Al-Ma'idah 107: If it is understood that these witnesses have committed a sin (by perjury), two individuals, who are closer to the deceased whose rights were violated, should take their place and take an oath by Allah, saying, “verily, our testimony is more truthful than their testimony and we have not violated (anyone’s right); otherwise, we surely would be oppressors”.

If it is understood that these witnesses have committed a sin (by perjury), two individuals, who are closer to the deceased whose rights were violated, should take their place and take an oath by Allah, saying, “verily, our testimony is more truthful than their testimony and we have not violated (anyone’s right); otherwise, we surely would be oppressors”.
Tafsir
If it is later found out that these witnesses committed a sin, that is, if it is found out that they lied by changing the inheritance made by the deceased because of some interest, then two of the heirs who are closer to the deceased shall take the place of the false witnesses. These two persons shall say on oath. And they swear by Allah that our testimony is truer than their testimony and that we have not violated anyone's right, otherwise surely we would be of the wrongdoers.
According to another tradition, the relatives of the deceased who were with the deceased while he was traveling, after refuting the testimony of the two people who testified, by proving that they did not fulfill their testimony completely and that they were lying, and after refuting their testimony, these people swear that our testimony is more true than their testimony, and they testify in this way because they were with the deceased, and they take the place of these people and tell the testimony in full.

Surah Al-Ma'idah, verse 107. If it later turns out that these witnesses earned a sin by lying – how will it come out? Of course, when he was making that will, other people were with him too. They hear it as well. two of the heirs closest to the deceased, whose rights the witnesses violated, take their place and swear: by Allah, our testimony is truer than their testimony. And we have violated no one's right. Otherwise we would surely be among the wrongdoers – so they swear by Allah, it says. Indeed. How beautifully Allah Almighty has written out everything concerning us, so that we are not wronged.
If, even though those two swore, it comes out that they have done wrong – someone will say: friend, I was with him, this honourable deceased said such and such. And the moment a contradiction is sensed in the people's words, at once the two closest to the deceased. From his heirs. What does Allah Almighty say? Death is real, inheritance is lawful. If inheritance is lawful, then those closest to his inheritance. Who are they? His sons. Yes. Two people. Up to now, they say, we have not lied, we have not consumed what is forbidden. Our we swear before Allah that we will tell the truth, they say. We will do what is right, they say.
If it turns out that after this these witnesses, by lying, earned a sin – if it turns out that these witnesses earned a sin, two of the heirs closest to the deceased, whose rights the witnesses violated, take their place: by Allah, our testimony is truer than their testimony, and we have violated no one's right. Otherwise we would surely be among the wrongdoers – those who swear by Allah. Then these people, with their testimony, the estate the deceased left behind, that is, his property, with Allah's justice, within the rulings of the Sharia, (?). Yes. If it later turns out that these witnesses committed a sin, that is, that these people, for certain interests, changed the bequest the deceased made and lied, then two of the heirs closest to the deceased take the place of those who bore false witness.
These two say under oath: Our testimony is truer than their testimony, and we have violated no one's right. Otherwise we would surely be among the wrongdoers – so they swear by Allah. Yes. According to one view, the heir relatives who were with the person who died during (?), after proving that the two who testified did not fully fulfil their testimony, and refuting their testimony by proving their (?) lies, the bequest the deceased made – these people, saying under oath: by Allah, our testimony is truer than theirs – since they were with the deceased, take the place of those who testified in this way and give the testimony in full.
