What is said in the video

A little more I can tilt it like this. Yes.

...alaikum, Hodja. I had a question for you. Yes. A menstruating woman, a woman a menstruating woman, in order to learn, from a book in which Quran verses are written, to read the Turkish, that book in our hands — can we take it and read it? May Allah be pleased with you. I kiss your blessed hands, she says. Many thanks (?).

In the verse, Allah Almighty says this: Only those who are clean should hold the Quran, He says.

Now, according to this verse, whether the Quran has Turkish written in it or English, whatever language it is written in, you cannot take the Quran in your hand.

And until you are clean, you cannot read the Quran.

In the Quran the Turkish translation is written, but from a book in which Quran verses are written, to read the Turkish — Quran verses are written in it, so what is this? It is the Holy Quran. And if Allah Almighty calls the state of menstruation impurity, then until she is clean she cannot hold the Holy Quran. A menstruating woman, a woman having her period, cannot take the Quran in her hand. Because let the clean hold the Quran, He says. Where is that verse? Look, in the Quran: those who are purified may hold the Quran. This, too, they misunderstand. They say you must hold the Quran only with ablution.

With ablution. Now, the full ablution is one thing.

The prayer ablution is another.

In the case of the full ablution, a person is in a state of janabah, and with it until you remove the janabah and are clean, you cannot hold the Holy Quran.

Once you are free of janabah, whether you take the prayer ablution or not doesn't matter; you can hold the Holy Quran. Because you are clean.

These points must be distinguished. And some, look, what it says here now; the Quran says: Indeed, this is a noble Quran. That's Surah Al-Waqi'ah, verse 77; in 78: it is in a protected book. And in 79 it says: none can touch it except the purified. So if only the purified may touch it — in janabah and during menstruation people are in a state of impurity. Because those in janabah push all the impurity inside their bodies outward. It comes out onto their skin.

If even a needle's point of your body stays dry, your janabah ablution is not valid. You are not counted as purified. Your whole body must get wet. Those impurities must come out. And the woman must be cleansed of her menstruation. Yes.

This Quran, it says, has been sent down from the Lord of the worlds. sent down from the Lord of the worlds. Now look, here it also says this.

How does Surah An-Nahl, verse 102, support Surah Al-Waqi'ah, verse 80? Look now. The verses will always support one another. Verses that don't support, that contradict one another, have been wrongly interpreted.

It has been sent down from the Lord of the worlds, it says. In Surah An-Nahl, verse 102: it — the Quran — for those who are Muslims, so that they be Muslims and find the right path and receive glad tidings, the Holy Spirit, which is your Lord, has sent down from Himself in truth, it says. So the Holy Spirit is not Gabriel; it is Allah, Allah, it is Allah. Allah is the one who wrote the Quran, had it written, sent it; the owner of the Quran and of the universe is Allah, not Gabriel. Yes.

Following Zionism's idea — they wrote the foundation of the Quran according to Zionism's idea and accepted it as the foundation of Islam. So the non-Muslim, in order to tear your religion apart like this, has seeped into your very veins, into your remotest corner, and in this way for a hundred years has tried to derail (?) the minds of Muslims. But Allah protected those Muslims like this: He didn't let them read that book; with their faith He settled Allah's greatness in their hearts and has protected Islam until now. Yes.

Now you ask — what are you going to ask?

67–69, which verse? Verse 32. They, it says, are those whom the angels — Peace be upon you — the angels, saying: Peace be upon you, enter Paradise for the good deeds you have done, take their souls in a pure state; whose souls they take — those are the ones, it says.

A glad tiding the angels give people at the moment of death. About this, in Surah Al-Waqi'ah, Allah Almighty says the following. Surah Al-Waqi'ah. Let's see. 533 should be the page. Yes?

Surah Al-Waqi'ah.

Surah Al-Waqi'ah. Here we are.

