What is said in the video
Hodja, as-salamu alaykum. I kiss your hands. My parents are quite old, elderly people.
They may be old. I think we covered this.
Let's see, do we have any other questions? No.
Let's take a look here.
Tonight the questions will come from you.
Olcay, do you have a question? Ahmet, do you have a question? No question.
Everyone has probably gone on an outing. The summer heat, and this thing used to move on its own, now it doesn't move.
Give it to me, let me see. The book: if there's a wrongly rendered verse, it opened there, one came up here. Surah Al-Mu'minun, verse 49. We read the wrongly rendered verse: Indeed, We gave Moses the Book so that perhaps they would be guided. What is the wrong part here?
It's right to the end, but what does it say at one point?
It says: We gave the Book so that perhaps they would be guided.
Here the word "perhaps"... Bring a light tea. Or bring a strong tea.
Here the word "perhaps", look, what these people reduce Allah Almighty to.
The keys of the unseen are in Allah's hand. It disregards this verse. It skips it. It removes it.
There is not a single living being until the Day of Judgment whose doings We don't know. It disregards the verse.
It sets aside the words: We know your secrets that you yourselves don't know, in the farthest corner of your hearts. It disregards Surah Al-A'raf, verse 172. Because the people who made a covenant with Allah Almighty had their destinies written according to their own wishes and desires. In this way Allah Almighty programmed these worlds until the Day of Judgment. A person unaware of such events, of Allah's knowledge and of the verses, if he writes the Quran, I don't suppose he wrote it on request, just as he was told. What do you suppose, Hodja? What I suppose is that in return for an ideology, they carried the superstitions of Zionist doctrine into the Quran.
And they tried to make people swallow this as verses of the Quran. It has gone on like this for centuries.
For centuries scholars said yes to this, so are you wiser than them? Were they all wrong and you alone are right? This question may come to your mind. One: no one can ascribe attributes to Allah Almighty. Two: Allah Almighty is free of every deficient attribute. Three: Allah is not one who doesn't know the unseen; He knows the outcome.
It contradicts many verses. We let verses speak through verses. We don't let human reason speak through human reason. The reason is that human reason was created deficient. Why was it created deficient? So that he knows his deficiency. So that he confesses his helplessness to Allah Almighty, repents, and knows the greatness of his Lord, Allah created reason deficient. So if those people had not taken their reason from other minds, they would have understood these ideological words in the Quran very well.
Yes, as a person whose reason his Lord has raised, raised by Allah Almighty, if he had used his reason that way, he would have understood it. He would have understood what the verses are. You say this; is there a verse that you receive knowledge from Allah? There is. What is that verse? He says: To whom We give knowledge, We give wisdom. So look, I'm not usurping it, my Lord says it: To whom You give knowledge, We give wisdom. So within their own ideologies, the people who ascribe attributes to Allah Almighty, who raise the flag of Islam against Allah and belittle Allah, are divided into three groups.
Those of the right, those of the left, and the near ones (muqarrabin). This is where people go wrong.
He gave his word to Allah. In the world he went back on his word. Giving one's word to Allah means, in Surah Al-A'raf, verse 172, having one's covenant, one's wish, written as destiny. So now I ask the scholars and the learned. Does destiny change? It doesn't. Well then, how did the one who gave his word go back on it in the world? Don't these contradict each other?
Come on. So if a person doesn't use his reason, he sets the verses against each other, drags Allah Almighty down to human level and makes Him belittled. And Allah Almighty says so beautifully in a verse: Whoever says "Allah said so" when Allah did not, let him prepare his place in punishment.
So what follows from this?
Only one thing follows from this.
There is no god but Allah.
He has no wife, no children, no relative. He is One in His essence, a God who created the worlds and is the absolute owner of what He created. No one can ascribe attributes to Him, because He is the treasury of knowledge, holding the knowledge of bringing into being from nothing. So Allah Almighty, giving people a part of His spirit and created them close to His essence, and therefore created man honored above the worlds. In the universe, only man has a ruh, but those who don't know give a ruh to cats, dogs, trees, creatures. The ruh is only in man, because Allah breathed of His spirit only into Adam, and He honored man, and made the angels and jinn prostrate to Adam because he had a ruh. Now I ask you: If cats, dogs and other creatures also had a ruh, would the angels or people have prostrated to them too?
