Translation

All things in the heavens and the earth belong to Allah. Allah is sufficient enough as a protector (over people).

Tafsir

Allah (swt) says three times in succession, "All that is in the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah". By awakening people from heedlessness with his verses,

1- That there is no other God but Allah,

2- That He alone has the right of disposal over His creations,

3- He emphasizes that He has the power and strength and knowledge to create out of nothing, that He is generous and rich in His creations, and that He does not need anything. In the meantime, He gives people time to reflect and recites His Verses so that they may return to Allah, realizing the existence of His Essence with their intellect.

These three qualities are qualities that can only be found in the Creator. Clearly, then, Allah makes it clear to every intelligent person through His Verses that He is the Creator, eternal and everlasting, and that He alone is worthy of worship and praise, and that there is no other Deity besides Him.

Therefore, by introducing His existence to human beings in this way, Allah, who is so great and unique, declares that He is not ignorant and unaware of His creatures, that He encompasses all His creatures with His knowledge, that He is aware of His creatures, from the mote to the sphere, and that He informs them of their conditions. Only such a Creator is a watcher over His creatures. If there is such a Creator, He is Allah. And He is sufficient as a trustee for His creation in the universe.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Nisa, verse 132: Whatever is in the heavens and on earth belongs to Allah. Amen. Because there is no god other than Allah. He is the Creator. Because He is the Creator, because He brings into being from nothing, from the atom to the globe, whatever exists is Allah's creation. In this case the heavens and the earth and what is between them belong to Allah. That is what He says in His verse too. Every soul will taste death. The inheritance of the heavens and the earth will remain to Allah, He says. And the inheritance is His. Whatever there is, is His. The dominion is His too. The wealth is His. The dominion is Allah's.

How beautiful. Lâ ilâhe illallahu vahdehû lâ şerîke leh, lehü'l-mülkü ve lehü'l-hamdü ve hüve alâ külli şey'in kadîr. There is no god other than Allah. He has no partner either. In His dominion, praise belongs to Allah alone. Because He is the Owner of all beings. He is the Owner of all He created. For this reason praise and glorification belong to Allah alone.

Allah suffices as a Guardian, He says. Guardian. Whatever is in the heavens and on earth belongs to Allah. Allah suffices as a Guardian. What do we say? Hasbünallahu ve ni'me'l-vekîl, ni'me'l-mevlâ ve ni'me'n-nasîr. What a fine (?), what a fine (?), what a fine friend He is. Whatever people rely on, since their (?) are uncertain, the places they rely on (?). But if they rely and lean on Allah, the handhold they are bound to is very firm. Yes. Because they have bound themselves to Allah.

Allah Almighty (?) declares that whatever is in the heavens and on earth belongs to Allah, awakening people from heedlessness with His verses, from heedlessness. One, that there is no other god besides Allah. Two, that He alone has the right of disposal over what He created, He does as He wills. This is Allah. The right to will is His. Yes. Three, that He has the power, might and knowledge to bring into being from nothing, that He is self-sufficient and rich beyond His creation, that He needs nothing, it emphasizes. What does it say? Whatever is in the heavens and on earth belongs to Allah. And Allah suffices as a Guardian.

He repeats these verses three times in a row.

Meanwhile, giving people time to think well, so that by their reason they realize His existence and return to Allah, Allah Almighty has His verses recited.

With His verses to people.

When He makes His verses known to people. He does not say, do this right now, at once. And if we think about it, even in childhood, until we reach the age of reason, from our mother, our father, those around us, we learn of Allah's existence, of the existence of the religion of Islam, we become aware. Here he is saying something. What is he saying here? I don't know if we're on air. Tim Weaver, Hodja. All right, my Hodja. All right? An ad for Tim Weaver has come up. It's Tim Weaver's ad, Hodja. You know Tim Weaver, that came up. He's advertising, that is.

So it emphasizes that there is no other god besides Allah, that He alone has the right of disposal over what He created, that He has the power and might to bring into being from nothing, and the knowledge, that He is self-sufficient and rich beyond His creation, that He needs nothing. These three traits exist only in the Creator, only in Allah. Among Allah's traits. Of course we cannot measure this with three, but these are its main points. Having all the power to bring into being from nothing, furnishing the universe with His knowledge, having the right of disposal over all He created. These belong to Allah alone.

Yes.

What did we say? When Allah Almighty sends His verses to people, He does not say, carry this out at once. What does He say? Even as children, until we reach the age of reason, we hear of the religion of Islam. From those around us, from our mother, our father, from prayer and supplication, from here and there. Even people living outside the religion of Islam, in the lands of non-Muslims, in time hear of Islam. And to prove what kind of person he is, he either turns to the religion of Islam, or even lives outside the religion of Islam with his own feelings of the nafs. A slave to Satan, making a god of his own nafs, he turns his back on Allah.