İzâ beleğati'l-hulkûm. When the soul reaches the throat, at that time you just look on. At that moment We are nearer to him than you, but you do not see, it says. Since you will supposedly not be judged, then bring it — the soul — back, if you are truthful in your claim. Now we'll come to what those angels... We'll come to their words further below. But if the one who dies is of those brought near to Allah, for him there is rest, fine provision and the Garden of Na'im.

That verse supports this; these do. The verses do not contradict one another. Then pay attention. In the Holy Quran, the foundation of Islam, Allah Almighty — that the human who made a covenant with Him and by his own wish and will had his destiny written, and who came to the world to prove what kind of person he is, will be called to account for the acts and deeds he has done — Allah Almighty says this openly. But those who lay all the blame on Allah wrote the foundation of the Quran according to the idea of Zionism, and this has become the basis of the Quran, gentlemen. This is contrary to the religion of Islam. In the Quran, one example — I mean what was rendered in translation, not the verses: for example: I will write good where there is good, it says; I will write evil where there is evil, it says. What does this mean? He will call me to account in the hereafter... They have always blamed Allah in their translation: Allah will put whom He wills into Paradise and whom He wills into Hell; Allah created many of mankind and jinn for Hell.

It is hoped that Allah will forgive you. Sir, where Allah should appear, where the word Allah appears, you'll say Gabriel. You'll say Gabriel. In His place, (?) to me. The text is coming. Tap it. Sir, where it should say Gabriel, it says Allah. And it puts Gabriel in the place of God. And this they call the basis of the Quran. Let them prove this basis of the Quran. They can in no way prove it. Because there is a formula. A formula. Their proof contradicts that formula. Allah is free of all deficient attributes. You cannot ascribe attributes to Allah. That is the formula.

Yes. Go ahead, the real (?) question.

Hodja, Surah An-Nisa, verse 86. Verse 46. An-Nisa, verse 46. An-Nisa, verse 156.

We're already there. Even as I say it, we've come to page 46. Yes, 46. Page 46. Page 46, verse 46, all right, Surah An-Nisa. Some of the Jews change words from their places, twisting their tongues and attacking the religion, they say to the Prophet: We heard and we disobey; listen, may you not hear; râina, they say. Râina. If they had said: We heard and obeyed, listen and watch over us, it would surely have been better and more upright for them. But because of their kufr, their not accepting the truth, Allah has cursed them; so few of them believe. The Jews' being cursed: when the prophets told them Allah's commands, when they explained them, they — not listening, pretending to listen and not listening — among themselves spread it among themselves. And look how beautifully Allah says this here: To the Prophet: We heard and we disobey. That is, we heard what you said, we heard it, but we don't believe what you say.

We don't believe. We disobey, it says. Listen — may you not hear, it says.

This time. They say râina. That is, they say: We deny. We are not listening to you. To whom? To the Prophet. Thereupon, if they had said: We heard, we obeyed, watch over us — Allah Almighty watches over us anyway, over all the worlds. All the worlds. Not for a moment does any distraction, any sleep or any thought affect Him. Allah is on duty every moment. Therefore He is present and watching everywhere.

So had they said: We listened and heard, it would have been better for them.

It would surely have been better and more upright for them. But because of their kufr, their not accepting the truth — what is their kufr? Their denial despite Allah Almighty making His essence known to them — that is what put them into kufr, and the result is that they are cursed even on earth. Allah Almighty's curse is upon them until the Day of Judgment. And Allah Almighty says: where their faces were blackened the first time, they will blacken your faces a second time. Our strong, mighty servants will come upon you again, He says, will drive you out of the temple; you will be driven out of there, He says.

And figuratively, every bush will say: Behind me there is a Jew. That is, they will be cleared from the earth to that extent. Knowing this, they build underground shelters for themselves.