That is why Allah says of man: I created you in the most beautiful form. The reason is that He gave man of His spirit. So what do we understand? From what I've explained so far.
That there is no god but Allah, that until the Prophet (peace be upon him) came, He sent prophets to people, that through prophets He told people Allah's command, through the prophets, Prophet Moses, Prophet David with Prophet Jesus, to people, to His servants, Allah's existence and that there is no other god besides Him. Then, when minds finally came into play, the three books, with the fourth book, the Quran, through Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him He told the worlds: In My sight the religion is Islam. There is no religion besides Islam, saying, whoever seeks a god other than Allah, whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, He says. Let him seek a god other than Allah, He says.
Right? Whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, let him seek a god other than Allah. So from this, the whole world, all people are Allah's servants. Our Lord, the one God, created them all. So there is no privilege among people. Distinction begins in only one place. Those who turn their backs on Allah, who deny Allah, who ascribe wife and children to Allah, if these come to their senses and repent, until the soul reaches the throat, Allah Almighty forgives people and accepts their repentance. Once the soul reaches the throat and the door of repentance closes, he travels to one of two paths. Those who repented in the world: only Paradise.
Those who did not repent, who turned their backs on Allah and want to put out Allah's light, are those of the left. And they are for Hell.
So in this world, when the tip of a needle pricks you somewhere, how it stings!
If you can't bear the pain when you get cut anywhere, how will you bear the fire of Hell?
Here Allah Almighty addresses such people with this verse: Do you not use your reason? Do you not reflect? The world is not a place of amusement.
The world is not a perfect place of pleasure and delight.
How do you know, Hodja? The Creator of the worlds says it. I know it from His word. What do you know? He says: We test you sometimes with your wealth, sometimes with your lives. We test you with plenty and with want too, He says. So is this a place of pleasure? People have turned their backs on Allah as far as they can, made their selfish desires their gods, taken Satan as a dear friend, loaded the world's beauty on their backs and carry on as its porters. They are in a frantic rush. That is why this place is not an eternal, lasting home. We came here to prove what kind of person we are. So how will we prove ourselves? If we become servants to Allah and the community of His Beloved. Allah Almighty tells us in the Quran how we should act. Just be a Muslim, pray your five daily prayers, if you have money perform Hajj, give your zakat, keep your fast. Once you fulfill the five obligations, my Lord shows you the way in your heart by His inspiration.
To whoever turns to Allah, Allah gives His light to light the way before him. Just don't be lost to your nafs. Don't take Satan as a friend. Approach the world as is proper. Neither open your hand too wide and waste, nor clench it and be stingy. Keep to a middle way. And finally, if you fulfill Allah's command, then Allah puts His light into your heart. Surah An-Nur, verse 35, I think. 55? Verse 35. What does it say? Allahu nurus-samawati wal-ard. Allah is the light of the earths, the earth and the heavens.
Now a person who doesn't know this reasons like this: well, the sun rises, it gets light. You get your plants from the ground, he says. And it gives you food, he says. Yet it is Allah who created the heavens and the earth with His knowledge, who turns them around one another without pillars, keeps so many galaxies floating in the air without colliding, who turns the earth, sun and moon around one another and brings about the seasons, night and day and the lunar system, that is, the calendar. This is the light of the heavens and the earth.
When you hear "light", do you think it means brightness? It is Allah's knowledge. He says: We place Our light in the hearts of those who draw near to Allah. That is, We illuminate his heart. We manifest Ourselves to him. We guide him, He says.
Just be with Allah. But where are the people? Where are those who use their reason? They are wronging themselves. Their nafs has reared up wildly like a frenzied horse, it knows neither its surroundings nor its relatives, nor mother and father. It knows nothing of justice. It has no respect for elders, no love for the young. With the feelings of his nafs, in a frantic rush, he has fixed his eyes on the world as if he will swallow the world and live on with it, in utter distress over what he couldn't get.
