Surah Al-Ma'idah, verse 111: And when I inspired the disciples: believe in Me and in My Messenger. I inspired the disciples: believe in Me and in My Messenger. If, if here it had said: when I revealed to the disciples: believe in Me and in My Messenger – the reason: no one believed in Jesus. Take a bird from such-and-such mountain and a bird from such-and-such mountain, tear off their heads, pound them in a mortar. Then say: kum biiznillah, it says. When he does the same, the birds come back to life, and one flies to one mountain, the other to the other mountain. Now I believe, he says. He sees the miracles with his own eyes. And the disciples – how, in just this situation? How in this situation?
