not seen. And such a world, such a world, which holds the world without pillars, these worlds one above the other, and all the stars, these heavens, turning them around each other without letting them collide, opposite-pole magnets repelling each other and holding them steady at a certain level, and Allah, who created this universe with this knowledge, now challenges you. Come on, He says. Now, a world where You did not show Your Essence.
An unseen world.
Obey here, He says.
We are ending our lesson here. Stay well. Be entrusted to Allah. Lillahi Ta'ala al-Fatiha.
Amen, O Lord. May I look at the page number? Page number 367. Surah Al-Hashr, verse 23, we stopped at that noble verse. There's 19. What 19? Surah Al-Hashr, 19. Verse. Is there? Ah, there's verse 19. Surah Al-Hashr, verse 19. I wondered whether it wasn't written here. I looked.
Let this be the last, and let's close like that. Otherwise you won't record some things. Wait a bit, Hodja. There's a five-minute difference, Hodja. Exactly a five-minute difference. (?) Now, what I explained this evening are not words people can easily bear. Because they are not words of the outward.
Okay, it's over. I've wiped my hands over my face. I'm closing this. Now let me open this and finish.