A person who lives his life under stress like this can't escape illness either.
Most people have now left faith and religion, they go about shamelessly, and many lose their lives.
So, because Allah Almighty loves people very much, He tells women to cover themselves. Cover your heads, draw your collars over your adornments, wear long clothes down to your heels, don't show your figure. Dress like this, He says, it is more fitting so that you are not harmed. How beautiful. Who keeps these? Although man was created the most honored, Allah Almighty says they are like four-legged animals roaming the earth.
Look at the animals.
Animals are covered all over. With their hides, with their tails, their private parts are covered.
In the universe, only Islam was covered. It was modest. But in our time, people have become those described by this verse of Allah Almighty: They are like four-legged animals roaming the earth. Is it fitting for a person created so honored, who will be called to account tomorrow at the Great Court, and at the moment of reckoning will wish that he had this world and another full world to give as ransom and be saved? To whom would you give ransom? To the Creator? To the One who brings into being from nothing? There even your master won't be found.
On the day when mother flees from her child, father from his children, each one saying "myself, myself", that is, seeking ways to save his own self, on a day when no one can benefit anyone, on a day when no one can bear anyone's sins, can you imagine? Rather than falling into such ruin there from the severity of such a day, can you grasp that by using your reason here and saying "Allah" once, bringing the word of Allah from your mouth, knowing your Lord who is your owner and obeying Him, on that Day of Gathering you will be a servant who meets the smiling face of his Lord? Can you grasp that? Now, if you want, be deceived by this world, or if you wish, be a servant who prepares in this world for the hereafter, a person who strives to fulfill Allah's command.
So that Allah will say: look, on earth this one too was My servant. He will show him to the other one, the one who went about uncovered. This one was a person I created on the same level as you. Look how he feared Me and fulfilled My command. What did you do? If He says that, what will you do in His presence?
There you won't have anyone you know to hope for help from. Look, there, with a command Allah Almighty gives, no one can turn it back. Because no one can object to any word that comes from between Allah Almighty's two lips. Because He has no helper beside Him, nor anyone to consult. So since the word that comes from the mouth of such a One, such a Lord, such an Owner, will not be taken back, you are obliged to please Him here. All of you. Yes. Look, what a beautiful verse came up. What else came in? Yes, a question came. Yes.
Give it here, let me see. Two questions came. Let's see what the two questions are.
We've talked quite a lot.
Olcay Efendi asks a question. Hodja, could you explain Al-Anfal, verse 7, to us so that we understand it better? May Allah be pleased with you. Let me find Al-Anfal here. Yes, sir.
Al-Anfal. Which verse? Verse seven. Surah Al-Anfal, verse seven. A wrongly rendered verse. As we said, Zionism puts a wrong word into the verses, takes the verse out of being a verse, ascribes attributes to Allah. Remember when Allah promised you that one of the two groups, the caravan or the Quraysh army, would be yours. And you that the caravan of the weaker one be yours, you wanted. Yet Allah wanted to establish the truth by His words and to cut off the disbelievers by destroying the Quraysh army, it says. In the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him). This speaks of the Battle of Badr. Abu Sufyan, with his army, learns of this battle. Before the battle even starts, he tries to get himself and his caravans past from a distance. Abu Sufyan is very rich.
Upon this the Companions say: O Messenger of Allah, let's strike Abu Sufyan's army, take their goods, become strong. And the Prophet says: No. We are people who act by Allah's command to spread Islam. Our Lord wants us to remove the army of the disbelievers and open the way for Islam.
That is what Allah Almighty says. Look what it actually says. Remember when Allah promised you of the two groups, the Quraysh army, that one of them was promised to your army.
It says He promised the destruction of the Quraysh army, one of the two groups. Here they change that. That is, it wants people to act by their own will. But here Allah wants to open the way for Islam. Now look, what does the wrong one say here? Remember when Allah promised you that one of the two groups, the caravan or the Quraysh army, would be yours, promised. Then what do the Companions do? Let's strike them, they say. Yet the Prophet has already received the command. The correct one is this: Allah promises you the destruction of the Quraysh army, one of the two groups. And you wanted the weaker one, the caravan, to be yours, it says.
