Oh mankind! If Allah would desire, Allah could remove you and bring others. Allah is capable of this.

Tafsir

O people! According to the above verse, Allah, who is all-powerful and who created out of nothing, can, if He so wills, cause these living people to die, destroy them, replace them with other tribes, and bring new creations to replace the ones He destroyed. He informs us of examples of this in some verses in the Holy Qur'an. For example, Allah, who proved His omnipotence with His Verses by destroying the people of Lot with a sound, by destroying the people of Ad, by changing the forms of some tribes into monkeys, addressed the people: O people! Be wise, submit to Allah's command, and when you are disappointed on the Day of Judgment, He informs you that it is not possible to come back to this world, and that regret will be useless in the Hereafter. Allah (swt) could destroy people in an instant if He wanted to. So remember that you are under the mercy of Allah (swt) and no power or might can stand against Allah (swt). So submit to Him and obey Him.

The reason why Allah (swt) constantly warns people in this way is that by sending people to the realm of property, by introducing Allah (swt) fully to people in the unseen realm of the world, no human being will be able to ask any question to Allah (swt), who is the only One who is free from any imperfect attributes. He has completed His mission on human beings by revealing to them all the questions that come to their minds in the Holy Qur'an with His verses. In this case, He has placed the responsibility on human beings. In this context, Allah, who created human beings incomplete in mind, constantly warns them that there is no sin that He will not forgive if they turn to Him for forgiveness for the mistakes they have made, asking for forgiveness from Allah.

What is said in the video

Verse 133 of Surah An-Nisa, verse 133: O people! If Allah wills, He sends you into nonexistence and brings others. Allah has power over this. Did He not do it? He did. The people of Lot, the people of Noah, the people of Ad of Salih — He plunged them all into nonexistence, destroyed them. In their place He brought new generations.

So, the heavens and the earth, and what is between the two — their ownership belongs to Allah. When this is said, right after it comes: if He wills, He destroys you, sends you into nonexistence and brings others in our place. Allah has power over this. He has power over everything anyway.

O people! According to the verse above, Allah, who has power over everything, who creates from nothing, if He wills, gives these living ones a death and destroys them. Bringing other peoples instead, in the place of those He destroyed, His new creations He brings and settles. Yes. And a verse that (?) this verse reads like this.

We, He says — although only a little time had passed since the peoples We destroyed, how they followed the ways of their forefathers. How, He says, they resembled one another in thought, in mind. He destroyed them, and brought others again in their place. Among them too were those who followed the ways and traces of their forefathers, people who held their thoughts. That is, those who sought a god other than Allah and worshipped idols. Those who deified their nafs. Yes.

He informs us of examples of this through some verses in the Holy Quran. For example, His destroying the people of Lot with a single blast. Likewise His destroying the people of Ad. By changing the forms of some peoples into apes, Allah, who proves with His verses that He has power over everything, addresses the people: O people! Be wise! Submit to Allah's command! When you fall into loss on the Day of Judgment, to this world, to which there is no return, coming back is not possible, and regret in the hereafter will be of no use — this is what it tells. Yes. How beautifully He says it. What does He say? O people, be wise.

Know that the life you live is a treasure. Know too that once this treasure is lost, regaining it is not possible.

In life, he says, there are three things that never come back. A sound that has left your mouth — it has no return. A lifetime you have spent — it too has no return, your life.

And an arrow that has left the bow — it too has no return, he says, once it has left the bow. In that case, accordingly, life is a treasure. What goes does not come back; life goes, and does not come back. Since it does not come back, and since Allah Almighty created us among the forgetful, since He created our minds incomplete, since He created us in such a way that we would know our Lord, His exaltedness, and ask Him for pardon and forgiveness, see how He says to people: O people, your past is gone; do not be heedless as in your past. Look, your life is a treasure for you. You cannot know when (?).

Come, repent, strive for pardon (?), and attain My mercy, He says. How beautifully He says it. And these months of Ramadan, as a gift, as a present, He gives to us. That is Allah. Compassionate and merciful to His servants. Can a person be ungrateful to such an Allah, to such an owner? Can he disobey the command of such an owner? Now, there is someone you love most in the world. If they said to you, 'Do this like this, for my sake,' even if it were something impossible, you would try to do it so as not to hurt them. Because it is your loved one. You love them very much. Look what Allah Almighty says.

If there is anyone most worthy of love, it is Me. Then what Allah says — that Allah you say you love so much — why do you not do what Allah says? So you do not love Him. You love Him with your tongue, not in your heart. But Allah looks at the heart, not at the tongue. Yes.

What does Allah Almighty say? O people, be wise. Submit to Allah's command. When you fall into loss on the Day of Judgment, to this world, to which there is no return, coming back is not possible, and regret in the hereafter will be of no use — this is what it tells us. If Allah Almighty wished, He would destroy people in an instant. Does He not? He shows us, with those tsunami waves. Thousands of people perishing in an instant. With earthquake disasters. In an instant. With flood disasters. With hurricanes. That is our Lord. He creates what He wills, when He wills. He destroys what He wills, as He wills.

That belongs to Allah alone. Of course, within people's destinies. Yes. Our Lord does not follow whims. He is completely perfect. There is no deficiency in Him. According to the states of His servants He either (?) them or punishes them.

So remember that we are under the mercy of Allah Almighty. No strength, no power can stand against Allah, nor overpower Him. So submit to Him and obey. Yes. Submit and obey.

The reason Allah Almighty constantly warns people like this is that, having sent people to the world of mulk, in this worldly realm, which is a hidden realm, (?) making Himself known to people, so that to Allah, our Lord, free of deficient attributes, no person can in any way put a question — all the questions that come to people's minds He declares to people with verses in the Holy Quran, completing His duty toward people and placing the responsibility on them. The responsibility. This is Allah's attribute of divinity that I mean. No person will be able to call Allah Almighty to account. The reason — the reason is: whatever that person might ask, it will have shown itself in his life; he will bow his head before what he did, and will not be able to question Him.

It does not mean that Allah Almighty uses force on people: you cannot ask, I do as I please — it does not mean that. What is it then? A person will be ashamed of what he did, how wrongly he behaved he will see, he will not be able to say, 'My Lord, had You told me this, I would not have done so,' and in this case the person will bow his head to the ground, and Allah Almighty will say: this is what you are, this is you. Indeed, what does He say? Did you think you would die without proving what kind of person you are? So the person who has proven himself in the world in his lifetime, on the Day of Judgment, in the presence of Allah Almighty, finding no words, to the punishment our Lord gives will submit; if he is a Muslim, without a sound he will accept that punishment.

But if they are destined for eternal Hell, they will throw themselves, He says, face down on the ground, their eyes, like sky blue, He says, will bulge out, and the clouds in the sky will come to the point of bursting, He says. But We have them seized by their forelocks and thrown in through a narrow passage of Hell, He says. This (?) people — Allah, who also created them mentally incomplete, for the mistakes they have made, by their asking Allah for pardon and forgiveness and turning to Him, makes known that there is no sin He would not forgive, constantly warning people and cautioning them. Yes.

Allah Almighty constantly invites people to Himself and tells people that His mercy is abundant. Yes. If you do not turn to the One who created you, if you worship Allah's creations and come into My presence like this tomorrow, My punishment is very severe, He declares.
