Translation

(The Prophet) said; “Oh My Dear Lord! Help me against their denial.”

Tafsir

The Prophet of this people was not pleased with the Prophethood that Allah (swt) had given to him, and he was not pleased that this Prophethood should be denied. In order to show them the superiority of truth over falsehood and that Allah is the Truth, that Prophet said: "My Lord! Help me against their denying me. Can a Prophet ask Allah for help and Allah leave His Prophet without help? However, Allah has promised to help His Prophets according to the Verse (Who is as faithful to His word as Allah). Even the miracles shown by the Prophets are a help to their Prophets.

It is against this people, a people of disbelievers and wrongdoers, that their Prophets seek help from Allah (swt).

What is said in the video

We have come to Surah Al-Mu'minun, Al-Mu'minun Surah, verse 39. That prophet said: My Lord, in return for their calling me a liar, help me, it says. Their prophet, against his people's denial, Allah Almighty (?). It is said that these peoples were the people of Salih or the people of 'Ad, the people of Hud. The people of Salih or the people of Hud. Yes. The prophet of this people: the attribute of prophethood in him, which Allah Almighty had given him, his heart could not consent to this attribute being denied. Indeed. Allah Almighty, the absolute Ruler and Owner of the worlds, charges a servant of His to make the Lord known to His servants; He gives him this duty.

However much the person fulfils this duty, when his people object to it, his heart cannot accept it. So then he makes his situation known to Allah Almighty. What does he say? My Lord, they have called me a liar. Help me. He has no other recourse. Because he has no one behind him. Behind him there is Allah alone. Yes. What does it say? The prophet of this people, the one in whom, that is, the one with the prophetic duty: the attribute of prophethood that Allah Almighty had given him, his heart did not consent to this attribute being denied. To make known to them the superiority of truth over falsehood and that Allah is the Truth, that prophet said: My Lord, against their calling me a liar, help me. A prophet would ask Allah for help. Would Allah leave His prophet without help?

One really needs to pay close attention here.

Destinies have been written. When a prophet, or else a person, normally makes a supplication to Allah Almighty, its time and moment has come. At that time and moment, it is brought to the person's mind. Events arise. The person sincerely asks for it. Now, the person may err in this asking. That is, he may be carried away by feelings of the nafs. In that case, those things that are not for the person's good are not given to him in the world, but are given in the Hereafter. But when a prophet tells Him the truth, Allah Almighty already knows that this prophet would speak this way. Since that people is to be destroyed, the prophet's taking refuge in Allah means that people's destruction. Yes.

Noah says the same, doesn't he: they did not believe me, he says. Yes. And thereupon Allah Almighty (?) the face of the earth. Would a prophet ask Allah for help and Allah leave His prophet without help? Yet Allah Almighty, according to the verse 'Who is more faithful to his word than Allah?', Allah Almighty has promised that He will help His prophets. Yes.

The miracles that the prophets showed: even the miracles are help to the prophets, to His prophets. No human, no prophet can himself create a miracle; that is not possible. Miracles, by Allah, that those people are in the right, that is, they leaned their backs on Allah, and what they asked of Allah: Allah Almighty brings forth things beyond human power and thereby confirms His prophets. That is, Allah Almighty shows miracles. We say that even the miracles the prophets showed are help to His prophets. So, against this people, this community of deniers and wrongdoers, their prophets ask Allah Almighty for help.