This is correct. Yes. And at Badr the Muslim army is small, Mecca comes to Badr in full force. As they come, Satan, who actually drove them into the battle, in human form, according to one narration, goes ahead of them. When they near Badr, he says: Today I see what you don't see, today my eyes are very sharp. I see what you don't see, he says. He flees back the way he came. Because five thousand angels are ready for the Prophet, and three thousand angels stand there. Ready.
Now, does it say choose one of the two groups, whichever you want? Or does Allah, who brought the angels there to help the Muslim army that stands ready with angels, want the disbelievers' army to be destroyed?
These are the words Zionism misled people into writing.
It was Al-Anfal seven, right? Yes. The other is Surah Saba, twenty.
Saba.
Twenty.
Indeed Iblis found his assumption about them true, it says. All but the believers followed him.
Now why did Allah Almighty give Satan life until the Day of Judgment? Let's say this first.
There would be prophets calling people to the truth, and people fulfilling Allah's commands. But for those who deny Allah, there would also be someone to show them the way. That is Satan. What does Satan say? I will get in front of Your servants who come to You. I will lead astray Your servants who come to You. Allah Almighty said: if My servants follow you, take them all, I've given them to you, He says. For My servant who is My servant and knows Me, Satan's temptation is of no account, He says. Now here, in verse 21, look what it says: Yet Satan had no power over them at all. Only so that those who believe in the hereafter and those in doubt would be separated from each other was Satan given the chance he wanted.
That's what I just said. And this is verse twenty-one.
Your Lord truly knows all things, it says. So ask about the places in the verses you can't understand, and we'll explain them to you.
Yes.
As-salamu alaykum. The Prophet said: Protect yourselves from Hell, even if by giving half a date in charity. This is from Ebu 34: "I respectfully kiss your blessed hands," he says. This is not a hadith. "Protect yourselves from Hell even if by giving half a date in charity," it says. Why is it not a hadith? Who will tell you here? I'll tell you from a verse. It's not a hadith; disbelievers also give in charity, they also give. But in a verse Allah Almighty says: We set up no scale for them. All their good deeds have gone to waste, He says.
They take the words incompletely. And taking them incompletely, they spread it to the public like this.
And people like it, too. They don't understand these things. In this, the disbeliever puts his god on the scale. And it pushes the verse aside,
the verse: All the good deeds they did have gone to waste. We set up no scale, no balance for them, says Allah Almighty.
Every word that contradicts a verse, every word taken as part of a passage, spread to the public and called a hadith, is not a hadith as long as it has no counterpart in a verse. Let me also say this. Even if a hadith is a hundred words, if a single letter among them gives a ruling outside the verses, it is not a hadith. A hadith is entirely the counterpart of verses.
Because the Prophet (peace be upon him) says: By the One in whose power my soul is, I swear, write down every word that comes from my mouth. These are entirely the counterparts of the verses. Yes.
Bayramı says: as-salamu alaykum, sir.
My question is a hadith question. The Prophet said: Ask whatever you like. Whoever does not act gently is deprived of all good. No. This is not a hadith either.
Now, the one who doesn't act gently wants to be treated gently up to here. The verses: Had you not forgiven them, had you not spoken kindly, today you would find no one at your side, it says. They twist this here. Now they twist that verse here. What does it say? He is deprived of all good. If you don't act gently, it throws you into the middle of Hell. Deprived of all good. Come on, can such a thing be a hadith? Then it says Muslim, it says Bukhari, it says so-and-so, and so on. Ask about hadith, ask about fiqh, ask about the inner truth, ask about kalam, ask about spiritual states, ask about language, ask, for heaven's sake, ask, and from your questions let people benefit too. No one will open such a door to you.
