Translation

With the exception of their wives and the ones under their hands (such as female captives). (For these) they will not be scolded (for intimacy).

Tafsir

Believers are not subjected to any punishment for having intercourse with their wives and concubines whom Allah has made lawful. Allah (swt) has made it lawful for people to sleep with their wives under their marriage. It is also permissible for them to have sex with those they have at their disposal who are in need of care and who are orphans and destitute. The meaning of those they have at their disposal is those who have them and protect their rights. It is also permissible for them to sleep with the concubines they have. Allah has made them lawful for people. But if he pawned his concubine to another person and promised her, he cannot sleep with her anymore.

Allah is the All-Knowing and the One who shows people the truth. By addressing people with His Verses, Allah wants people to attain guidance.

What is said in the video

We left off at verse 6 of Surah Al-Mu'minun, it says.

Except for their wives and the slave women their hands possess, they are not blamed for these relations, it says. Allah Almighty makes known His Sharia ruling here. He tells us what is lawful and what is unlawful. What does it say? Except for their wives and the slave women their hands possess. Slave women. As you know, slave women are people taken captive in war. He himself may have relations with them, it says, as lawful. In fact, these slave women, aiming to have a child by their owners, make an effort. If she has a child, she goes from slave woman to being among his own wives.

In this case, since they act lawfully, by the command of Allah Almighty, they are not blamed. Because these are our Lord's verses. He, as far as He permits us, what we may have contact with, Ali Osman says: May Allah be pleased with you. So he has learned. Yes. So our Lord makes His Sharia rulings known to us through the verses. Believers, for having relations with their wives whom Allah has made lawful and with the slave women under their hands, are not subjected to any penal sanction. But this penal sanction is not like the punishment of those who commit crimes in this world. What is the penal sanction for committing an offense in the sight of Allah Almighty?

A sin is written against us. A sin. The penal sanction here describes whether a sin is written against us or not. For people to sleep with their wives under their marriage contract, Allah Almighty has made lawful. And besides, with those from among the needy, the lonely and the helpless whom they keep under their hands, there is no harm in their sleeping. People he has taken under his, under his protection. As for the meaning of 'those under their hands': the unmarried who cannot marry, singles, to single people, it says, with those you have under your hands, marry them off, it says. A verse.

The meaning of 'those under their hands' is: those who own them and protect their rights, that is the meaning. That is, those who protect those people's rights. Besides, there is no harm in their sleeping with the slave women under their hands. Allah has made these lawful for people. But if he has reserved and promised the slave woman under his hand to someone else, he can no longer sleep with that slave woman. He has divorced her. Allah is the One who knows everything truly and shows people what is right. Addressing people through His verses, Allah wants people to attain guidance. Yes.