He too proves himself this way. In this case Allah Almighty gives people time to return to Him. Time. If within this time a person returns to Allah, since Allah loves His servants very much, He grants them remorse for what they did, that is, He forgives people their sins, pardons them. Yes. Such a sovereign, such a sovereign abundant in pardon, so generous in forgiving His servants, I mean, with feelings that seek excuses to forgive His servants, forgiving them: this belongs to Allah, exalted in glory. When we have such an Owner, such a Lord, when we have such an Allah, such a God, would a person turn to something else?

Would this person follow the taghut? Would he step outside the verses?

That is, a person who will use his reason, if he is truly human; for what does Allah Almighty say in His verse? They are like four-legged beasts that roam the earth, even (?) more astray. They are human in form, human in form, but in nature in a state lower than creatures, lower than four-legged beasts. That is why, if a person uses his reason, for Allah Almighty addresses reason: will you not use your reason? Do you never reflect? So a person who reflects and uses his reason behaves in ways befitting the world of humanity, befitting humanity, befitting his dignity, in his acts and conduct. Because man comes from (?), capable.

From where does Allah give man capability? He gives it because He gave from His spirit. That is why man is the noblest of creatures in the universe, the most (?). Because he is capable. Because he possesses a part of his Lord, man is truly very noble. But if he does not know his place, those feelings of honour turn into abasement, and he becomes like those flies swarming on a piece of rotten meat. That is why these, these, in form, as I said a moment ago, are human in shape, but in nature are lower than animals. So, since Allah Almighty created man among the forgetful, people sin knowingly or unknowingly.

People are not free of sin, of committing sin, anyway. Because their reason was created deficient. In this case a person also sins in (?). Either knowingly or unknowingly. But He says, if they repent promptly, We accept the repentance of those who repent promptly. Yes.

We can open this up a little. He says, We accept the repentance of the one who repents promptly.

That is, Allah forbid, I committed a sin. A month, two months later I set out to repent. Will my repentance not be accepted? The 'promptly' has passed. It has passed since he did it. The meaning of this 'promptly' is this. Listen to this well. That is, so that, like other people, they don't say, Allah said promptly, your repentance will not be accepted, I mean. 'Promptly': if a thousand years here are like one day of the hereafter, if a person lives here, in a life of 60 to 70 years, a life like an hour and a half, then until the soul reaches the throat, before the world of the hereafter is seen, before the door of repentance closes, the repentance a person has made, Allah Almighty accepts.

What does He say? I am At-Tawwab, the One who accepts repentance abundantly. Look, the One who accepts repentance abundantly. So, according to many verses, do not misunderstand this verse 'promptly' and say, alas, I could not, I mean, repent promptly. My sins have piled on my back and Allah will not forgive me. My repentance is of no use any more; never fall into despair saying this. Wherever it occurred to you, wherever you came to your senses, wherever Allah's mercy touched you, repent at once. Surely Allah is At-Tawwab. He accepts repentance abundantly.

Yes. We return to our lesson.

We say these three traits are traits found only in the Creator. In this case Allah clearly makes known to every person of reason with His verses that He is the Creator, that He is everlasting from pre-eternity to eternity, that there is no god other than Him, that He alone is worthy of worship and praise. Clearly. Whatever is in the heavens and on earth belongs to Allah. Allah suffices as a Guardian. Don't say 'I', it is Allah's; that is, yes, He created you. That spirit of yours is a part of Him; if He were not your Owner, if He did not have over you the attribute Eleysallahu bi-ahkemi'l-hâkimîn, Judge of judges, you would have been created by another god, Allah Almighty's right of disposal over you would be removed, you would belong to such a god.

Since there is no such god, then Allah, who is our Owner, will call us to account. Account will be demanded. Yes.

What do we say? In this case Allah, that He is the Creator, everlasting from pre-eternity to eternity, that besides Him there is no other god, that He alone is worthy of worship and praise, clearly makes known with His verses to every person of reason. So Allah, who is (?), by making His existence known to people in this way, that Allah is not heedless and unaware of His creatures, for, according to this verse, this sentence, until the Day of Judgement there is not a single atom that We do not know what it will not do, says our Lord. that Allah is not heedless and unaware of His creatures, that He has His creatures with His knowledge encompassed, that He is aware of His creatures from the atom to the globe and (?) their states, He makes known. But such a Creator watches over His creatures.

Yes. Apart from Him, there is not a single atom He does not see. So He is the Watcher. Over what people do, what creatures do, what people do too, he himself, those around him and Allah are witnesses. Yes. So if there is such a Creator, that is Allah. And He suffices as a Guardian over what He created in the universe. Guardian. That is, as Owner. If you turn to Him, of course. If you turn to Allah. If you surrender to Him.

One must put one's trust in Allah. Yes.