And what you asked, wait, let me even explain it to you, no... is there another one, let me see then. Abu Hurairah narrates: The Prophet said: Surely Allah will send to this community, at the start of every hundred years, people who will renew its religion. Abu Dawud and Lahmi. This hadith... He asks, can you explain this hadith? Let's explain the hadith. This hadith... For a hadith, a hadith... a hadith that is not a hadith, it's not that... Allah Almighty, after the Prophet (peace be upon him), will not send another prophet until the Day of Judgment, because prophethood has ended. The Seal of the Prophets, the Messenger of Allah is the last prophet, the prophet of the end times.
Well, what will happen then? Passed from mouth to mouth, religion will turn into superstition. Every hundred years a mujtahid,
a scholar, is an heir of the Prophet raised by our Lord Himself.
He opens up and explains religion according to the time. Every two hundred years He sends the Qutb al-Aqtab. He removes falsehoods from religion, falsehoods. The words passed from mouth to mouth, which Zionism prepared on top of both, and which it calls the essence of the Quran: they put their own understandings into the Quran as translation. They can't tamper with the verses. Allah is their guardian.
In this case, Allah Almighty, until the Day of Judgement, to maintain His religion, sends a mujtahid every 100 years and a Qutb al-Aqtab every 200 years.
Allah Almighty Himself raises them with His knowledge. Just as we said at the start: To whom We give knowledge, We give wisdom. What is wisdom? The capacity to understand the meaning of a verse, to see, when one letter of a word changes, that it has left that verse or left the hadith. Yes. These are heirs of the Prophet. They are not prophets, God forbid. Heirs of the Prophet.
The Qutb al-Aqtab has risen to the seventh state of the nafs, a person aware of the secret of secrets. He is the person meant by this verse of Allah Almighty: When We created these worlds, We did not take Satan and his companions as witnesses, that person. Yes, if you won't look at me with other eyes, I am of those who witness that secret. The Qutb al-Azam also says this: The scholars and angels bear witness that there is no god besides Allah, none at all. I too am among the witnesses. Yes.
If you have more to ask, ask. Guest, guest, if you understood, you understood; if not, ask more. Guest... is it one? Let's see, let's go in here, let's see it.
Yes sir, yes sir. Here... This one? No sir, below. These came later. This one. Look, below there are questions. Al-Isra 21, let's look at Al-Isra 21. Al-Isra 21, 21. Wrongly he opened it, but let's read the correct one: See how some people are above others. And surely the hereafter is greater in ranks and in degrees of superiority. This is the correct rendering. Now let's read the wrong one: See how We have made some people superior to others, it says. As we said, according to Zionism they have the claim of innocence, people superior to one another. Not those Allah made superior, or superior in Allah's hand, but superiority among themselves.
Those who boast of lineage. To the point of counting the people in graves. Those who count their ancestry. Now this is rendered wrongly. Allah did not make anyone superior to anyone else. When He created them in the realm of Lahut, He created them all equal. Then when He said "I am your Lord", people there were divided into three classes by whether they knew Allah or not. Those of the right, those of the left, and the near ones. Surah Al-Waqi'ah, verses 7, 8, 9, 10: if you read them, you will find these there. Yes.
Now: surely the hereafter is greater in degrees of superiority.
Superiority is not by Allah's creating, that is, we'll say not by His choosing, not by His choosing. Because Allah does no injustice among His creatures. Whoever knew Allah, whoever said to Him "You are my Lord", said "the One who brought me into being from nothing is my owner", this person is superior to the one who doesn't believe in Allah and waits for the lord of his own imagination. Because there is attaining Allah Almighty's promise of mercy. and there is falling into His punishment. the pleasure and joy of the person who attains His mercy, and in delight and beauty, higher in Allah's sight?
Or are those living in the punishment where, He says, they neither live nor die, superior to the one who enters Paradise? So superiority is people embracing their Owner by their own will, obeying their Lord. That is superiority, and that is the person exalted in Allah's sight. Otherwise Allah doesn't exalt anyone, because all are Allah's servants. As we said earlier, all people, idolaters and non-idolaters, religious and irreligious, all are servants created by Allah. Among all of them, we said, there is no difference. The difference is only in knowing Allah or not. The difference is in reciting the testimony of faith or not.
