Those who commit a sin, it is only against their own-selves (nafs/ego). Allah is All-Knowing (Aleem) and All-Wise (Hakeem).
Tafsir
(Whoever earns a sin earns it only against himself) and no one is held responsible for the sins and deeds of anyone else. Because everyone's will is given to himself. An iota of good is written down as well as an iota of evil, and no one is held responsible for anyone else. Everyone will pay for what they have done.
(Allah is All-Knowing) Allah says, "We made a covenant with you (in Kalu Bela) so that you would not say, 'We did not know about this. Allah, who has written our covenant for us as our destiny, is surely the All-Knowing of all His creation.
Allah is the owner of great wisdom. Because He knows the secrets of the beings He has created, He knows what will happen where and how in accordance with their duties, and He is the one who creates what is needed in these worlds accordingly. Allah does not create anything empty and His creations are complementary to each other. The secret and wisdom of its creation is in Allah.
What is said in the video
Verse 111 of Surah An-Nisa. We continue. Whoever earns a sin earns it only against himself. Allah is All-Knowing, Possessor of great wisdom. Whoever earns a sin — no one is responsible for anyone else. Fe men ya' mel miskâle zerretin hayran yerah. The atom's weight of good you have done, within the deeds you have carried out, will be written to your own soul. It will be written to you. Ve men ya'mel miskâle zerretin şerran yerah. And whoever an atom's weight of a — Ve men ya'mel miskâle zerretin hayran yerah. And whoever does an atom's weight of good, that too will be written in the person's own favour, as capital, as capital for the hereafter.
So, in this case, no one is responsible for anyone else. With the deeds they carry out, no one is responsible for anyone else.
Yes, back in the barzakh of pre-eternity, everyone's wishes, desires and intentions were written for them as destiny. But the responsibility is enjoining the good. If we cannot repel the wicked with our hands, if we cannot with our tongues either, we must detest them in our hearts. Yes. In this case, if no one is responsible for anyone else, if each is responsible himself for the deeds he has done, then he himself personally, the matter of good deeds and sins also belongs to that person himself.
That is what Allah Almighty says too. Whoever earns a sin earns it only against himself. Against himself. Allah is All-Knowing, Possessor of wisdom. Well of course Allah will know everything. How will He know everything? Whatever He has created, from the atom to the globe, of these particles, in their atoms, those molecules, that is, the neutrons and protons, and further inside still, the state of all the things He created He knows fully. Until the Last Day, He says, there is not a single living being to come whose deeds We would not know. In this case Allah is All-Knowing, that is, He knows how He created as He created, He knows, being acquainted with the secret of creation; because He knows this secret, it is with Him anyway, that secret is with Him, and that secret of creation He has in no way made known to people.
In this case, such beings He created — of course, since Allah is the Creator, He will know. Our Lord will know.
He is the Possessor of great wisdom, it says. He Himself knows what He created and why. He created 17,000 worlds. What did He create and why? When He makes known to people some of the secrets of what He created and why, even if only partially, we call that person a scholar. That is why He says, 'To whom We give knowledge, We give wisdom' — wisdom. A part of it, a part of knowledge — with the wisdoms of knowledge that person, that person too perceives the verses and, asking why our Lord said it this way, becomes acquainted with its secret. That is all. Yes.
Whoever earns a sin earns it only against himself. No one is held responsible for anyone else's sins or deeds. Because everyone has been given his own will. Partial free will. Just as the atom's weight of good people do is written, the atom's weight of evil is written too. And no one is held responsible for anyone else; everyone will find the recompense of what he did. That is as much as we have written here. These are, in general, the essence of the words we explain. We had said one more thing. Every sentence I have read, the sentences, correspond to verses. Here the whole book I have read is like that.
There is no sentence that does not correspond to verses. (?) Whoever earns a sin earns it only against himself. That is a verse anyway. For anyone else's sins, for their deeds, no one is held responsible. A verse. What kind of verse? 'Today', it says. That day. At that Supreme Court. What each has earned is the recompense of his own two hands, it says. No one is to be wronged, (?). What each has earned will be given to him in full, it says. So no one is responsible for anyone else. Look, a verse. I will open up the verses sentence by sentence. I will both read and open up the verses for you. No sentence is outside the verses.
If there is another commentary like this, tell me too. Let us read it. Let us learn. Because everyone has been given his own will. That is partial free will. Allah Almighty left everyone free in his own will too. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Ve iz ehaze Rabbüke min benî Âdeme min zuhûrihim zürriyyetehüm ve eşhedehüm alâ enfüsihim elestü bi Rabbiküm. In verse 172 of Surah Al-A'raf: 'We made a covenant with the offspring of the children of Adam, those to be (?). And We said, We are your Lord,' He says. He left everyone free in his own will. He wrote their wishes and desires, their intentions, for them as destiny.
So, through the deeds everyone carries out in proportion to his own wishes and desires, they receive reward and sin. If Allah Almighty were to take a person's will away from that person and use His own will through that person, then Allah would be given attributes. What would He ask of that person? He Himself made him do it. All counterparts of verses. (?) one or two verses, these. All counterparts of the verses. We continue now. Just as the atom's weight of good people do is written, the atom's weight of evil is written too, and no one is held responsible for anyone else. Ve men ya'mel miskâle zerretin hayran yerah, ve men ya'mel miskâle zerretin şerran yerah. What does it say? Ve men ya'mel miskâle zerretin hayran yerah.
'I will write the atom's weight of good you have done.' Ve men ya'mel miskâle zerretin şerran yerah. 'I will write the atom's weight of evil too,' say the verses. Now we come to: Everyone will find the recompense of what he did. What you have earned is the recompense of your two hands, it says. The verses are all written in spoken language. From beginning to end the verses are all like this. That is, what is explained is like this.
If there is in the world a book written sentence by sentence corresponding to verses like this, tell me too, so we can read it and learn. Allah is All-Knowing. That is a verse anyway. Allah Almighty with the people He created — kalû belâ — so that you would not say 'we knew nothing of this'. Verses. 'We made a covenant with you,' He declares. Yes. The verse I read just now. Allah, who made our covenant our destiny, of course knows all His creatures truly. He is the Creator and the Knower. What does He say? Until the Last Day there are no (?) of whom We would not know what they will not do, He says. Verses. Allah is the Possessor of great wisdom, He says.
Here. Because, being acquainted with the secret of the beings He created, knowing as their duties require what will be where and how, He is the one who accordingly creates what these worlds, these worlds need. Possessor of wisdom. That is precisely what wisdom is. We are explaining wisdom here. What is wisdom? This is the meaning of wisdom. Allah does not create anything in vain. He does not create anything in vain. If He says of the Beloved of the Almighty, the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad (peace be upon him), that he does not speak idly, then He does not create anything in vain. Allah Almighty is free of deficient attributes.
Counterparts of the verses. Yes. And His creatures have been created to complement one another. Allah Almighty created the 17,000 worlds in a (?) way. The secret and wisdom of their creation — Allah knows best. Wisdom, indeed. We have opened up a little of wisdom to people here. We have also stated its meaning here. Yes. All are counterparts of the verses. In spoken language.
Read these.