Not just underground shelters or cellars — even if you build it seven layers deep in the earth, if Allah, the absolute owner of the universe, says so, there is no shortfall in His word, and wherever you hide, as long as you deny Allah, even if the place you hide in were solid, strong fortresses, He will find you there and settle your account there. If, knowing that there is no escape from Allah, you keep running from Allah, you both draw near to the fire of Hell and suffer hardship in this world. The way to salvation passes through believing in Allah.

And that is the simplest.

Instead of spending trillions, though you know there is no escape from Allah, instead of fleeing from Allah by your own tiny mind and looking for shelters, come and openly saying eşhedü en lâ ilâhe illallah ve eşhedü enne Muhammeden abdühû ve resûlühû brings you to life, both in this world and, in the hereafter, His Paradise, the eternal home of bliss — you will attain it. So let a person not once take kufr and Satan as his guide.

Let him not have his destiny written that way. Allah Almighty has cursed those who will not turn back, as in their destiny. Not all among the Jews are cursed. Because among them there are people who have become Muslim but cannot reveal themselves. I'm not the one saying this. My Lord says it in His verse. I am just stating the verses. Yes.

Any other question? Page 518. Which? 518. Page 518, let's see.

518.

517, 518, yes.

I swear, We created man. Now look, the meaning here is very broad. We created man, it says.

What do we understand here? He created you and me, right? Bodily. But this has a root. In the realm of Lahut, spirit, nafs and life are one. Our first creation is there. And with death we will again remain as spirit, nafs and life. We give you life twice and cause you to die twice. By the word 'certainly', since our bodies are created a second time — since our bodies are created a second time — our first coming to life is in the world. Our first death is also in the world. Our second death, our resurrection, is in the hereafter, and after being called to account our second death is again in the hereafter.

Since we die bodily, and spirit, nafs and life are one, Allah Almighty calls to our spirit like this: You will taste no pain of death other than the first death. Go ahead.

When we say 'We created man', how far back does it go? Ah, it goes deep, deep. It goes to the realm of Lahut. It goes to the creation of our spirits. Then from there to their making a covenant. Then to their being raised to the barzakh. Then to the spirit whose time has come coming to the world through a second creation. Let's see what it says next now.

There's a noise, what is it?

Tell them. Let them say. Tell them over there. Yes.

Uh-huh, probably waste (?), the drain is blocked, they were clearing the drain.

Tell them they can do it later too. Then what does it say, Erdoğan? We created man. Tell them, my dear. From where should they clean it (?)

Hızır, tell them quickly.

This is something else. The kids stand there.

Who's doing that, Ali?

The workman is doing it. The workman. Yes. Well, let him wait five minutes. It's not our kids. These workmen don't listen to a word either.

What does it say? I swear, We created man. Allah Almighty is swearing an oath.

Ve lekad halaknâ'l-insân. I swear, I created man, He says. Halak: to create. Ve lekad: I swear, He says. We created man. And We know what his nafs whispers to him. We also know what his nafs whispers to him, He says. Because Allah Almighty says: We know the secrets of your hearts. What does this mean? I know what lies in the remotest corner of your heart's knowledge. How does He know? In Surah Al-A'raf, verse 172, He made a covenant with us. In that covenant of ours, He wrote our wish for us as destiny. Whatever we desired there, whatever of my Master's wish we wanted, He placed it in us as character traits.

Therefore He knows better than we do what our nafs will desire. How does He know? Since He programmed all people and the world together with these people, there is not a single living being that will come until the Day of Judgment whose doings We do not know.

And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein, He says. Go ahead.

I — what your heart (?), what you need yet cannot know, I know. Nearer to you than your jugular vein. Because I gave you a spirit from My essence. I know that spirit's desires and wishes, that aim within you, He says. Your Lord knows you better than you do.

Yes.

Let's close our lesson here this evening.

The workman is probably working inside. It's blocked here. Let's not keep him waiting. Stay well. May you be in Allah's care.

He can work. Go and tell him. Go ahead and work.

Yes.

Lâ ilâhe illâ ente sübhâneke innî küntü mine'z-zâlimîn.