One who recited the testimony of faith and went to the hereafter that way, even as a sinner, suffers his punishment in Hell. He suffers punishment as much as his sins, and yet fire is forbidden to him. Because he has the light of faith.
In Surah Al Imran, verse 131, He says:
Do not head toward the fire prepared for the disbelievers. Those who go as sinners with the light of faith will surely go to Paradise one day.
But those who go as non-Muslims, denying Allah, will remain in eternal Hell, in punishment. I'm not saying this, our Lord is saying it. What our Lord says: if we are Muslims, every Muslim explaining the verses like this in his own understanding is exactly the counterpart of the verse "enjoin what is right". Yes. If we are Muslims, we must talk about Allah's commands. We must talk about His verses.
In Allah's sight, in this worldly realm, rank has no value. Position has no value. Money has no value. Fame and glory have no value. There is only one value: knowing Allah or not, binding your heart to Allah. Anything else? Hodja, let me ask something. Go ahead, Hodja. When a Muslim enters Hell, since the Muslim has the light of faith, do you send the fire to where the light of faith is? Or do you send the light of faith to where the fire is? Say there is a furnace burning somewhere. And you are on this side. In prison. The prison is separate, you serve your sentence; the place of the fire is separate.
This is in a figurative sense. That is, the fire will call out to Allah Almighty like this. Look, we're saying it's a figurative sense. This servant's light of faith is putting me out. Take him away from me, it says. And this is the counterpart of this verse. Figurative sense. Whenever the fires die down and lessen, He says, We will rekindle their fire with people and stones.
He says that of the people of Hell.
Yes.
Hodja, could you explain Al-Isra, verse 21, to us? May Allah be pleased with you. Did we come to the example? We read it. What did we say? We read it, but it's gone. We'll read it from what we have.
Its world is different. This one's world is different. Now we went from this world into that world. Now we'll cross from that world back to this one. Yes.
We said: it says how We made people superior to one another, right? But it also said: it is greater in degrees and superiority. Whom We made superior to whom; surely the hereafter is greater in degrees and superiority, it says. Yes. If your words to one another are kinder, if you are together, if you do what they say, you will go to Paradise. Because the fire of Hell, they say, will not touch us more than three days, it says. If so, He says, then wish for death. Look and see whether you'll go to Paradise or to Hell. That is, everyone is waiting their turn. Now let's read the correct one.
How are some people above others? Where is this superiority? Superiority is, in Surah Al-A'raf, verse 172, when making the covenant with Allah, degree by degree, the superiority of their love for Allah, love, the superiority of affection. The nafs al-ammara loves Allah one way. The nafs al-lawwama loves Allah another way. The nafs al-mulhima loves Allah another way. The nafs al-mutmainna loves Allah another way; it becomes aware of divine manifestations and takes on the quality of a believer. The nafs al-radiya loves Allah another way. This time it is knowledge through the realm of the heart. The nafs al-radiya loves Allah another way.
Together with the knowledge of the Qutb al-Azam, through reflection on Allah of the Qutb al-Azam. Knowing Allah's love in the nafs al-safiya is different again. The creation of the universe, Allah Almighty bringing into being from nothing, showing him part of what He created of some creatures, one plunged into an ocean of the world's grandeur. His love is different. These loves in this heart are almost bursting out. That is what He calls olive oil: its oil, even untouched by fire, would almost glow, He says.
When you are worthy of that love, when you sit at this center, there is no world. There is nothing. An empty mind, empty pages, the empty pages of a book. Whatever you're asked, that world comes to you, you describe that world, and you find peace, you find zeal, if you're tired it goes away, if you're troubled it disappears. You live a world within the world. So, superiority, degree, all of it: in Surah Al-A'raf, verse 172, when making the covenant with Allah Almighty, it is the counterpart of one's love and affection for Him, degree by degree. Allah does not rank anyone arbitrarily by His own knowledge.
It is according to the person's love. Yes.
Everyone's love is different anyway. Degree by degree. Everyone's knowledge and understanding is different. Because Allah Almighty gives, let's say, a person in the nafs al-radiya the thirtieth meaning of a verse. To the one in the nafs al-mardiya He gives the sixtieth meaning. To the one in the nafs al-safiya He gives the seventieth meaning. Isn't he higher then?
Degree by degree.
There is one person in the safiya. In the mardiya there is also one person. One is a Qutb al-Aqtab. The other is also a Qutb al-Aqtab. Every two hundred years, one, one. There aren't two or three.
Yes.
To deceased saints and prophets, al-Falaq, an-Nas and Ayat al-Kursi be recited and sent to saints and prophets who have passed away? May Allah be pleased with you. Why shouldn't they be sent? Whatever you recite, recite it for their soul. That's even better. They have become the sultans of this realm. All the famous sultans are gone, kings are gone, not one of them is remembered. But they are Allah's sultans, the friends of Allah, the saints. I've learned. If you like, recite only Al-Ikhlas. Recite it, of course it reaches them. Until the Day of Judgment, since they love Allah's friends for Allah's sake through Allah's verses, and since they too love Allah, because they love Allah, a verse recited for them is surely conveyed to their soul.
My question is a hadith question. The Prophet used to pray like this: O Allah, just as You have set East and West far apart, keep me far from falling into error.
Allah Almighty did not set East and West apart. He moved the Quraysh tribe's nearness to Damascus farther away. When, instead of praying "open the way between us", out of envy toward one another, they said "put distance between us", He put that place farther away. Otherwise this would contradict the following. Just as You set East and West far apart... yet of the mother of cities, Mecca, He says all are around the mother, nothing is far, according to the verse. There is a word error here, as I said earlier. Otherwise, if Allah Almighty, when it says "just as You set East and West far apart", then those in the east or west would say: You kept me far away from there, I couldn't understand, couldn't hear. They didn't bring it to me, didn't tell me, they'd say.
For Allah nothing is far. If Mecca is the mother of cities, all are near to it. So here there is either a slip of the tongue or a deliberate word.
If that comes out, the rest is correct.
Because the words are the Prophet's words: My Lord educated me, and educated me well, he says. My Lord taught me, and taught me well. He raised him. But see, in a verse of the Quran it says, God forbid, they don't say Allah. They say Gabriel taught him. They say Gabriel taught the Prophet. God forbid. They say the verse this way too.
Yes, Bayramı, come on. Guest, Abu Hurayra, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: When one of you fights with his brother, let him avoid striking the face. Bukhari, Muslim. Now, actually there is no fighting in Islam. But if he loses his temper and goes to strike, then there is retaliation (qisas). Qisas. What does it say? A nose for a nose. An eye for an eye. A tooth for a tooth. Do you understand? If people here go to strike one another, don't strike the face. Why? It is adorned with the form of the Essence. Allah Almighty gave man of His forms. Hodja, you once said you can't liken Allah Almighty to a creature.
Now you say He gave of His forms. Yes, I explained this to you before. Let me explain it to you again. For as many people as Allah Almighty was to create, He gave each a form from His own forms. It is the form of the Essence.
From the Mawlid of the Prophet, Suleyman Chelebi's Mawlid, let me quote a part. I made My essence a mirror to your essence, He says. That is, I created you to see My essence in your essence. These are the forms of the Essence. How many did He create? 40 billion, 50 billion. Whatever. For each person He was to create, He separated this from His essence. What He created became a creature. Never again will Allah Almighty appear to people in those forms, so that people say: look, I likened Him to Ahmet, I saw my Lord, I likened Him to Mehmet. No, they can't liken Him. His own forms are separate; He has now separated His forms from you. That's why He says don't strike him, don't strike his face. It is from the forms of the Essence.
Yes. Guest, guest, if there is a part here you couldn't understand, you can tell me again. Yes, sir. is this also a hadith supporting the breathing of the spirit into Adam? I told the summary I already explained the same thing to you anyway. Yes. It's eight o'clock, and I'm tired too, I've grown old now. I'm almost finishing 88, I'll turn 89 of course in a month or two. Sir, thanks be to Allah, we can still get ourselves around. Stay well, may Allah keep you. Good questions, hadiths, whatever you have, come and ask me. For the sake of Allah Almighty, al-Fatiha.
